Abstract

Puskesmas is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and individual health efforts at the first level. In an effort to improve pharmacy services at the puskesmas, evaluation needs to be done by assessing patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to assess the satisfaction of National Health Insurance patients with pharmacy services at the puskesmas. This research was conducted for National Health Insurance patients who make up for drugs at Sekupang city of Batam. This type of research is descriptive research using a questionnaire research instrument. Data were processed using a Likert scale and the results of the study showed that the highest level of patient satisfaction with Pharmaceutical Services at Sekupang Health Center in Batam City was found in the  empathy variable (hospitality). In this study in general the results obtained from outpatient satisfaction of participants in the national health guarantee were very satisfying for respondents (85.86%).

Abstract

Utilization of health services is an important aspect in the development of health status. the use of health services at the national level and in NTT has decreased since 2019-2021, people prefer to self-medicate rather than use health services. based on research on FKM students, utilization of health services is still low even though the problems experienced interfere with activities. This study aims to describe the use of health services by students of the Faculty of Public Health, Nusa Cendana University Class of 2020-2021, based on gender and student perceptions. This research is a descriptive research with survey design method. Samples were selected using the proportionate technique stratified random sampling and sampling was done by simple random sampling technique. Results The research shows that 84.6% of respondents who perceive vulnerable, are male, 81.4% of respondents who have a serious perception, are female, 61% of respondents who perceive useful are female, 62.7% of respondents who perceived inhibited, are female, 78% of respondents who perceive capable, are female, 76.3% of respondents who feel compelled, are female. 71.8% respondents perceived vulnerable, 76.5% respondents perceived serious, 56.5 respondents perceived useful, 60% respondents perceived inhibited, 71.8% respondents perceived capable, 69.4 respondents perceived encouraged. Thus it can be concluded that the majority of respondents have a good perception of the use of health services.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease as known as Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by Sars Cov-2. Covid-19 can be transmitted in direct through saliva, droplets, and bad air.The prevalence of Covid-19 cases in the elderly in Indonesia the age range of ≥60 years, which is 47.3% of cases and the number of elderly deaths due to Covid-19 is 15,023 people. The decline of the immune system in elderly can increase the risk of Covid-19, even to death. One of the effect of Covis-19 is psychological disorders of anxiety. To know relationship between levels of knowledge of covid-19 and levels of anxiety among elderly at kelurahan jebres. The design of this research used quantitative and analytical cross sectional study design, and the number of samples was determined using Slovin’s formula, there are 98 respondents. Data results were analyzed using statistical software with a Spearman Rank test. The results showed that relation between level of knowledge of Covid-19 and level of anxiety among elderly at Kelurahan Jebres was found (p-value = 0,001 (p<0,05)). So, there was relation observed between the level of knowledge and level of anxiety. Data results showed that the level of knowledge about Covid-19 is classified good (54,1%) and the level of anxiety is mild anxiety (58,2%). There is a relationship between level of knowledge of Covid-19 and level of anxiety among elderly at Kelurahan Jebres.

Abstract

Inpatient services may have an effect on the level of efficiency in the hospital which is wrong in the inpatient indicator that is BOR, ALOS, TOI, and BTO that have not comply with MOH standard. To analyze the wealth of using the bedroom at RS ELISABETH MEDAN. This type of research is descriptive . Document study instrument review guide (daily census of inpatient in the journal). The results showed that the value of BOR, ALOS, TOI, and BTO was high enough to exceed the ideal rate according to Manistry of Health, highest BOR in Elisabeth Medan with BOR value 98%, lowest BOR in Melania room with 76.8%, TOI highest in room and Mari-Marta room with value 12,76%, lowest TOI value in room Shanto Yosef with value 1,13%. The conclusions used by many outdoor beds in accordance with the Manistry of Health were given the results of the overall BOR room 81.18 according to the Manistry of health Standard 60-85%. ALOS value 86.125% whereas According to Ministry of Health Standard 6- 9 days, BTO Value 12.7river on According to Ministry of Health Standard 40-50 times and value of TOI 7.99 days According to Standard Depkes 1-3 days. Divide To the officer to improve the quality of service to patient.

Abstract

Processing of the daily inpatient census starts from filling out the daily inpatient census by the head of the room or the person in charge and the daily inpatient census is sent to the medical record room every working day at 08.00 am. Information generated from daily inpatient census data in the form of inpatient management indicators consisting of BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate), TOI (Turn Over Interval), LOS (Length Of Stay), BTO (Bed Turn Over) to monitor activities in hospitalization and GDR (Gross Death Rate), NDR (Net Death Rate) to assess the quality of inpatient services. Implementation of the Daily Inpatient Census At Elisabeth Hospital Medan, it was found that the preparation of the daily inpatient census was guided by the technical instructions for filling out the daily inpatient census, but because the technical instructions in each ward were no longer available, there was no need to make the daily inpatient census. . Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and active participation observations using research instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The results showed that the standard procedure at RSE Medan in making the daily inpatient census had not been fully implemented when sending the daily inpatient census from the ward to the medical records department. The source of data in making the daily inpatient census is the inpatient service register book. The method of making a daily inpatient census at RSE Medan is not in accordance with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2006).

Abstract

Occupational health problems can cause ergonomic hazards, namely Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Musculoskeletal complaints are complaints in the skeletal muscles that are felt by a person ranging from very mild to severe complaints. Initial research conducted on 10 workers, there were 7 who experienced MSDs complaints. The study was conducted on Manikin Dam construction workers to determine the factors associated with MSDs complaints. The type of research is analytic survey and cross sectional design. The population is 104 respondents with a sample of 51 respondents. Data was collected using interview, observation and measurement techniques. The study used the chi square test to see the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, and the multiple logistic regression test to determine the most significant variable associated with the dependent variable using the backward stepwise method. The results showed that the Manikin Dam construction workers experienced the most MSDs complaints in the upper neck and waist totaling 47 respondents (92.2%) and the least complaints on the buttocks amounting to 8 respondents (15.7%). The results of statistical tests, there is a relationship between age, years of service, smoking habits, work attitudes and workload with complaints of MSDs, while working hours, temperature and noise have no relationship with complaints of MSDs. It is hoped that the relevant agencies will pay attention to work attitudes. The work period of more than 2 years must be reduced by the workload. Workers who have a smoking habit, reduce cigarette consumption to maintain health and reduce the risk of MSDs.

Abstract

Vulva Hygiene is maintaining the cleanliness of the external genital organs. The benefits of vulvar hygiene are to keep the vagina clean, to comfort the vagina while traveling and to avoid problems such as vaginal discharge, vulvar pruritus and other reproductive tract infections. This study was conducted to identify a description of knowledge, age and education related to vulvar hygiene in adolescent female. This study used descriptive research method and the research subject is the population of adolescent female at the Budi Utomo Islamic Boarding School, Surakarta. The results from 207 respondents showed the majority aged 16-18 years old (intermediate phase) as many as 89 respondents (43%), the education level of the majority were adolescent female who had graduated from high school and continued to stay in as many as 55 respondents (26.6%), the level of knowledge of vulva hygiene is mostly less as many as 113 respondents (54.6%). Most of the adolescent female in the Budi Utomo Islamic Boarding School Surakarta have less knowledge about vulva hygiene. This study distributed questionnaires to adolescent female aged 14-21 years old to find out the knowledge of adolescent female about vulvar hygiene in order to avoid various reproductive health issues.

Abstract

Hospitals are very complex, dynamic, capital-intensive, and labor-intensive institutions that are multi-disciplinary and are influenced by an ever-changing environment (Permenkes No. 340 of 2010). Medical Record is a file containing notes and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients (Permenkes No. 269/MENKES/PER/III/2008). The daily inpatient census is a collection of patient data entering and leaving the ward. The daily inpatient census contains information on all incoming, transferred, transferred, and discharged patients both alive and dead for 24 hours. Therefore, the researcher wanted to review the implementation of the daily inpatient census at Elisabeth Hospital Medan related to the implementation of the census in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SPO), the daily census flow, the timeliness of the implementation, the comparison of manual census data and the obstacles in carrying out the daily inpatient census. The method used in this research is interview and active participation observation. Based on the above results regarding the manual census and SHAPIRA in St. Ignatius Elisabeth Hospital Medan, Shapira's census, the number of patients always exceeds the bed capacity, even three times the available bed capacity.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction depends on the quality of services provided. Users of hospital services, in this case patients, demand quality services not only regarding healing from physical illness or improving their health status, but also regarding satisfaction with attitudes, always the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure and a physical environment that can provide comfort. An accurate level of patient satisfaction is needed in an effort to improve the quality of health services. Therefore, measuring the level of patient satisfaction needs to be carried out regularly, regularly, accurately, and continuously. This study was conducted to analyze patient satisfaction and service quality based on the patient's interest in services and hospital performance assessment. The research used is a quantitative study with a cross sectional study design. And to determine satisfaction and service quality at Elisabeth Hospital Medan, we also conducted questionnaire questions to 1,000 respondents. treatment (35%) and as many as 400 respondents were not satisfied when they came to get services at the hospital (40%).

Abstract

Age is one of the factors that trigger hypertension that cannot be controlled, this causes more than 60% of the elderly to experience hypertension. One treatment that can be done to control blood pressure is to soak the feet in warm water. This study aims to determine the effect of soaking feet in warm air on blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. Using quantitative research methods, the method used was pre-experimental with one group pre-test-post-test design, the research sample used purposive sampling with 20 elderly people, the research instrument used an observation sheet and a sphygmomanometer. The results of the univariate analysis of systolic blood pressure before the intervention were 159 mmHg and diastolic was 90 mmHg, the average systolic blood pressure after the intervention was 139 mmHg and diastolic 80 mmHg. The results of the Wilcoxon test bivariate analysis showed that systolic blood pressure p = 0.000 <0.05 and diastolic blood pressure p = 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion from the results obtained is that there is an effect of warm air foot soak on blood pressure in hypertensive elderly in Sambilenguk Hamlet.
