<![CDATA[In this 21st century era of change, implementing good corporate governance (GCG) has become an urgent task for all large and medium-sized organizations. In this case, it is impossible to distinguish between large and medium enterprises. The GCG philosophy exists, but the implementation is different. The implementation of GCG itself refers to the allocation or distribution of strengths and responsibilities as well as results and accountability for the performance or success of the organization. Qualitative methods are used in this study and GCG principles are used in this study to analyze Indonesian culture according to Islamic law. Good corporate governance can be interpreted as good management practices. The application of the concept of good governance in Indonesia cannot be separated from the organizational culture itself. According to the Islamic concept, business management takes over the value system contained in the Qur'an. Al-Baqarah verses 282-283 of the Qur'an explains the importance of accounting so that no party is treated unfairly. We apply 5 principles that are in line with Indonesian culture and Islamic law, namely: Transparency, Accountability, Accountability, Independence, Honesty. Which is carried out continuously and continuously and is evaluated periodically by the GCG implementers themselves. Islam is implemented in GCG principles. <![CDATA[The Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia has had a huge impact on various sectors including the economy and finance. One of the sectors affected is the transportation sector and the object of research, namely PT. Blue Bird Tbk. This study analyzes the financial performance of PT. Blue Bird Tbk is based on ratios consisting of the influence of profitability ratios (ROA, ROE), liquidity ratios (CR), solvency ratios (DAR) and activity ratios (TATO) to profits (Y). The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that the financial situation of PT Blue Bird Tbk is currently in an unfavorable phase due to the presence of new competitors. Followed by the worst financial conditions in 2020 due to government regulations which harmed the company's sales and revenue. In 2021 this is a breath of fresh air for PT Blue Bird Tbk to continue to increase its sales. And based on the results of the analysis that we did, we estimate that in the absence of a pandemic condition and the absence of government regulations, PT Blue Bird Tbk's economy will continue to improve.]]>

<![CDATA[Berkembangnya media Informasi di Indonesia menyebabkan banyaknya bentuk iklan dan macam iklan Endorsement merupakan salah satu strategi kreatif dalam periklanan yang sering digunakan oleh para pengusaha ataupun online shop untuk memperkenalkan dan menyebarkan informasi dan mempromosikan produk yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa dampak Korean celebrity endorsement terhadap penjualan produk di e-commerce Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif. metode kualitatif lebih menekankan pada pengamatan fenomena dan lebih meneliti ke subtansi makna dari fenomena tersebut. fokus dari penelitian kualitatif adalah pada prosesnya dan pemaknaan hasilnya. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penetian ini menggunakan metode internet searching dan wawancara. Internet searching adalah proses pencarian data melalui media internet untuk memperoleh informasi berdasarkan referensi, jurnal, artikel ataupun perundang- undangan secara online yang berkaitan objek penelitian. Wawancara adalah kegiatan tanya jawab kepada narasumber untuk mendapatkan jawaban hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari wawancara terhadap narasumber, . Narasumber menyatakan bahwa penggunaan selebriti korea sebagai brand ambassador yang di endorse dapat menarik pelanggan untuk berberlanja. Dari hasil penelitian tanggapan responden nilai persentase skor total yang didapatkan yaitu sebesar 71,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Blackpink telah memenuhi kriteria yang baik sebagai brand ambassador Shopee. E-commerce merupakan media jual beli online yang sedang sangat dibutuhkan pada masa ini. Hal ini karena dengan menggunakan e-commerce dalam berbelanja maka akan menghemat waktu dan mebuat pekerjaan lebih efektif dan efisien. Dalam memasarkan e-commerse agar memiliki daya saing yang unggul terhadap kompetitor maka perushaan haruslah melakukan promosi dengan strategi yang tepat dan relevan. Penggunaan brand ambassador dari korea dengan memanfaatkan kepopularitasan selebriti tersebut menjadi peluang berkembangnya e-commerce. Citra yang mereka miliki akan tertuang dalam brand image yag mereka endorse.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on the quality of service at the West Bandung District Social Service. The method used in this study is a descriptive and quantitative method, with the survey method. The sample in this study was 50 employee respondents at the West Bandung Social Service. Sampling using population techniques. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis with multiple regression models to answer the research hypothesis. The r study results show that the work environment and discipline significantly affect the quality of service at the West Bandung District Social Service. Based on the performance achievements at the West Bandung Regency Social Service in the year that the authors obtained through observation and research, the authors found a discrepancy between performance achievements and the level of community satisfaction based on the quality of service provided to the community. The author tries to dig deeper by conducting this research based on these findings. From the results of this study, the work environment and discipline positively affect the quality of service at the West Bandung Regency social service. Maintained properly by the Department so that employees feel at home and comfortable carrying out their work activities. In addition, work discipline must always be improved by complying with all the rules in the Office so that discipline can continue to be upheld. Because if the work environment and good work discipline will improve the quality of services provided to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Many industries have been affected by Covid-19 due to investors who are hesitant to invest. This was shown based on data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange, which experienced a decline in the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) at the start of the pandemic, namely in the first quarter of 2020. But in the second quarter of 2020 (May 2020-June 2020) it showed an increase. This is a success in the role of the Indonesian Stock Exchange Investment Gallery to become one of the records in the history of the Indonesian Capital Market. This study aims to determine the role of the Indonesian Stock Exchange Investment Gallery in increasing the number of stock investors in the Indonesian Capital Market. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data sources in the form of secondary data from journals and previous scientific articles. The data collection technique used is literature and literature study. The conclusion in this study is that the success of investment galleries is influenced by internet penetration, the distribution of domestic investors, the number of investment galleries and their role which is right on target in Generation Z.]]>

<![CDATA[This study used a qualitative methodological approach with data collection techniques using face-to-face interviews with the head of the Jombang screen printing community. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a management process that is an important part of the company's operations to achieve the goal of a healthy society. GCG application is considered important during the economic crisis in Indonesia, so it is necessary to ensure the safety of investor capital. There are also government requirements and support for Indonesian companies to implement GCG principles in their operations. This research was conducted in Jombang to examine the application of GCG principles such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness in screen printing. Interviews and observations are used as data collection methods. Sampling is intended to be used to identify interviewees by examining samples from data sources on different and relevant topics. The results of this study are that the company applies the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and honesty, which are the basis of good corporate governance (GCG), although not fully in accordance with GCG provisions. principle. . It is hoped that the company will continue to implement policies and continue to implement policies that have not been fully implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[Happy individuals tend to be more productive at work because they don't have feelings of worry about their work so that their attention can focus on work. Happiness at work can be achieved by having quality of work life in individuals. This study aims to look at the relationship between quality of work life and happiness at work among employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, West Sumatra Province. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational type. The sample in this study were 131 employees at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Sumatra Province. The sampling technique used is non-probability with quota sampling. Data was collected using two psychological scales as measuring tools, namely the quality of work life scale and the happiness scale at work. Analysis of the research data was carried out using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis with the Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS) 20.0 for windows program. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between quality of work life and happiness at work for employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Sumatra Province. Quality of work life is in the low category and happiness at work is also in the low category.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengekloprasi Subjective Well Being Dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior yang Dimediasi Komitmen Organisasi pada Anggota Kepolisian Resor Rokan Hulu. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), sebagai perilaku extrarole yang memiliki efek positif pada kinerja organisasi dan pertumbuhan, selalu menjadi fokus di bidang perilaku organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menjelaskan bahwa paradigma penelitian yang menekankan pada pemahaman mengenai masalah-masalah dalam kehidupan sosial berdasarkan kondisi realitas atau natural setting yang holistis, kompleks dan rinci. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah personil Polres Rokan Hilir sebanyak 561 orang dan sampel berjumlah 234 orang. Teknik analisis digunakan ialah model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modelling-SEM) berbasis varian atau partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh subjektif wellbeing terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan, yakni: Semakin tinggi subjektif wellbeing maka cenderung dapat meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior. Selain itu, semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi yang disebabkan oleh semakin tingginya subjektif wellbeing, cenderung dapat meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior. Dengan demikian subjektif wellbeing merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh atau memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.]]>
