Abstract

Abstrako Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perilaku pemilih dalam pilkades tahun 2019 di Desa Bakung Udanawu Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan persentase. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 98 orang yang populasinya yaitu orang yang menggunakan hak pilihnya dalam pilkades tahun 2019 di Desa Bakung Udanawu Blitar. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teori tindakan sosial yang dikemukakan oleh Max Weber. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data yang sudah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik kuantitatif deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pemilih dalam pilkades tahun 2019 di Desa Bakung Udanawu Blitar dalam menentukan calon pemimpin yaitu 95,92% mengatakan menentukan pilihannya berdasarkan tindakan rasional instrumental dan 4,08% mengatakan tidak menentukan pilihannya berdasarkan tindakan rasional instrumental, kemudian 95,92% mengatakan menentukan pilihannya berdasarkan tindakan rasional nilai dan 4,08% mengatakan tidak menentukan pilihannya berdasarkan tindakan rasional nilai, serta 61,22% mengatakan menentukan pilihannya berdasarkan tindakan tradisional dan 38,77% mengatakan tidak menentukan pilihannya berdasarkan tindakan tradisional, serta 65,30% mengatakan menentukan pilihannya berdasarkan tindakan afektif dan 34,69% mengatakan tidak menentukan pilihannya berdasarkan tindakan afektif. Kata Kunci: Perilaku pemilih, Perilaku politik, Pilkades tahun 2019. Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the behavior of voters in 2019 pilkades in Bakung Udanawu Village, Blitar. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach with a percentage. The number of samples in this study are 98 people whose population is the people who use their voting rights in the 2019 pilkades in Bakung Udanawu Village, Blitar. The theory used in this research is to use the theory of social Action put forward by Max Weber. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques with percentages. The results of this study indicate that the Voter Behavior in 2019 pilkades in Bakung Udanawu Village Blitar in determining the prospective leader 95.92% said they made their choices based on Instrumental Rational Actions and 4.08% said they did not make their choices based on instrumental rational actions, then 95.92 % said they made their choices based on rational value actions and 4.08% said they did not make their choices based on rational value acts, 61.22% said they made their choices based on traditional actions and 38.77% said they did not make their choices based on traditional actions and 65.30 % said they made their choices based on affective actions and 34.69% said they did not make their choices based on affective actions. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengenai pandangan masyarakat tentang kasus pernikahan dini sebagai Implementasi UU Perkawinan di Desa Balun. Pernikahan dini dalam penelitian ini merupakan perkawinan yang terjadi di umur kurang dari 18 tahun dan mendapatkan dispensasi nikah dari pihak Pengadilan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori tindakan sosial dari Max Weber (1864-1920) merupakan teori yang muncul karena asumsi setiap orang berbeda-beda di sesuaikan dengan apa yang dirasakan dan sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan demi kebaikan dirinya dan orang lain. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pandangan tentang pernikahan dini termasuk tindakan instrumental dan rasionalitas nilai. Pandangan dari anak, orang tua dan masyarakat lainnya tentang pernikahan dini layak dilakukan. Alasannya, karena sudah terpenuhi lahir batin, pandangan tersebut sesuai dengan teori tindakan sosial rasionalitas nilai sebab tindakan dilakukan secara sadar sesuai dengan aturan agama, hukum dan nilai lainnya. Pandangan Kepala desa dan Moden desa pernikahan dini layak dilakukan dengan alasan menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi, yaitu hamil di luar nikah sekaligus menjauhkan dari perbuatan zina, pandangan tersebut sesuai dengan teori tindakan sosial instrumental yaitu untuk kebaikan bersama dan dilakukan secara sadar. Teori tindakan sosial Weber menekankan dalam menanggapi masalah sosial secara rasional sesuai dengan keadaan atau kebutuhan. Kata Kunci: Pandangan, Pernikahan Dini, UU Perkawinan. Abstract This study aims to explain the public's view of the case of early marriage as the Implementation of the Marriage Law in Balun Village. Early marriage in this study is a marriage that occurs at the age of less than 18 years and get a marriage dispensation from the court. The views of children, parents and other communities about early marriage are appropriate. The reason, because it has been fulfilled physically and mentally, the view is in accordance with the theory of social action rationality of values ​​because the action is done consciously in accordance with the rules of religion, law and other values. The views of the village head and Moden village of early marriage deserve to be carried out on the grounds of resolving the problems that occur, namely getting pregnant out of wedlock while at the same time distancing adultery, the view is in accordance with the theory of instrumental social action that is for the common good and is done consciously. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kepedulian sosial peserta didik pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) di SMPN 2 Buduran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua peserta didik yang menempati kelas bersama ABK sejumlah 574 orang. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 58 peserta didik kelas VII hingga kelas IX secara acak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa peserta didik SMPN 2 Buduran memiliki tingkat kepedulian sosial pada ABK yang tergolong tinggi. Data menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 79,31% memiliki tingkat kepedulian sosial pada ABK yang tinggi, 20,69% memiliki tingkat kepedulian sosial pada ABK dengan kategori sedang, dan tidak ada seorangpun peserta didik yang memiliki tingkat kepedulian sosial pada ABK dengan kategori rendah. Asumsi awal yang menyebutkan bahwa kemungkinan peserta didik SMPN 2 Buduran memiliki tingkat kepedulian sosial pada ABK dalam kategori sedang hingga tinggi terbukti. Kata Kunci: Kepedulian Sosial, Peserta didik, ABK. . Abstract This study aims to describe the level of social awareness of students in Children with Special Needs at SMPN 2 Buduran. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive design. The population in this study were all students who shared a class with Children with Special Needs with a total of 574 people. The sample used was 58 students from grade VII to class IX randomly. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified sampling technique. Data collection techniques are done using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that students of SMPN 2 Buduran have a high level of social care for Children with Special Needs. The data shows that as much as 79.31% have a high level of social care for Children with Special Needs, 20.69% have a level of social care for Children with Special Needs in the medium category, and no single student has a level of social care for Children with Special Needs in the low category. The initial assumption stating that the possibility of SMPN 2 Buduran students having a level of social care for Children with Special Needs in the moderate to high category is proven. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peran dan faktor penghambat dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PPPA) dalam mencegah kekerasan seksual anak di Kabupaten Jombang. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori peran Biddle dan Thomas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dengan informan penelitian yang dipilih secara purposive sampling adalah Kepala Bagian Perlindungan Anak. Fokus penelitian adalah peran dan faktor penghambat dinas PPPA Kabupaten Jombang dalam mencegah kekerasan seksual anak di Kabupaten Jombang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran dinas PPPA dalam mencegah kekerasan seksual anak terlihat dari sosialisasi kekerasan seksual terhadap masyarakat, pemberian layanan pengaduan, pendampingan kepada korban ketika melaporkan kasus secara hukum dan pendampingan secara psikologis korban. Hal ini terjadi karena masyarakat masih memiliki pola pikir tentang kekerasan seksual yang masih rendah, kurangnya pendidikan seks kepada anak dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk melaporkan kekerasan seksual. Kata Kunci: kekerasan seksual, Anak, masyarakat Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the role and inhibiting factors of the departement women’s empowerment and child protection in overcoming child sexual violence in Jombang. The theory used is the theory of the role of Biddle and Thomas. The type research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techninques using indepth interviews with research informants selected by purposive sampling are the head of the chlid protection departement. The focus of the research is the role and inhibiting factors of the departement women’s empowerment and child protection in overcoming child sexual violence in Jombang. The results showed thatbthe role of the of the departement women’s empowerment and child protection in overcoming child sexual violence can be seen from the socialization of sexual violence against the community, the provision of complaints services, assistance to victums when reporting cases legally and psychological assistance to victims. This happenes because the society still has a mindset about sexual violence that is still low, lack of sex education in children and lack of publick awareness to report sexual violence. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penanaman nilai nasionalisme santri MA di Pondok Pesantren Ash Shomadiyah Tuban. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pengembangan karakter Thomas Lickona. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif eksploratif. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 16 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni kepala sekolah, koordinator kesiswaan, pembina ekstrakurikuler, guru dan sembilan santri MA. Data dikumpulkan dengan dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penanaman nilai nasionalisme pada santri MA di Pondok Pesantren Ash Shomadiyah Tuban dapat dilihat pada proses pembelajaran (intrakurikuler), ektrakurikuler, budaya sekolah dan kegiatan pendidikan diniyah. Pelaksanaan penanaman nilai nasionalisme dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terutama melalui mata pelajaran PPKn, Sosiologi, Sejarah, dan Olahraga. Pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler melalui kegiatan mimbar bebas, pramuka, dan LDKS meliputi kegiatan sekolah multikultural, sekolah demokrasi, dan pesantren inkompi. Pada budaya sekolah, dibiasakan untuk ta’dzim terhadap guru, kerja bakti, penghijauan kembali (go green), upacara hari besar nasional, peringatan hari santri dan kegiatan lomba 17 Agustus. Sedangkan kegiatan pendidikan diniyah dilakukan melalui kegiatan stadium general kebangsaan dan disiplin dalam keagamaan yaitu pembiasaan sholat berjamaah diikuti oleh santri perempuan. Proses pembelajaran, ektrakurikuler, budaya sekolah dan kegiatan pendidikan diniyah menciptakan arena bagi terbentuknya pengetahuan moral, sikap moral, dan perilaku moral para santri bagi tumbuhnya sikap nasionalisme. Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of the planting of nationalism values in MA students at the Ash Shomadiyah islamic Boarding School in Tuban. This study uses the theory of character development of Thomas Lickona. This research uses explorative descriptive qualitative approach. There were 16 informant in this study who werw selected using purposive sampling techniques, namely school principals, student coordinators, extracurricular coaches, teachers, and nine students of the MA. Data is collected by documentation and in-depth interviews online. The results showed that the implemantation of the planting of nationalist values in MA student in the Ash Shomadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Tuban can be seen instructional process, extracurricular, school culture and Diniyah education. Implementation of the inculcation of the value of nationalism in learning activities through the PPKn Sosiology, History, and sports subjects. In extracurricular activities through free speech, scouting, and LDKS activities including multicultural school activities, democratic schools, and Inkompi boarding school. On school culture is accustomes to teachers’ regimes, voluntary work, greening (go green), national holidays, commemoration of santri day and August 17 competition activities. Whereas in diniyah education activities through the general stadium activities of nationality and discipline in religious matters such as the customary worship in congregation followed by female students. Instructional process, extracurricular, school culture and Diniyah education create an arena for building nationalism character. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru PPKn dalam membina karakter peduli sosial peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Gedangan. Teori yang digunakan peneliti adalah teori Behaviorisme B.F Skiner. Dalam pengkondisian operan tersebut terdapat penggunaan penguatan yang nantinya mempengaruhi konsekuensi perilaku. Untuk menguatkan tindakan atau perilaku dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu ada penguatan yang bersifat positif dengan cara memberikan penghargan kepada peserta didik. Sedangkan enguatan negative berupa memberikan hukuman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data dengan trianggulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam pembinaan karakter peduli sosial pada peserta didik, peran guru yang paling dominan untuk menciptakan karakter peduli sosial di sekolah, antara lain sebagai motivator, korektor dan pembimbing. Guru sebagai motivator adalah memberikan pembinaan karakter peduli sosial secara verbal dan nonverbal. Sebagai korektor, guru memberikan pembinaan karakter peduli sosial dengan menilai dan mengkoreksi semua sikap, tingkah laku, dan perbuatan peserta didik. Sebagai pembimbing, guru memberikan pembinaan karakter peduli sosial dengan strategi keteladanan, pengondisian lingkungan, dan kegiatan rutin untuk membimbing peserta didik supaya memili karakter peduli sosial pada dirinya. Kata Kunci: peran, guru PPKn, karakter peduli sosial siswa Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the role of PPKn teachers in fostering the character of social care students in SMA Negeri 1 Gedangan. This study used the B. F Skinner behaviorist theory. In operant conditioning there is the used of reinforcement which in turn influences behavioral consequences. Strengthening behavior is divided into two, namely positive reinforcement by giving appreciation and negative reinforcement, one of which is by giving punishment to students. This type of research used descriptive qualitative. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in fostering the character of social care for students, the most dominant role of teachers to create the character of social care in schools is as a motivator, corrector and supervisor. As a motivator, the teacher provides verbal and nonverbal social care character development. As a corrector, the teacher provides social care character development by assessing and improving all student attitudes and behaviors. As a guiding teacher providing social care character development with exemplary environmental conditioning strategies and routine activities to guide students to have the character of social care in themselves Keywords: role, teacher of PPKn, the character of social care student.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan praktik penilaian mata pelajaran PPKn di SMAN Bandarkedungmulyo, SMAN Kertosono dan SMA Budi Utomo Perak. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain kualitatif eksploratif. Data dikumpulkan dan diperoleh dengan mengganakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi dengan jumlah narasumber 10 guru PPKn. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pada aspek penilaian Kognitif, semua guru didalam melakukan penilaian sama, yaitu meliputi Penilaian Harian, Penilaian Tengah Semester dan Penilaian Akhir Semester dengan ketentuan dan kriteria yang sama. Pada aspek penilaian Ketrampilan/ psikomotor, tidak semua guru sama dalam melakukan penilain. Dari 10 guru mata pelajaran PPKn, 8 guru menggunakan pertimbangan yang menyeluruh. Sedangkan 2 guru hanya sebatas pada komunikasi, menyampaikan pendapat dan keterampilan dalam penyelesaian tugas dan kliping. Pada aspek penilaian afektif, tidak semua guru sama dalam melakukan penilaian. 8 guru menggunakan pertimbangan yang menyeluruh. Dari 2 guru melakukan penilaian afektif hanya sebatas pada sikap praktik pergaulan dan tingkah laku siswa sehari-hari di kelas. Kata Kunci : Penilaian PPKn, Mata Pelajaran PPKn, Praktik Guru menilai This study aims to description of the practice of civics subject assessment at Bandarkedungmulyo Senior High School, Kertosono Senior High School and Budi Utomo Senior High School. This type of research is qualitative by using explorative qualitative design. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with number of speakers of 10 civics teachers. The result of the study show that in the cognitive assessment aspects, all the teachers in the assessment includes daily assessment, Mid-semester assessment and Final semester assessment with the same provisions and criteria. In the aspect of psychomotor assessment, not all teachers are the same in assessing. From the 10 civics teachers, 8 teachers use comprehensive considerations. Two of ten teachers are only limited to communication, expressing opinions and skill in completing assignments and clipings. In the affective aspects of assessment, not all teachers are the same in conducting assessment. 8 teachers use comprehensive considerations. Two teachers in performing affective judgments are limited to the attitude of daily social and students daily conduct the class. Abstract

In Pancasila and Civic Education, students required be creative and active in developing themselves and knowledge. Reality, implementation of Pancasila and Civic Education students still tend passive and easily bored,,in SMP Negeri 9 Surabaya, Pancasila and Civic Education subjects are quite difficult to understand because they have a lot of material to remember and it is quite difficult for students to remember and memorize the articles in the law. act. The use of learning media can solve the problem of the diversity of student learning styles, make it easy for teachers to convey messages, and encourage students to learn. In this study, learning media used the Baper monopoly game media (Learning Legislation) in learning laws and regulations. The type of research that has been used in this research is quantitative research, quasi-experimental type, with two groups (experimental and control). This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 9 Surabaya which were selected using random sampling, the samples in this study were students in class VIII A (experimental class) and class VIII B (control class). The data collection technique in this study is a matter of tests. While the data analysis technique uses a different test using the t test technique. The results showed that the learning activities of the experimental class were in the very good category with a percentage of 79.45%, while the control class was in the adequate category, such as cone theory. Edgar Dale's experience is that the more learning media variables, the more activities carried out by students and the level of involvement of students. starting from visual, oral, writing, to motor, so the material that students understand reaches 90%. As well as having a significant influence on the use of monopoly media on student learning outcomes in the material Interpreting Legislation - Invitations, namely the results of the t test, the 2-tailed significance value gets the result 0.000 <0.05 which states Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, supported by a comparison of the class average posttest scores the experiment was bigger than the control class, namely 67 > 62. Abstract

The arrogance of youth who are members of the IKSPI Kera Sakti martial arts organization is very concerning, because they often commit acts that can harm the organization and damage the good name of IKSPI Kera Sakti. Fights with other martial arts organizations, drunkenness, behaving like a champ in the midst of community life to gambling and crime. This study aims to find out about the cultivation of good manners in members of the Indonesian Men's Silat Family Association (IKSPI) Kera Sakti in Sidomlangean Village, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of participatory observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis. for the informants of this study, there were six people from one IKSPI Kera Sakti head of Sidomlangean Village, three senior trainers who had been members of IKSPI Kera Sakti for more than five years, and two students who were still practicing. Informants are determined using a purposive technique. The theory used in this research is Thomas Lickona's character education theory. In Thomas Lickona's theory of character education, there are three important elements, namely moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral behavior. The results of this study indicate that the inculcation of politeness in the IKSPI Kera Sakti organization in Sidomlangean Village was carried out by trainers during the training process, namely the first habit of shaking hands, praying and making student promises. Second, the development of knowledge about martial arts material. Third, practice the teachings of courtesy. The fourth award and punishment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the level of education and parenting patterns on the formation of children's moralitase in Lawangangung Village, Sugio district. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative. Data were collected using questionnaires (questionnaires) Sampling techniques using probability sampling. The number of samples studied was 30 biological parents who had children aged 12-17 years. Data analysis to test hypotheses using statistical analysis of multiple linear regression through partial testing (t test) and determinant coefficient testing (rsquare ) with a significance level of 0.05 using the help of SPSS 25 for windows. There were three variables in this study on education level (X1), parenting (X2), and child moralitas formation (Y). The results showed that there was a significant positive influence of the influence of education level and parenting on the moralitas formation of children, shown from the results of the t count test of 2.347 with a significant 0.027. Based on research on the level of education of good parents, discipline and wisdom will result in better parenting. This is driven by the need for encouragement and efforts to improve the quality of parenting towards the formation of children's moralitass so that there is a wholeness and harmony, so that the process and out put education can be maximized. The positive influence is that if the level of education of parents is better at educating, the better the results of parenting on the moralitas formation of children.
