Abstract

This research to describe the management of the principal in realizing the adiwiyata school in SD Negeri 02 Tanah Pak Lambik  Padang Panjang City. This study is qualitative. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation study. The results showed that in realizing the adiwiyata program at SD Negeri 02 Tanah Pak Lambik, various management functions were applied by the principal. Starting from the planning, organizing, implementation and control performed by the principal, then with the hard work of the principal and all related elements can be realized adiwiyata program di SD Negeri 02 Tanah Pak Lambik.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the cultivation of character values by PAI teacher through storytelling and character values any implanted through storytelling. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of cultivation of character values in Islamic education through storytelling. The method used a qualitative research method with type research field research is descriptive qualitative. The data source is the PAI teacher. The research location is in SD N 07 Sumanik Salimpaung District of Tanah Datar. Namely data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing techniques by collecting data, once collected then checked and diklasifiasikan, so make easy in data processing. Analysis of the data used is, selecting the data, classifying the data, content analysis, and conclusion. Technique authenticity of data is triangulation is using a variety of sources, such as interviews with respondents and researcher observation and documentation. The results showed that the learning process in primary PAI SD N 07 Sumanik Salimpaung District of Tanah Datar, through storytelling in the cultivation of character values categorized as good, with storytelling techniques without the help of using media images. However, there are some components of storytelling process that has not been done as it should be, as in the stage of arranging the seating of students, at this stage of asking the students to retell the stories that have been submitted. From the stories presented by the teacher in the classroom learning process PAI their character values are imparted to students, among others: (1) The value of character religious, (2) honest, (3) tolerance, (4) hard work, ( 5) curiosity, (6) the national spirit, (7) recognize excellence, (8) friends / communicative, (9) love peace, (10) social care, and (11) of responsibility. While the character values (1) discipline, (2) independent, (3) democratic, (4) likes to read, (5) love of the homeland, (6) creative, and (7) to care for the environment has not seen imparted to students through methods of the story told.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the invisibility of creativity yet tutors in Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB). This study aims to reveal about the contribution of the working climate and work motivation on creativity tutors Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) in the region Badger Luak Nan TigoWest Sumatra Province. Based on the problems and goals to be achieved, this study used a quantitative method that aims to examine the relationship between the three variables above are correlational against a population of 42 tutors with a sample size of 28 people. Sample selection is done through four stages with the steps as follows: (1) Identify strata of the population, (2) Calculate the proportion of strata, (3) determine the sample size, and (4) determining the subject of research. To do research instruments (1) Measurement Scale, (2) Preparation of Instrument, and (3) Test Instruments. Data collected by distributing a questionnaire in the form of questionnaires to tutors selected as the study sample. The research data were processed and analyzed by using the Correlation Technique and Multiple Linear Regression Technique. Data analysis was performed with the aid of a computer program SPSS version 18.0 For Windows, to perform requirements analysis, and hypothesis testing. Results of the analysis showed that (1) contribute to the climate of creativity tutors, (2) contribute to the creative work motivation tutors, and (3) work climate and work motivation together also contribute to the creativity tutors.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Kebijakan Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Peserta Didik Dhuafa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kebijakan kebijakan Kepala Madrasah dalam meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik dhuafa pada Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Modern dan Dhuafa Madania MA Madania Yogyakarta. Sumber data diperoleh dari wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kebijakan kepala Madrasah yang menerapkan kebijakan kepala yayasan dalam meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik memiliki peranan yang cukup andil. Kebijakan dan yang diterapkan dan ditopang oleh guru-guru muda mampu meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik. Adapun kebijakan-kebijakannya yaitu pertama, penggratisan biaya sekolah, Kedua, santri wajib tinggal di asrama agar pengawasan. Adapun kegiatan rutinitas yaitu, muhadoroh (ceramah yang dilakukan oleh santri), muhadoroh ini bersifat wajib dan semua siswa harus terlibat dalam kegiatan tersebut, serta dalam kegiatan extrakulikuler yaitu: pelatihan menjahit, Otomotif, dan desain grafis. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menggali skill santri, dan santri di ajarkan sesuai skillnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh  diklat kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provisinsi Sumatera Barat, pengaruh diklat kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat tersebut pengaruh pengembangan karir staff dan karyawan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan pada dinas Provinsi Sumatera Barat serta pengaruh diklat kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provisnsi Sumatera Barat, populasi pada penelitian ini, sejumlah 25 orang yang ditujukan pada seluruh anggota pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat, artinya pengambilan data berdasarkan metode sensus yaitu  jumlah responden populasi sama  dengan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Regresi Linier Berganda. Variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas yaitu diklat kepemimpinan (X1) dan pengembangan karir (X2) sedangkan kinerja (Y)  merupakan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian didapat persamaan Y = 0,417 + 0,630 X1 + 0,987 X2, nilai signifikansi dari variabel diklat kepemimpinan (X1)adalah sebesar 0,018 dan pengembangan karir  (X2) adalah sebesar 0,000 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif diklat kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif pengembangan karir (X2) terhadap pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership training and career development on the performance of employees of cooperatives, UMMs and trade in the Province of West Sumatra, the influence of leadership training on employee performance of cooperatives, UMMs and trade in West Sumatra Province influence the career development of staff and employees on employee performance the cooperative, umkm and trade service in West Sumatra Province service and the influence of leadership training and career development on the performance of the cooperative, umkm and trade service employees of West Sumatra Province, the population in this study, a total of 25 people addressed to all members of the cooperative service employee, umkm and trade in West Sumatra Province, meaning that data retrieval is based on the census method ie the number of respondents is the same population as the sample. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The variables in this study use independent variables, namely leadership training (X1) and career development (X2) while performance (Y) is the dependent variable. The results obtained by the equation Y = 0.417 + 0.630 X1 + 0.987 X2, the significance value of the leadership training variable (X1) is 0.018 and career development (X2) is 0,000 which means that there is a significant and positive influence on leadership training (X1) on the performance (Y) of employees of the cooperative, umkm and trade services of West Sumatra Province there is a significant and positive influence on career development (X2) on the employees of the cooperative, umkm and trade service of West Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang peran gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu sekolah di SD Negeri 02 Batipuh Kecamatan Batipuh Selatan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian lapangan (field research). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah dilihat dari keutamaan objek untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih objektif. Sumber data dibagi kepada dua bagian, yaitu sumber data primer, yaitu kepala sekolah pada sekolah tersebut. Sumber data sekunder adalah sebagai data pendukung yang terkait dengan penelitian ini, yaitu para guru, tata usaha dan siswa dan komite sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analis yang digunakan adalah sebagai berikut: ((1) pengumpulan data, (2) reduksi data, (3) display data, dan (4)  kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Kepala SD Negeri 02 Batipuh mempunyai multi gaya kepemimpinan dalam memimpin di sekolah, hal ini dilakukan tergantung situasi dan kondisi di lapangan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu sekolah, kepala sekolah SD Negeri 02 Batipuh menerapkan berbagai macam strategi, dan hal tersebut dapat terwujudkan. Terdapat hasil yang signifikan di SD Negeri 02 Batipuh selama dipimpin oleh kepala sekolah yang sekarang.

Abstract

This research discussed abaut the Implementation of TQM at MTs. Istiqomah Talamau in improving the quality of education. This research has purposes: to know the process of TQM implemantation in improving the quality of education, to know the characteristic of TQM that has been implemented, to know changes that was occured in the quality of a education after the implementation of TQM, and to know trouble that was occured in implementation of TQM to improve the quality of education at MTs Istiqomah Talamau. This research used qualitatif research approach, and the type of research that was used was etnography. This research has been done at MTs Istoqomah Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. The sources of data in this research was: the source of data directly from MTs Istiqomah Talamau, the source of data was not direct that was the data which was transferred the data to data collector. Data collection technique used observation, interview, and document collection. Data analisis technique used Miles and Huberman data model. The result of this resech found out: the Implementation of TQM used four steps, these are: Quality planning management, Program implementation management, Management control, Activity evaluation management. Then, the Implementation of of TQM’s characteristic that was applied at MTs. Istiqomah Talamau was: Costomer satisfication, Improving product quality, Respecting to every people, Building a team work, and implementating the improvements countinously.

Abstract

Leadership style is  pattern, method or action taken by a leader in affecting, moving, encouraging subordinates to work voluntarily to achieve the organitation objectives. The purpose of this study is to describe the style of leadership of SDN 24 Luak Bayau Sulit Air in achieving accreditation A. The kinds  of research is describtion  research with desain cases study. Data study were collected through interviews and documentation. The data collection technique used was snowball sampling. Data validity is tested through sourch triagulation. Sources and data analysis is done through a process of (1) data reduction, (2) Display of data, and (3) conclusion.The results showed the prinsipals leadership stayle SDN 24 Luak Bayau in achieving A accreditation is democratic leadership stayle and partisipatif leadership stayle, task oriented and human relation leadership stayle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler di sekolah merupakan wadah bagi pengembangan bakat dan minat siswa serta pengembangan potensi dan kepribadian serta karakter siswa. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap prilaku dan prestasi siswa jika dikelola dengan baik dan tepat.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana manajemen pimpinan pondok pesantren Thawalib Gunung Padang Panjang dalam mengelola kegiatan ekstrakurikulernya bisa berjalan dengan baik bahkan bisa berperestasi ditingkat kabupaten, propinsi dan tingkat nasional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah peneltian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti  melakukan kegiatan observasi, wawancara secara langsung dan mendalam dan studi dokumentas. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Pimpinan Pesantren, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, guru, siswa dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pimpinan pondok pesantren dalam mengembangkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pada Pesantren Thawalib Gunung Padang Panjang adalah  menerapkan prinsip manajemen pada umunnya yang memenuhi kriteria perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kontrol dan pengawasan serta evaluasi atau yang biasa disebut POAC.
