Abstract

Pengetahuan investasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting sebagai dasar seseorang untuk melakukan investasi, adanya bekal ilmu pengetahuan dapat membenarkan persepsi seseorang dari persepsi negatif terkait investasi. Penelitian ini menguji besarnya pengaruh dari pengetahuan investasi, persepsi risiko dan persepsi return terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa. Data diperoleh dari studi literatur dan pengambilan data primer melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 105 mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh program studi sarjana angkatan tahun 2019-2022. Pengujian penelitian menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji statistik deskriptif, uji regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa, persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa, persepsi return berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Trademark registration is very important for businesses so that the trademark that has been built is not imitated by others, but in reality, the registration of trademarks in the Directorate General of Intellectual Property does not rule out the possibility of disputes caused by the registration of trademarks that have similarities with other trademarks or even have similarities in meaning with previously registered trademarks. This research discusses the application of the doctrine of foreign equivalents associated with trademark registration in Indonesia which aims to be a solution when there is a dispute in the trademark registration process. The research method used is normative legal research using legal materials relevant to trademark registration in Indonesia. The results showed that the concept of the doctrine of foreign equivalents is done by translating a trademark or service mark into English before the mark is registered. It is intended that the registered trademark can be identified whether the trademark is a generic trademark or included in the words of public property or there is a resemblance to a previously registered trademark. In addition, the doctrine of foreign equivalents has not been applied in Indonesia, it can be proven by the existence of two different court decisions related to trademark registration associated with the concept of foreign doctrine.

Abstract

This journal aims to determine the process of acquiring land for customary land in the Merauke Integrated Food and Energy Estate (MIFEE) program. whether it is in line with the principle of land acquisition in national agrarian law, and to find out the effect of customary law that arises if customary land is transferred to public interests. The research method used is an empirical juridical research method. Transfer of customary land rights for the public interest. As well as the potential impact of the Merauke Integrated Food and Energy Estate (MIFEE) Project on the quality of life of local indigenous peoples.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di CV. Makin Makmur kota Semarang. Variabel penelitian ini ada tiga, yaitu variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia (X1), variabel kompetensi (X2), dan variabel produktivitas tenaga kerja (Y). Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner (angket) dan populasi berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan dan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh kuat terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan melalui software SPSS versi 22, yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,696, artinya variabel independen (Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia) mampu mempengaruhi variabel dependen (Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja) sebesar 69,6%. Variabel pengembangan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Secara parsial dengan uji t diperoleh koefisien regresi bernilai positif sebesar 0,684 untuk variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan 0,460 untuk variabel kompetensi sumber daya manusia dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Sedangkan secara simultan hasil uji F diperoleh F hitung sebesar 114,117 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Karena sig Fhitung<5% (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal dan biaya operasional terhadap Pajak Penghasilan Badan terutang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018 sampai 2021. Sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 308 perusahaan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial profitabilitas yang diukur menggunakan Operating Profit Ratio (OPR) dan biaya operasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Pajak Penghasilan Badan terutang. Artinya semakin tinggi profitabilitas dan biaya operasional maka semakin tinggi Pajak Penghasilan Badan terutang. Sementara, struktur modal yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equty Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pajak Penghasilan Badan terutang karena perusahaan lebih memilih utang dari pemegang saham daripada utang bank. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, Biaya Operasional, Pajak Penghasilan Badan Terutang Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure and operating costs on corporate income tax payable. The sample in this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018 to 2021. The sample used was 308 companies using a purposive sampling technique. The research methodology used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that partially profitability as measured using the Operating Profit Ratio (OPR) and operational costs had a positive effect on corporate income tax payable. This means that the higher the profitability and operational costs, the higher the Corporate Income Tax payable. Meanwhile, the capital structure proxied by the Debt to Equty Ratio (DER) has no effect on corporate income tax payable because companies prefer debt from shareholders over bank debt. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kategori karyawan dan kepuasan kerja. Metode yang di gunakan adalah analisis tabulasi silang yang berbentuk skala nominal atau kategori dengan uji Chi-Square. Analisis Chi-square di gunakan untuk mengelompokan dan menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa karyawan merasa puas dengan gaji, lingkungan kerja serta rekan kerja, akan tetapi merasa tidak puas dengan tantangan pekerjaaan. Tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan secara keseluruhan memiliki nilai skor total 415 atau dalam kategori puas. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square di dapatkan adanya hubungan nyata antara kategori tingkat umur, kategori tingkat pendidikan, dan untuk kategori lama bekerja. Sedangkan untuk kategori jumlah tanggungan keluarga tidak memiliki hubungan nyata terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Abstract This case study's goal is to examine the students’ perception with the application of extensive reading (ER) at university students. To learn more about The factors affecting the students’ success in ER class. Five EFL students of Harapan Bangsa University, Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia, who are currently enrolled in their sixth semester as research participants selected on purpose based on three key factors, i.e. They are familiar with Extensive Reading and have taken ER courses. The information for this study was gathered using questionnaires, interviews, and diary entries from respondents. The information was then processed in accordance with Miles, Huberman, and Saldana's (2014) suggested stages of an interactive model of data analysis. There are two key conclusions from the analysis. First, the students contrasted their opinions on Extensive Reading Class. While one participant expressed joylessness and difficulty, four respondents reported enjoyment and motivation in the ER class. The students' different starting points in reading proficiency and the constrained freedom to choose what to read may all be pointed to as explanations for the finding. Second, according to the participants' perspectives, there are five elements that contribute to the success of an ER class: internal motivation, reading with initiative, a supportive reading environment, the availability of role model, and a variety of ER-based activities. Abstract

Firm value is one of the things considered by investors in investment decisions. Companies with a high value are expected to guarantee high dividends for investors. There are several factors that affect the high and low value of the company, some of which are financial ratios. This study aims to find out whether financial ratios can affect company value. Price to book value, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity are used as proxies to measure firm value, liquidity, leverage, and profitability. Using 73 companies listed on the IDX in the financial sector in 2022 as a research sample, it was found that profitability has an effect on company value. Leverage also has a significant effect but in a negative direction and liquidity has no effect even though the direction is positive.
