Abstract

This assessment process aims to diagnose problems that occur in the General and Personnel Subdivision. The subjects involved in this study amounted to 4 people consisting of the Secretary of the Regional Civil Service Agency, the Head of the General and Personnel Sub-Division, and the Employees of the General and Personnel Sub-Division. The assessment method used is interviews and document studies. Based on the results of the analyst, it was found that problems related to the performance of the General and Personnel Sub Division are related to the lack of competence of leaders. This is related to managerial competence and personal competence, so that the work does not look optimal. In addition, there is dissatisfaction among group members due to the lack of interpersonal skills possessed by leaders.

Abstract

Komunikasi pemasaran merupakan sarana yang digunakan perusahaan dalam upaya menginformasikan, membujuk, dan mengingatkan konsumen baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung tentang produk dan merek yang mereka jual. Minat beli konsumen merupakan perilaku yang ditunjukkan ketika pelanggan memiliki keinginan untuk menggunakan, mengkonsumsi, atau bahkan mendambakan produk yang ditawarkan. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran menjadi hal yang sangat krusial untuk menarik minat konsumen. Komunikasi yang efektif dapat membangun hubungan yang solid dengan konsumen, memperkuat citra merek, dan mendorong minat beli konsumen. Rukun Warga Coffee memiliki strategi perencanaan untuk menentukan pendekatan komunikasi pemasaran untuk menarik minat beli konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan paradigma konstruktivisme, dan pendekatan deskriptif. Temuan dari penelitian ini sesuai dengan teori yang digunakan. Pada dasarnya, strategi komunikasi pemasaran melibatkan sejumlah tahapan. Meskipun terdapat berbagai tantangan dan kekurangan selama pelaksanaannya, Kopi Rukun Warga terus belajar dari pengalaman dan melakukan perbaikan agar strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan menjadi lebih efisien.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of self assessment systems, tax laws, and tax sanctions affects the level of compliance with tax obligations. The sample on this study uses purposive sampling methods as well as valid data of 52 tax obligers. Data processing techniques utilize Partial Least Square through the help of SmartPLS 4 application. The results of this study show that self-assessment systems, tax laws, and tax sanctions have a positive and significant impact on the level of compliance with tax obligations. Implications for this study are the need to maintain policies and incentives from the government in particular the Tax Commission by continuing to include taxpayers in the performance of their tax obligation so that it shows a positive impact for the State.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi persepsi konsumen terhadap produk halal dari Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) serta dampaknya terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi preferensi konsumen terhadap produk halal, termasuk kepercayaan terhadap kehalalan, kualitas produk, harga, dan faktor emosional. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan mewawancarai 30 responden yang dipilih secara purposif dari berbagai latar belakang demografis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen cenderung memilih produk halal yang tidak hanya memenuhi standar kehalalan yang diakui, tetapi juga memiliki kualitas yang baik, harga yang bersaing, serta citra merek yang positif. Perbedaan preferensi konsumen juga terlihat berdasarkan faktor demografi seperti usia, pendidikan, dan latar belakang agama. Selain itu, penelitian juga menyoroti pentingnya dukungan dari segi regulasi dan infrastruktur dalam pengembangan produk halal dari UMKM. Regulasi yang jelas dan ditegakkan dengan baik terkait sertifikasi halal, pengawasan produksi, serta infrastruktur produksi dan distribusi yang memadai diidentifikasi sebagai faktor pendukung utama dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan daya saing UMKM.Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk penguatan regulasi terkait kehalalan produk, peningkatan infrastruktur produksi dan distribusi, serta pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi UMKM dalam mengembangkan produk halal mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan UMKM dan memperluas pasar produk halal di masa depan

Abstract

Investment behavior is the investor's ability to process data and information related to future risk uncertainty. An investor's ability to respond to risk uncertainty is greatly influenced by the investor's knowledge and understanding of the sector being managed. Knowledge supported by a measurement model is expected to be able to provide maximum returns on managed assets. This research aims to find out the optimal shares to invest in. This research is also expected to be able to contribute in providing information and practical approaches for investors when deciding to invest in the capital market. The object of this research is banking companies that are on the LQ 45 index in 2023. The total research sample is 7 companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data (share prices) and the data analysis technique used is the Markowitz method to obtain an optimal portfolio for investors. The research results show that for investors with the highest risk preferences the recommended allocation of funds to invest is starting with Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI, Bank Syariah Indonesia and Bank BNI with an expected return rate of 4.58 percent and a risk of 0.51 percent, while investors with a risk preference The lowest recommended allocation of funds for investment is starting with Bank BCA, Bank BTN, Bank BNI and Bank Jago with an expected rate of return of 1.24 percent and a risk of 0.011 percent.

Abstract

PT Jaya Kencanamas Farma, is a pharmaceutical health sub-distributor company that began operating in 2022. The objectives of this study include internal communication in the dimensions of internal communication, internal communication relationships or interactions, and barriers in internal communication. Using a descriptive qualitative approach research method, this research involves interviews, observations, and documentation studies as data collection methods and uses data source triangulation validity techniques. The results showed that internal communication in the company PT Jaya Kencanamas Farma has an important role in improving employee performance. The conditions of internal communication dimensions both vertically and horizontally at PT Jaya Kencanamas Farma are mutually sustainable to carry out work processes that are structural in nature, personal and group communication relationships are also carried out optimally to improve performance but there are major obstacles in internal communication in the form of miscommunication that occurs due to lack of clarity in the direction of communication and message interpretation. Various efforts have been made by the company to improve the quality of internal communication to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the key opportunities and challenges faced by human resource management (HRM) in Islamic banks in addressing the digital era. The research employs a literature review method to evaluate various sources relevant to this topic. The findings reveal that the rapid digitization in the banking industry has created new requirements, including the need to enhance digital competencies among staff. These digital skills are crucial for employees to adapt to continuously evolving systems and technologies. The main challenge is the need to upskill and retrain the workforce to equip them with the necessary expertise to operate the digital technologies used in banking operations. HRM must ensure that employees possess relevant technical skills, analytical abilities, and the capability to quickly adapt to technological changes. This process requires significant resource allocation for the continuous education and skill development of employees. Digital transformation brings changes to the work culture in Islamic banks. The implementation of digital technology fosters a more flexible and collaborative work environment, which in turn affects the composition and dynamics of work teams. The recruitment process also needs adjustments to attract talent with digital competencies who can quickly adapt to technological advancements. Islamic banks should seek candidates who not only possess technical skills but also adhere to Sharia values. In the other hand, employee retention strategies should include attractive career development programs and competitive incentives to retain top talent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how followers of Instagram account @safiindonesia are influenced by Islamic branding on cosmetic items when making purchases. The Slovin formula was utilized by the researcher to pick a sample of one hundred individuals. The research data, which were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 for Windows, led to the conclusion that Islamic branding had a major impact on consumer decisions. With a significance level of 0.05, the t-test produced a regression model significance value of 0.000. Consequently, it may be concluded that the Islamic Branding variable (X) has a significant impact on the purchasing choice (Y) when 0.000 < 0.05. The Islamic Branding variable accounts for almost 52% of the variability in followers' purchase decisions, according to the R square value of 0.529.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing: (1) strategic efforts of the Regional Revenue Agency in overcoming obstacles and expanding coretax integration as an effort to increase local tax revenue; (2) the effectiveness of coretax as a strategy in increasing local taxes in DKI Jakarta province; (3) obstacles experienced by the Regional Revenue Agency in carrying out strategies to increase local taxes through coretax services; and (4) recommendations and steps that need to be taken to increase local tax revenue in DKI Jakarta province in the future. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the application of the coretax digital-based service system had a positive impact on local tax revenue, with key factors: (1) increased data accuracy; (2) ease of use for taxpayers; and (3) better system integration. The factors that hinder in carrying out the strategy of increasing local tax revenue through coretax are unstable server disruptions, system services that are not fully integrated, and lack of understanding of technology among tax officials.
