Abstract

This research is to get factual data about the planning, implementation, supervision, and some problems of character-based active learning management at independent curriculum 2013 junior high schools in Depok. This research uses descriptive method. The result showed that character-based active learning management consists of learning planning, implementation, and supervisions which derived from unique school values.

Abstract

This activity aims to empower tech-savvy citizens to increase family incomes through networked businesses. Besides, this program also empowered people to technically literate children's education in the digital age. Both of the activities are integrated in one program. The activity method used in this program is expected to give ease to the participants of the activity. In this activity, the method used is explanation method, sharing, questioning, case study, discussion and online shop application practice. In the explanatory method, each instructor delivers the related material and planned to make a power point slide and brief activities module to be distributed to the participants of the activity. The results achieved in this activity are 1) the advantage of the activity was very useful for the participants; 2) the participants were also enthusiastic in giving responses during the activity; 3) this activity was supported by some nongovernmental organizations such as the forum of children’ friendly city at Depok (FOKLA Depok) and Tunas Ilmu Foundation. Finally, we can conclude this activity was very useful for the people around.

Abstract

Social media is an effective tool for millennials to learn many things nowadays. However, not all millennials understand how to use social media as a something useful, including entrepreneurial spirit. Therefore, this programme held to 1) emerge teenagers ‘entrepreneurial spirit through social media; 2) socialize social media ethics with its functions for learning. The method used was cooperative learning which matched for teenagers such as explanation, games, question and answer, sharing experience, case study, and discussion. Based on activities evaluation, both knowledge and spirit of the participants (teenagers) about entrepreneurship and social media ethics increased. Furthermore, there will be follow up programs by visiting some entrepreneurship facilities such as Management Business Development Centre (PPMB), Carrier Development Centre (CDC), and Capital Market Laboratory of Economics Faculty Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Abstract

We will encounter many technologies in the 4.0 revolution era, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, the internet, 5G, digitalization, and big data. All of these technologies have potential in the world of education. Based on information about some of the problems faced by teachers at ASPAPI Member Vocational Schools in the DKI Jakarta area, they must be addressed as soon as possible as a solution to increasing knowledge, abilities, and skills in running database applications on digital archives as one of the development and utilization of information and communication technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the 5.0 social era. Therefore, the community service team tries to offer solutions to these problems through the following main activities: 1) increasing the understanding and skills of ASPAPI Member Vocational High School teachers in the DKI Jakarta area, 2) increasing abilities in teaching and learning activities for digital archives, especially the use of database applications. The method used for providing training consists of planning, action execution, observation, and reflection. We generate an application called Dive Apps, where these apps can manage archives with a digitalization system and can also be used by teachers in archival learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide participants with understanding and knowledge about the importance of making classroom action research, as well as increase the enthusiasm of teachers to make CAR and implement CAR as expected so teachers do not experience problems in writing CAR reports because Classroom Action Research is seen as a form of research. the most appropriate improvement in the quality of learning. The method uses training with a participatory training model and intensive mentoring, Data collection techniques use interviews to obtain data about the difficulties of teachers in preparing CAR proposals, observations to observe the implementation of the participatory training model with intensive mentoring, and evaluation of CAR proposals to obtain data on the success of model implementation. training. The implementation of this training was attended by 65 teachers. With this training, teachers have knowledge and insight as skilled teachers because apart from being researchers, teachers also act as PBM implementers so that they know very well the problems they are facing, and the conditions to be achieved.

Abstract

Community empowerment, especially for the lower middle class, needs to be done to reduce unemployment and improve welfare. Weak family financial literacy is one of the fundamental problems. This community service team intends to provide solutions to the above problems, namely in the form of family financial literacy training. The target of this empowerment is housewives whose economic status is lower middle class in Beji Village, Beji District, Depok City, West Java. The training material is presented in the form of material presentations by resource persons, followed by discussion. This community service activity proved to be able to provide an understanding of financial planning for the participants who were members of the Baitussalam Healthy and Fit Community in Beji Village, Depok City.

Abstract

The study aim of this reasearch was to developed a model of teacher skills training designed  for train teacher how to develop their student’s soft skills. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study, and questionnaire. The perticipants are students of multimedia major in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta, the teachers, the leader of multimedia major, and multimedia industry who have coorporate with the school. The design develompment use ADDIE model with modified and integrated with research method R&D of level 1 which has validation by internal validaty. In order to be validated in the academic and scientific, the resulting model have tested by internal validation through three experts, named experts judgment, by expert of training design, expert of material, and expert of media. The result showed that the model design get average score 92,37% from experts,  which is valid and ready to implement to the next step.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah model desain  pelatihan keterampilan guru SMK dalam mengembangkan soft skill peserta didik bidang keahlian multimedia yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari beberapa partisipan, di antaranya peserta didik jurusan multimedia SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta, guru, kepala jurusan, dan industri multimedia yang menjadi mitra sekolah. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE yang dimodifikasi dan diintegrasikan dengan penelitian R&D level 1.Produk yang dihasilkan diuji menggunakan uji internal melalui proses uji ahli, yaitu ahli desain pelatihan, ahli materi, dan ahli media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model desain pelatihan keterampilan yang dikembangkan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 92,37% dari ahli yang menunjukkan bahwa model desain pelatihan teruji valid dan siap diimplementasikan pada tahap selanjutnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning culture, student personality characteristics, readiness to learn boldly on learning satisfaction. The research was conducted for 7 (seven) months starting from December 2020 to June 2021. The research method was quantitative with the type of research that was explanatory. The sample used in this study found 198 respondents from the education students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The data collection technique used a proportional random technique. The data analysis technique used SmartPLS software version 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square) with structural equation analysis (SEM). The results showed that each variable had a significant effect.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational justice, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research was conducted for seven months from February 2021 to September 2021. The population is 100 respondents, and the samples in this study is 80 respondents from Teachers at East Jakarta PGRI Foundation Vocational School. The sampling was done using proportional random sampling technic. The data was collected from a questionnaire via google forms using a Likert scale. To test the hypothesis proposed in this study, the technical analysis of the fit of the model used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that organizational culture, organizational justice, and organizational commitment had an effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
