Abstract

Penulisan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh experiental marketing, Promosi dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Mandy’s Cafe Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kausatif, dimana penelitian ini menggambarkan dan menganalisis pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lainnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Mandy’s Café yang berbelanja di Mandy’s Café tersebut. Sedangkan sampelnya diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Cochran’s dengan jumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan induktif melalui analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis data dan pembahasan, hasil penelitian 1).Berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel experiential marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai signifikansi (0.000) < 0.05. maka hipotesis pertama H1 diterima, 2). Berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai signifikansi (0.001) < 0.05. maka hipotesis kedua H2 diterima, 3). Berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai signifikansi (0.000) < 0.05. maka hipotesis kedua H3 diterima.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction at CV. Arsana Sentosa, manufacturer of ASTA brand fire extinguishers in Karawang. Using descriptive quantitative methods and multiple linear regression analysis, this research found that of the three independent variables tested, only brand image had a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Product quality and service quality, although having a positive relationship, do not show a statistically significant effect. These results indicate that a strong brand image plays a more important role in increasing consumer satisfaction than product and service quality. Therefore, CV. Arsana Sentosa is advised to focus on strategies to improve its brand image through effective marketing campaigns, product innovation and improving service quality. With this approach, companies can increase consumer satisfaction and maintain a competitive position in the market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of customer experience and service quality in influencing the revisit rate at the Ke’te Kesu tourist attraction. Using a quantitative approach, this study examines the impact of customer experience andservice quality the desire to return to the same tourist destination. The research sample consists of 140 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 29. The results of this study indicate that customer experience and service quality have an impact on driving the revisit rate at the Ke’te Kesu tourist attraction. The coefficient of determination in this study is 0.275 or 27.5%.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the influence of digital technology, competitiveness, business strategy and innovation on the performance of Padang city culinary MSMEs. The research method uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The research population was 4,454 culinary MSMEs and a sample of 135 MSMEs was taken by purposive sampling using the Rao soft sample size calculator technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. All instrument tests and classical assumption tests are met before the data is processed. Multiple linear regression results Y = 1.375 + 0.879X1 + .784X2 + 0.693X3 + 0.791X4 + e. Hypothesis testing at a significance level of 5% shows that digital technology, competitiveness, business strategy and innovation have a significant positive effect on the performance of culinary MSMEs in the city of Padang, West Sumatra province, partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the partial influence of perceived ease to use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using and actual usage on the turnover of culinary MSMEs in the city of Padang. Primary data in the form of a questionnaire comes from field research. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The research population was 4,454 culinary MSMEs in the city of Padang who already had a Business Identification Number (NIB). The number of research samples of 100 MSMEs was determined using the Rao Purba formula with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods were carried out using questionnaires, interviews and observations. All instrument tests and classical assumption tests are met before the data is processed. all research independent variables are perceived ease to use (X1), perceived usefulness (X2), attitude toward using (X3) and actual usage (X4). Multiple linear regression results Y = 104,631 + 97,106X1 + 89,735X2 + 90,358X3 + 78,469X4 + e where Y = turnover. Partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing at a significance level of 5% shows that perceived ease to use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward use and actual usage have a significant positive effect on the turnover of culinary MSMEs in the city of Padang, West Sumatera province.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of council budget information (X) on regional financial control (Y) and the influence of council budget information (X) on regional financial control (Y) by testing community participation (Z). The survey results show that congressional budget information (X) has no effect on regional budget control (Y). The results of testing this first hypothesis are given the value |tcount|. Tested 0.595 danlt; 1 > 0.05. Knowledge of the DPRD budget (X) then influences regional fiscal control (Y) which is controlled by regional community participation (Z). The results of testing this second hypothesis are presented by testing the interaction between the R^2 value in the regression equation (1) and the R^2 value in the regression equation (2). As a result, the R^2 value of regression equation (1) is lower than the R^2 value of regression equation (2) (0.008 and less than 0.241).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application and accuracy of the Accounting Information System for Inpatient Services at Hermina Pasteur General Hospital. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method, where the data obtained comes from the source of the Hermina Pasteur General Hospital profile, organizational structure and inpatient service reports. namely this research was conducted by conducting interview, observation and documentation techniques with employees of RSU Hermina Pasteur. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the accounting information system for inpatient services at Hermina Pasteur General Hospital has used a computerized system in all areas of its scope of activities ranging from information services, patient registration, authorization of transactions, and patient discharge process services have been running smoothly effectively and efficiently and internal control in the inpatient service system has been running well. This is evidenced by the increasing number of patients entering and leaving the hospital and the speed of the data entry process. The application of accounting information systems in hospitals has provided easy access to data and data collection in hospital services. Hermina Pasteur General Hospital has implemented an accounting information system in supporting hospital inpatient services. This is supported by an adequate accounting information system and is evidenced by the system running well and smoothly so that the objectives of the hospital can be achieved properly.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and skills on the performance of sales assistants working in malls. A conducive work environment and adequate skills are important factors that can influence the productivity and efficiency of salespeople. The research method used is qualitative with a literature approach. Data was collected through various literature such as journals, articles and books. The research results show that a good work environment and high skills significantly influence the performance of sales assistants. A comfortable, safe and supportive work environment can improve salesperson performance. Meanwhile, skills that are relevant to the duties and responsibilities of sales assistants have also been proven to increase efficiency and service quality. These findings indicate the importance of mall management to create a positive work environment and provide the necessary training to improve salesperson skills, thereby improving overall performance and customer satisfaction

Abstract

The role of technology in the banking world is absolute, where the progress of the banking system has been supported by advances in information technology. The increasingly developed and complex facilities offered to facilitate service, if the Mobile banking application has complete service features, is easy for customers to use, this is one of the factors that can determine customers' decisions in using the application. This research aims to determine the influence of Information Technology and Service Features on Customer Decisions using the BSI Mobile application (case study of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Demang). The method used in collecting data is through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The sample used was 100 respondents using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used for the questionnaire was validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing with data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results of this research show that information technology has no influence on customer decisions, and service features positively and significantly influence customer decisions, besides that information technology and service features simultaneously have a positive effect on customer decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Automatic Teller Machine/ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and Self Service Technology on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Simpang Patal.The reason behind the author's interest in writing this thesis is based on the researcher's sense of suggestion regarding the lack of customer understanding regarding technology, obstacles in using ATMs or Mobile Banking applications and Internet Banking which carry out transactions via cellphones, this is thought to be a lack of potential for improving Self Service Technology services in banks. Indonesian Sharia KCP Palembang Simpang Patal.This type of research is field research obtained directly through distributing questionnaires to BSI KCP Palembang Simpang Patal customers. The technique used in sampling is the Slovin formula. The sample used in this research was 99 customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Simpang Patal. The type of data used is primary data. Data analysis techniques in this research consist of validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis, the Automatic Teller Machine variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Mobile Banking has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Internet Banking has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and Self Service Technology simultaneously has an effect on customer satisfaction.
