Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the role of accounting knowledge, financial management, and accounting information systems in improving the quality of financial reports. Accounting knowledge is seen as the foundation for understanding accounting standards and principles so that reports can be prepared in accordance with applicable regulations. Financial management is considered a critical factor supporting the effectiveness of planning, control, and decision-making, which is reflected in financial performance. Furthermore, accounting information systems are used to ensure that recording and reporting processes are accurate, timely, and relevant. The research method used was a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach, allowing for systematic explanation of the relationships between variables. The results indicate that accounting knowledge, financial management, and accounting information systems contribute significantly to improving the quality of financial reports, particularly in the aspects of relevance, reliability, understandability, and comparability. It is concluded that improvements in these three aspects are necessary to achieve transparency and accountability in financial reporting.

Abstract

Prambanan Temple, as one of the Hindu cultural heritage sites in Indonesia, holds significant historical and spiritual value. The preservation of Hindu rituals within this temple complex opens up avenues for development and innovation, particularly in the context of intergenerational communication. The preservation of Hindu rituals within this temple complex presents challenges, particularly in the context of communication between generations. This research aims to analyze the communication patterns between the older and younger generations in maintaining the continuity of Hindu rituals at Prambanan Temple. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and observations of the community actively engaged in ritual practices. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights into the effectiveness of intergenerational communication as well as to identify factors that either support or hinder the transformation of knowledge and religious practices. These findings may serve as a foundation for more effective cultural preservation strategies, both for local communities and the government.

Abstract

Learning is an activity that is an important part of the Education. Experiential learning is one of the learning options that can be given to students that allows student involvement to be greater. One of the learning models that seeks to accommodate experience as an essential part is Experiential Learning Theory which encourages students to think more, explore, question, make decisions, and apply something learned. This research aims to conduct a critical analysis related to David A. Kolb's ideas in the context of learning Hindu Religious Education in the school environment. Qualitative research methods with the literature review paradigm are an option in conducting research with a philosophical hermeneutic approach. Research data was obtained through book reviews, scientific articles, and other relevant scientific writings. Data analysis follows the steps outlined by Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and presentation of results. The results of the study show that the Experiential Learning Kolb model contextualized with Hindu Religious Education learning will provide convenience for teachers in achieving the formulation of learning outcomes, especially in the material aspects of Sradha and Bhakti, Susila, and Events. By following the cycle structure of Concrete Experience, Reflection Observation, Abstract Conceptualization, and Active Experimentation, teachers can determine the right learning steps for all dimensions of knowledge, ranging from factual, metacognitive, conceptual to procedural. Through this model, the Deep Learning approach can also be implemented to provide a more meaningful, conscious and fun learning experience for students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the Tri Parartha teachings in Hindu character education for students at the Dharmagita Pasraman (Islamic school) in Blimbing Village, Karangnongko District, Klaten Regency. The Tri Parartha teachings, which encompass Asih (compassion), Punia (punia), and Bhakti (blessing), are viewed as the foundation of moral values ​​in shaping students' character, who are noble, responsible, and able to socialize harmoniously. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants included pasraman administrators, teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, comprising data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the application of the Tri Parartha teachings at the Dharmagita Pasraman plays a significant role in shaping students' character, as reflected in increased compassion, social awareness, responsibility, and consistency in religious practices such as Tri Sandya (tri-sandying) and ngayah (ngayah). The implementation of the Tri Parartha teachings is integrated with the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) through learning activities, mutual cooperation, dialogue, and hands-on practice. Supporting factors include the availability of infrastructure and environmental support for the pasraman, while inhibiting factors include the limited space of the pasraman building and suboptimal teacher participation. Overall, this study confirms that character education based on the Tri Parartha teachings has a positive impact on the personality and behavioral development of pasraman students.

Abstract

The Law of Karma Phala is one of the fundamental teachings in Hinduism, emphasizing that every human action produces corresponding consequences, whether good or bad. This concept plays an important role in shaping moral and ethical values among Hindus. One medium for conveying the teachings of Karma Phala is found in mythological narratives contained in the Purana scriptures, particularly the Garuda Purana. This article aims to examine and analyze the concept of the Law of Karma Phala in the story of Santaptaka and the Ghosts through the perspective of Hindu literary (Susastra Hindu) studies. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach through a literature review of the Garuda Purana and supporting Hindu scriptures such as the Wrhaspati Tattwa, Slokantara, and Nitisastra. The findings indicate that the stories of Paryusita, Sucimukha, Sighraga, Rodhaka, and Lekhaka represent a clear application of the Law of Karma Phala, in which acts of Asubha Karma influenced by Tri Guna and Tri Mala result in their rebirth as preta (ghosts). Furthermore, the narrative emphasizes the importance of self-control, the cultivation of Sattwam, and moral awareness as fundamental principles in leading one’s life. Thus, the story of Santaptaka and the Ghosts is not merely mythological in nature but also contains moral and spiritual educational values that are relevant as behavioral guidelines for Hindus in daily life.

Abstract

The economic conditions of Hindus in Klaten Regency are known to be generally poor, especially those living in remote rural areas. The main source of income for Hindus is usually farming, which is only enough to meet the basic needs of the family. This study aims to comprehensively map the socioeconomic conditions of Hindus in Mutihan Village. Specifically, this study seeks to determine the average household income and expenditure, identify the economic institutions that support the community, and explore the potential resources and expectations of the community regarding future economic empowerment programs. This study uses a mixed method approach that combines descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The findings show that the majority of Hindus in Mutihan Village are in the lower-middle income group. The livelihoods of the respondents vary greatly, ranging from pensioners, laborers, to village officials, but few of them work primarily in agriculture even though the area has agricultural potential. Demographically, the community's education level is dominated by elementary to high school graduates, with a limited number of college graduates. This mapping also identifies that some elderly residents are highly dependent on family support for their livelihood.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang membosankran merupakan salah satu penyebab rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kontribbusi penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran deep learning terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budi Pekerti di SMA Negeri 6 Mataram. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif Asosiatif dan metode Ex-Post Facto. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data berbantuan SPSS 25.0 dilakukan untuk melakukan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial yang meliputi uji prasyarat yaitu normalitas dan uji linearitas dan uji hipotesis. Populasi penelitian merupakan seluruh siswa Hindu kelas XII. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu kelas XII1-XII11 sejumlah 113 siswa. Hasil analisis data: nilai mean (rata-rata) untuk penerapan deep learning yaitu 116,11 pada kategori baik pada rentangan nilai range grade 92,5-120,25. Sedangkan hasil analisis nilai mean motivasi belajar siswa yaitu 79,55 pada kategori baik dalam rentangan nilai range grade 62,5-81,25. Hasil uji Spearman Rank menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan signifikan antara deep learning dan motivasi belajar. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,575 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan bersifat positif (searah). Dengan demikian, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa deep learning memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan searah dengan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Kebudayaan memiliki peran strategis dalam kehidupan masyarakat sebagai identitas sekaligus sebagai penggerak pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi. Salah satu bentuk implementasi kebudayaan yang masih lestari di Bali adalah tradisi ogoh-ogoh dalam rangkaian perayaan Hari Raya Nyepi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai budaya, sosial, dan religius dalam tradisi ogoh-ogoh, serta menganalisis peran generasi muda, perkembangan festival ogoh-ogoh di era modern, dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan masyarakat Bali. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi ogoh-ogoh mengandung nilai religius sebagai simbol penetralisir unsur negatif (bhuta kala), nilai sosial melalui penguatan solidaritas dan gotong royong masyarakat, serta nilai estetika sebagai ekspresi seni rupa tradisional. Generasi muda memiliki peran penting sebagai pelaku, inovator, dan promotor budaya dalam menjaga keberlanjutan tradisi ini. Dalam perkembangannya, festival ogoh-ogoh mengalami transformasi menjadi atraksi budaya yang berkaitan erat dengan sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif, tanpa menghilangkan esensi nilai tradisionalnya. Selain memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan kohesi sosial dan peluang ekonomi masyarakat, festival ogoh-ogoh juga menghadirkan tantangan, terutama terkait potensi komodifikasi budaya dan pergeseran nilai sakral menjadi profan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengelolaan yang bijaksana dan berkelanjutan untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara pelestarian budaya dan pemanfaatannya dalam pembangunan. Dengan demikian, tradisi ogoh-ogoh tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai bagian dari ritual keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai media pelestarian budaya, penguatan identitas lokal, serta penggerak dinamika sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat Bali di era modern. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh urgensi transformasi digital dalam lembaga pendidikan keagamaan di Pasraman Saraswati. Pasraman Saraswati tengah mengalami penurunan aktivitas pembelajaran yang disebabkan oleh adanya tantangan digital yakni rendahnya literasi digital pendidik, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta metode pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang relevan di era digital. Penelitian kualitatif studi kasus ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendidikan di Pasraman Saraswati melalui integrasi platform Educaplay sebagai sarana dalam pengembangan karakter siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam kepada pengelola, guru, serta siswa pasraman. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi platform Educaplay dengan fitur permainan froggy jumps berhasil menggeser pradigma pembelajaran dari konvensional menuju berbasis digital. Penggunaan teknologi terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai karakter siswa, meningkatkan antusiasme dan kualitas pembelajaran di Pasraman Saraswati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendidikan interventif sebagai strategi penguatan moderasi beragama serta peran sekolah dalam menumbuhkan sikap moderat siswa. Moderasi beragama menjadi aspek penting dalam menjaga keharmonisan masyarakat multikultural, terutama di tengah meningkatnya tantangan intoleransi dan radikalisme di lingkungan generasi muda. Pendidikan interventif dipahami sebagai pendekatan pendidikan yang menekankan pembinaan karakter, penguatan nilai toleransi, serta pengembangan sikap inklusif melalui proses pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah. Dalam hal ini, sekolah memiliki peran strategis sebagai lembaga yang membentuk pola pikir, perilaku, dan karakter siswa agar mampu menghargai keberagaman serta hidup berdampingan secara damai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara terhadap guru dan siswa terkait implementasi moderasi beragama di sekolah. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai penerapan pendidikan interventif dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan interventif efektif dalam menanamkan nilai toleransi, sikap dialogis, dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan. Selain itu, budaya sekolah yang inklusif, keteladanan guru, serta kegiatan keagamaan yang moderat berkontribusi dalam membentuk sikap moderat siswa secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: pendidikan interventif, moderasi beragama, sekolah, sikap moderat, toleransi.
