Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, there was a Pandemic, namely Covid-19 which had a lot of impact on normal activities carried out by humans, including library activities that had been running so far. Library activities are manually stopped to avoid close contact with users as an action in preventing and transmitting Covid19, besides that libraries need a marketing strategy to be seen as one of the bases used in compiling overall library planning. This article aims to get an overview of the library service marketing strategy in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is through a literature study of scientific concepts related to library science. The marketing strategy for library services is required to be able to provide changes during this Covid-19 pandemic for the better.

Abstract

The start-up business in Indonesia is growing with the emergence of many new start-up companies in various fields such as technology, finance, health, and so on. Start-up companies are also increasingly seen as a sector that has great potential to become the engine of Indonesia's economy in the future, to support the growth of start-up companies, one of the strategies that is usually carried out is to carry out an Initial Public Offering (IPO). This research will help fill in the gaps in the literature on external factors influencing a company's decision to go IPO. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to the development of start-up businesses in Indonesia and assist start-up companies in making the right decisions regarding IPOs. The population in this study are all start-up companies in Indonesia. The samples in this study are Gojek, Grab, Ovo and Shoppe. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study is 108. The data analysis technique in this study uses PLS with the results of the research that financial performance has a positive effect on a company's decision to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO), company size has a positive effect on a company's decision to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO). ), capital market conditions have a positive effect on a company's decision to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO), and government policies have a positive effect on a company's decision to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Abstract

This research aims to find out: Description of diversity for company X employees, Types of employee diversity in Company X, Description of the constraints in managing Diversity for company X employees, and Benefits that exist in managing employee diversity in company X. Research methods used is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The unit of analysis used in this study were 4 employees who were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique, starting from data reduction, data presentation, to drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis show that there is a lot of diversity (diversity) of employees at Company X and in the Management of Diversity at Company X which is still not structured enough due to the absence of Policies or Rules related to Employee Diversity Management in the long term. This research has limitations, namely only examining one variable, therefore it is suggested for further researchers to be able to examine more than one variable to strengthen and expand the research results.

Abstract

Dalam penglihatan, mata mempunyai berbagai macam kelainan refraksi. Kelainan refraksi tersebut antara lain miopia, Miopia adalah suatu keadaan mata yang mempunyai kekuatan pembiasan sinar yang berlebihan sehingga sinar-sinar sejajar yang datang dibiaskan di depan retina. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan miopia, salah satunya ialah membaca jarak dekat. Membaca merupakan aktivitas yang memerlukan penglihatan jarak dekat.Anak-anak yang membaca terus menerus selama lebih dari 30 menit lebih mungkin terkena miopia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan membaca jarak dekat terhadap miopia bagi siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 7 Padang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh keterangan bahwa bahwa terdapat hubungan antara riwayat membaca jarak dekat dengan miopia. Dimana Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, sedangkan kekuatan antar variabel dalam penelitian ini dinilai dengan menggunakan adds ratio. OR hasil perhitungan adalah sebesar 0,405 karena OR (0,405) < 1, hal ini berarti faktor yang diteliti merupakan faktor protektif yakni siswa dengan kebiasaan membaca jarak dekat mempunyai resiko untuk menderita miopia 0,4 kali lipat apabila dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tidak mempunyai kebiasaan membaca jarak dekat. Dengan kata lain, kebiasaan membaca jarak dekat merupakan faktor resiko, tetapi kekuatan hubungan nya lemah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ada beberapa saran yaitu perlunya menjaga jarak aman antara jarak mata dengan bahan yang dibaca, guna untuk menjaga kesehatan mata sebagai indra vital dalam penglihatan dan untuk mencegah penyebab terjadinya miopia.

Abstract

Gangguan penglihatan membuat sesorang harus menggunakan alat bantu penglihatan agar penglihatan menjadi jelas. Berbagai cara dilakukan orang, seperti menggunakan kacamata, lensa kontak bahkan operasi lasik. Penambahan lensa blue cut pada kacamata pada umumnya digunakan untuk membantu penglihatan manusia terhadap kelemahan mata karena rabun atau alasan penglihatan lainnya dan melindungi mata dari sinar UV. Tujuan penelitian ialah (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemakaian lensa blue cut terhadap kenyamanan pemakaian kacamata di optik jaya Pasaman Barat (2) Untuk mengetahui keunggulan lensa blue cut terhadap kesehatan mata bagi pemakai kacamata Di Optic Zal Pondok Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, proses penelitian dilakukan wawancara dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai pengaruh pemakaian lensa blue cut terhadap kenyamanan pemakaian kacamata di optik jaya Pasaman Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien usia dini yang mengalami kelainan refraksi penelitian yang berjumlah 30 Orang. Mengingat populasi yang diteliti kurang dari 100 orang maka sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen optik jaya Pasaman Barat berjumlah 30 Orang. Penelitian dilakukan kepada pasien usia dini di Optik jaya Pasaman Barat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa responden bahwa 61,7% dari responden mengetahui pengaruh pemakaian lensa blue cut terhadap kenyamanan pemakaian kacamata, ini disebabkan karena kurang mengetahui dampak dari sinar UV terhadap kesehatan mata dan 60,1% lensa blue cut memiliki keunggulan untuk menjaga kesehatan mata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Sebanyak 61,7% Respon mengetahui pengaruh pemakaian lensa blue cut terhadap kenyamanan pemakaian kacamata di optik jaya Pasaman Barat. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan responden terhadap dampak dari sinar biru terhadap kesehatan mata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengaruh pemakaian lensa blue cut terhadap kenyamanan pemakaian kacamata di optik jaya Pasaman Barat diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa sebanyak 60,7% responden mengetahui keunggulan dari kacamata lensa blue cut dan disarankan kepada masyarakat Pada saat berhadapan langsung pasien harus memakai lensa anti radiasi yang di kenal dengan lensa blueray.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai honor pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Kupang. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pengawai honor pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PelayananTerpadu Satu Pintu Kota Kupang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dengan cara kuesioner dan wawancara. Dalam menganalisis data, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis statistik regresi linear berganda dengan menggunkan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai honor pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Kupang dapat dibuktikan dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana Y = 25,420 +0,693X. Hasil analisis korelasi sederhana menunjukan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,829, digolongkan hubungan yang sangat kuat. Hasil Pengujian Hipotesis diketahui nilai signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh variabel kompensasi (X) terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai honor (Y). Nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,687 (68,7%). Sedangkan 31,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini seperti kemampuan pegawai, tingkat pendidikan pegawai, gaya kepemimpinan. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Kupang adalah diharapkan menetapkan kebijakan kenaikan kompensasi secara berkala yang diberikan kepada pegawai honor serta pembayaran gaji dilakukan setiap awal bulan serta menyiapkan lingkungan kerja seperti komputer untuk mendukung peningkatan pencapaian kinerja pegawai honor.

Abstract

Indah Logistik Cargo is a service company engaged in the delivery of goods. The business of goods delivery services is one of the business fields that plays an important role in the economic system, because the service sector aims to serve the needs and desires of all people who need it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and location on service consumer decisions at Indah Logistik Cargo, Pariaman City. The type of research used in this study is quantitative, while the data used is primary data collected from respondents. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling technique, then processed with SPSS release 20.0 for windows program. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis where Price, and Location as independent variables and Consumer Decisions as dependent variables. The results of the research conducted indicate that from the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F) it is known that the price and location variables simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer decisions in using goods delivery services at PT. Indah Cargo Kota Pariaman, Meanwhile, based on the results of the Partial Test (Test T) it is known that the price, and location partially have a significant effect on consumer decisions in using freight forwarding services at PT. Beautiful Cargo City Pariaman. Meanwhile, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), the Adjusted R Square value is 0.574. This shows that together price, and location have a significant influence on consumer decisions in using freight forwarding services at PT. Indah Cargo Kota Pariaman by 57.4%. While the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze empirically about whether Human Resource Competence (HR), Managerial Competence, Accountability have an effect on Village Fund fraud prevention, Community Participation can moderate the relationship between Human Resource Competence, Managerial Competence, Accountability and Village Fund fraud prevention . The research target population is the Village Fund fraud prevention and the variables that influence it in Padang Pariaman Regency. The number of samples is 39 nagari in Padang Pariaman Regency, with 100 respondents, the sample technique is nonprobability sampling. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection was carried out online or offline using a questionnaire form. The analysis tool used is Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that Human Resource Competence, Managerial Competence have no effect on the prevention of Village Fund fraud. Accountability influences the prevention of Village Fund fraud. Community Participation cannot strengthen and influence the relationship between Human Resource Competence, Managerial Competence, Accountability and Village Fund fraud prevention. The theoretical implications of the research strengthen existing theories, pragmatically village officials must be obliged to prevent Village Fund fraud, which has a detrimental impact on state finances. For this reason, village officials must improve Human Resource Competence, Managerial Competence, and Accountability regularly/periodically, and include Community Participation.

Abstract

From the point of view of the insurance business is a company whose main business is receiving/selling services, transferring risks from other parties, and obtaining profits with various risks among a number of its customers. Sharia life insurance is risk management based on sharia principles to help and protect each other by providing payments based on the death or life of the participant, or other payments to participants or other parties who are entitled at a certain time as stipulated in the agreement, the amount of which has been determined and is based on results of fund management. Social media is an online platform that allows users to make social connections and communicate, collaborate, share and express themselves virtually. Social media has changed the way corporate tools and consumer communication strategies are used, especially in the marketing sector. Social media marketing focuses on business efforts to provide content that engages consumers, encourages them to engage with brands on social media platforms, and inspires them to share information. One of the most important elements of social media, according to marketers, is creating and maintaining feedback. This is so that through monitoring and feedback, marketers can learn to influence important social dialogue. Social media offers a variety of educational programs, visual exercises, blog articles and other activities that generate comments, allowing marketers to measure and understand user reactions to any content shared on social media. One of the factors that can affect a company's brand awareness is the media. Through media, customers can communicate in two ways with each other as well as with businesses and share text, images, audio, and video materials.
