Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of: 1) To analyze the quality of patients in the service system at the Luas Health Center, Kaur Regency. 2) To classify patient satisfaction with the service system at the Kaur Regency Broad Community Health Center. The type of research used in this thesis is qualitative research. This research uses descriptive case study techniques, which are carried out intensively, in detail and in depth on the research object. The data in this research was obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are the observation method, interview method, and documentation method. The data analysis technique is using Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results of this research show that: 1). The quality of service at the Luas Health Center in Kaur Regency is seen from: service facilities (tangibles), ability to serve (reliability), speed of response (responsiveness), guarantee/certainty (assurance) and attention (emphaty) not all of which are good or quality for services in the general poly section and ER. Of the 5 (five) aspects studied, only service facilities (tangibles), ability to serve (reliability) and attention (emphaty) were not very good. The rest, namely responsiveness and quality assurance, are quite good. 2) The quality of service at the Luas Health Center in Kaur Regency is seen from: service facilities (tangibles), ability to serve (reliability), speed of response (responsiveness), guarantee/certainty (assurance) and attention (emphaty) which is good enough for the Laboratory section. Of the 5 (five) aspects studied, only service facilities (tangibles) still have deficiencies in terms of equipment for laboratories.

Abstract

This research will discuss how the implementation and effectiveness of billboards for presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2024 election contestation, case study of Bengkulu Province. In this research, qualitative descriptive research was used. Meanwhile, the data collection technique was to use documentation studies. The main focus of this research is the extent of implementation and effectiveness of billboards for presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2024 election contestation in the case study of Bengkulu Province. Based on this research, research results were obtained which showed that the implementation and effectiveness of billboards for presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2024 election contestation, case study of Bengkulu Province, that the three 2024 presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs equally won the hearts of the people, as proven by the election contestation through billboard media, the public could recognize and knowing the vision and mission as well as their chosen presidential and vice presidential candidates with the vote count results from the special KPU presidential election survey for Bengkulu Province, the Anies-Muhaimin pair got 19.69% of the votes, the Prabowo-Gibran pair got 69.56% of the votes and while the Ganjar-Mahfud pair got 10, 75% of the vote, and this really gives a positive image in the hearts of the public.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze public services in the process of implementing the recruitment of National Police members in the Bengkulu Regional Police area. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation support. Informants in this research came from organizers, participants, and guardians of selection participants. The research results show that overall the public services provided are in accordance with service standards. In the dissemination of information, acceptance is carried out with openness, there are no measures to limit the dissemination of information. Implementation accountability also complies with existing standards and regulations. Community participation is also involved in order to increase supervision of the admission process. And there are no acts of discrimination against participants starting from the registration process to the stages of each test category. The conclusion is that public services have been implemented as well as possible in accordance with the existing standards and rules in the admission selection process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menyoroti dan mengungkap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD). Asumsinya, partisipasi masyarakat selain sebagai upaya percepatan pembangunan desa, tetapi juga dapat dilihat sebagai upaya mewujudkan demokratisasi desa, khususnya di Desa Tambak Rejo, Kecamatan Padang Jaya, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Informan kunci penelitian ini adalah kepala desa, sekretaris desa, dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD). Dan beberapa warga Desa Tambak Rejo Kecamatan Padang Jaya Bengkulu Utara dalam hal ini tokoh masyarakat sebagai informan tambahan. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: Pada tahap perencanaan, pengalokasian dana desa dilakukan melalui musyawarah pembangunan desa (MusrembangDes), mulai dari tingkat dusun hingga musyawarah tingkat desa. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, masyarakat yang berpartisipasi sebagian besar hanya masyarakat dusun tempat kegiatan dilaksanakan. Selanjutnya pada tahap pengawasan, tanggung jawab pengawasan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembangunan dipegang oleh pemegang proyek bersama dengan Ketua BPD. Selain membuat laporan kepada pemerintah, Kepala dusun juga mengawasi pelaksanaan kegiatan.

Abstract

This research is about the effectiveness of counseling on clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) by the Health Service with student attitudes. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of counseling on clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) by the Health Service on student attitudes. Data collection techniques through observation and distribution of questionnaires and secondary data through literature study. The population in this study were students at SMPN 20 Bengkulu City. The sample in this study was taken using a census sampling technique from the population, so the total sample size was 75 people. Data analysis was carried out using Product Moment correlation and f-test. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between the effectiveness of counseling on clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) by the Health Service and student attitudes. This is proven by the calculated results being greater than the r table, namely 1.225 > 0.227. The results of testing the significance of the correlation coefficient using the f-test, the results of the f-test calculation are greater than the f-table, namely 208,825 > 2.80. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this research is accepted, namely that the Health Service's Clean and Healthy Living Behavior Extension is effective in changing students' attitudes..

Abstract

This research was conducted to 1) analyze the implementation of Kaur Muara Sahun District Health Center services and 2) analyze public perceptions of Kaur Muara Sahun District Health Center services. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. This research uses a descriptive method, which is carried out based on the approach, content and depth of the research topic. The data in this research was obtained from primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include observation methods, interview methods, and documentary methods. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data visualization, and decision making/validation. The results of this research are as follows. One). The public's perception of health services at the Muara Sahung Community Health Center, Kaur District, is very positive and responsive. This is assessed based on factors that influence public perception according to Robbins, 2002 which states that there are three factors that influence public perception. This includes: a). The recognizing party (recogniser), b). An object or object, c). The context in which the observation is made. 2). The Puskesmas employees have also worked hard to continue to increase public awareness of health services at the Muara Sahung Puskesmas, Kaur District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui sejauh mana fungsi Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum dalam proses penindakan terhadap pelanggaran tahapan kampanye pada Pemilu Legislatif Daerah di Kota Lubuk Linggau Tahun 2024, khususnya pada Daerah Pemilihan 2. Permasalahan dalam Fungsi Bawaslu pada Pemilihan Umum Legislatif Daerah di Kota Lubuk Linggau meliputi Fungsi (1) Pengawasan (Pengawasan Kampanye dan Pencegahan Pelanggaran Kampanye), (2) Pelanggaran Kampanye (Rencana Penindakan dan Hasil Penindakan Pelanggaran Kampanye) di Daerah Pemilihan 2 Kota Lubuk Linggau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif. Adapun jenis dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, (1) data primer yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dan (2) data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui dokumentasi yang berhubungan dengan penelitian, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data reduction, data display dan conclution drawing/verivication. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fungsi Bawaslu pada Pemilu Legislatif Daerah di Kota Lubuk Linggau dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur, adapun temuan peneliti tentang Fungsi (1) Pengawasan (Pengawasan Kampanye dan Pencegahan Pelanggaran Kampanye), (2) Pelanggaran Kampanye (Rencana Penindakan dan Hasil Penindakan Pelanggaran Kampanye) di Daerah Pemilihan 2 Kota Lubuk Linggau diselesaikan berdasarkan rekomendasi yang telah disepakati sesuai dengan ketentuan yang mengatur.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of online game addiction on social interactions of adolescents in Arga Makmur City. This research method uses a qualitative research approach, by collecting data through obseirvation, inteirvieiws and documeintation. Abstract

Platform Merdeka Mengajar merupakan sebuah inisiatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia dengan memberikan akses kepada para pendidik untuk mengembangkan kompetensi dan kinerjanya secara lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan pengelolaan kinerja kepala sekolah melalui aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kaur dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Model CIPP digunakan untuk menilai empat komponen utama dalam evaluasi program, yaitu Context, input, proses, dan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data dari kepala sekolah, pengawas pendidikan, serta pihak terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PMM dalam pengelolaan kinerja kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Kaur telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajerial kepala sekolah, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala terkait dengan infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan, dan pemahaman penuh terhadap penggunaan aplikasi. Evaluasi ini juga mengidentifikasi kebutuhan untuk peningkatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang lebih intensif agar kepala sekolah dapat memaksimalkan pemanfaatan PMM dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan program pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

Ilir Timur Tiga District, Palambang City always pays attention to developing the overall competency of its apparatus which can be implemented through the implementation of education and training to increase their knowledge, skills and abilities. What is the Competency of Human Resources in the Ilir Timur Tiga District Office, Palembang City. This research aims to analyze human resource competencies in the Ilir Timur Tiga District Office, Palembang City. The research method used by the author is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation and the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on research, Human Resource Competency in the Ilir Timur Tiga District Office, Palembang City, is good and quite adequate, and Employee Performance in the Ilir Timur Tiga District Office, Palembang City. The competencies formed include: The quality of employee performance is good enough, the quantity of employee performance is good, responsibilities are carried out according to applicable regulations, cooperation in Ilir Timur Tiga sub-district is good where they do their work by helping each other. Work initiatives have gone well where employees understand and already have work initiatives.
