Abstract

Bagi Indonesia yang merupakan negara demokrasi, pemilu merupakan mekanisme utama yang harus ada dalam tahapan penyelenggaraan negara dan pembentukan pemerintah. Pemerintahan dari, oleh dan untuk rakyat diharapkan benar-benar dapat diwujudkan melalui penataan sistem dan kualitas penyelenggaraan pemilu.Program relawan demokrasi adalah gerakan sosial yang dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan kuliatas pemilih dalam menggunakan hak pilih. Relawan demokrasi menjadi mitra KPU dalam menjalankan agenda sosialisasi dan pendidikan pemilih. Bentuk peran serta masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu mendorong tumbuhnya kesadaran tinggi serta tanggung jawab penuh untuk menggunakan haknya dalam pemilu secara optimal. Adapun tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai Program Relawan Demokrasi di Kecamatan Panji Kabupaten Situbondo. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan kajian pustaka yang terkait, observasi langsung dan wawancara terhadap beberapa informan yang telah ditentukan dalam penelitian ini, Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Progran Relawan Demokrasi Pemilihan Legislatif Di Kecamatan Panji Kabupaten Situbondo. Analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif secara deskriptif disertai penjelasan hasil wawancara sebenarnya terhadap tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah program relawan demokrasi masih belum dapat dikatakan optimal. Harapan kedepan program relawan demokrasi mampu untuk mendongkrak partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemilu.

Abstract

This qualitative case study examines the implementation of multiculturalism and social dynamics among the elderly at the Netizen Cinta Singkawang Nursing Home Foundation in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the founder of the nursing home and an analysis of transcript documents. The analysis was guided by Parsudi Suparlan's Theory of Multiculturalism and Herbert Blumer's Theory of Symbolic Interactionism. The findings reveal that multiculturalism is practiced through inclusive policies that prioritize the value of humanity, the accommodation of halal dietary needs for all residents, and the celebration of major religious holidays. Social dynamics are characterized by harmonious daily interactions, the formation of a collective identity as a "nursing home family," and the freedom granted to the elderly, which enhances their sense of happiness and social integration. The study concludes that a humanistic and non-sectarian multicultural approach significantly improves the emotional well-being and social integration of the elderly in a culturally diverse nursing home environment.

Abstract

This research originated from the fact that there are children at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage Koto Baru who have low self-awareness. The school counselor is one of the parties who strives to help students improve their self-awareness. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of self-awareness among children at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage Koto Baru and to assess the effectiveness of Adlerian group counseling in enhancing their self-awareness. This research is a pre-experimental study using the One-Group Pre-Test Post-Test design. The research sample consisted of eight children from the Muhammadiyah Orphanage Koto Baru who were identified as having low self-awareness. Data collection techniques involved a self-awareness scale. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test with the assistance of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 and the N-Gain test. The findings of the study showed that the self-awareness of the children before receiving Adlerian group counseling (pre-test) was in the low category, and after receiving Adlerian group counseling (post-test), it increased to the moderate category. This indicates a difference in self-awareness before and after the group counseling intervention. Therefore, it can be concluded that Adlerian group counseling is effective in improving the self-awareness of children at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage Koto Baru. Based on these results, it is recommended that school counselors further develop guidance and counseling services, especially Adlerian group counseling, to help improve the self-awareness of children in orphanages.

Abstract

This writing is researching the extent of consistency of judges' decisions in court regarding the legal regulations that stipulate that the submission of a marriage confirmation (isbat nikah) when one party has passed away must be submitted in a contentious manner, meaning that there must be a family member of the deceased party as the opposing or respondent party, and the product of the marriage confirmation is in the form of a judgment, not a determination. However, the case of the marriage confirmation application in the Religious Court of Lumajang Regency, East Java, in case number 520/Pdt.P/2019/PA.Lmj, was granted by the Panel of Judges voluntarily, even though it should have been submitted as a contentious case. This research utilizes the normative juridical research method with a case approach, aiming to understand how legal rules or norms are applied in legal practice. The research findings indicate that the submission of marriage confirmation application number 520/Pdt.P/2019/PA.Lmj was not submitted in a contentious manner but was submitted voluntarily due to a legal issue, namely that the husband's family could not be seated as heirs because all of them are non-Muslims (Hindus) and therefore cannot be categorized as heirs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of healthcare services at the Sidomulyo Community Health Center (UPTD) in Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City, and to determine the factors contributing to public satisfaction as service users. This study used a qualitative, descriptive approach and was conducted from July to August 2024. Informants were selected using a purposive sampling method involving service providers (health center employees and administrative staff) and service recipients (patients/patients' families). Data collection was conducted using observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To analyze service quality, researchers used five dimensions of service satisfaction (SERVQUAL): tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy. Overall, the results indicate that the quality of healthcare services at the Sidomulyo Community Health Center (UPTD) is quite good, with the highest scores being reliability, assurance, and empathy. However, several aspects still require improvement, particularly in the physical dimensions (availability of supporting facilities such as prayer rooms) and responsiveness (consistency of responsiveness and protection of staff). Factors related to service quality and community satisfaction include the competence and capabilities of healthcare workers, the availability of both physical and informational resources, the quality of interactions between healthcare workers and patients, and compliance with existing standards and regulations. This research is crucial as a foundation for ongoing improvements focused on strengthening facilities and infrastructure, services, communication, training, and regular performance evaluations to enhance the quality of healthcare services and make them more responsive to community needs.
