Abstract

In this era of globalization, the need for information is fast becoming very important for society. With this speed, online media has become one of the mass media that has a lot of interests and readers. On the other hand, it also gave birth to business interest for capital owners to establish large online media such as more than one, making the practice of conglomeration. As in Vicent Mosco's theory the conglomeration is a merging of a media company into a larger company that is in charge of the media. Ultimately, it also had an impact on reporting to the public and evidenced by conducting research on qualitative methods, namely by conducting interviews, observation and documentation with Miles model analysis techniques to media owners as well as to online media reporters SMSI group. In-depth interviews with discussions that have been determined previously in order to obtain data on this study. From this practice that there is a lot of space played by media owners, one of whom occupies as the editor and as the leader of the media, then all practical policies are all determined by the editor of good news that will be covered by journalists in the field. Technically, all news has been conceptualized by the editor, such as issues that will become news. Issues raised provide opportunities for journalists or media owners to find income for companies, such as cooperation with the government or political figures and the news is one of the priorities of the conceptual media owner.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the demands of an increasingly modern and increasingly advanced era makes Remote Indigenous Communities known as the Suku Anak Dalam inevitably have to be involved in various communication contexts. This study aims to determine the form or context of communication that takes place in Remote Indigenous Communities, and see the content or elements of messages in building communication during the social interaction of Suku Anak Dalam in the midst of the life of the majority of Malay people in Saramangun, Sekamis Village, Jambi. This study was analyzed using the concept of the context of communication contexts with the Qualitative Method. describe and analyze the phenomena and social activities of the Anak Dalam Tribe. Data was collected through in-depth interviews in the Anak Dalam community, structured field observations and documentation. The data analysis technique used is that according to Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman (in Sugiyono, 2012: 246) there are three components, namely: Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Verification / Withdrawal of Conclusions. Field findings and analysis results show that the context and content of Communication in Remote Indigenous Communities is using Interpersonal Communication, Group Communication, Organizational Communication.

Abstract

The Lawang District Office, Malang Regency is led by a sub-district head who is under and responsible to the Regent through the Regional Secretary. Lawang District Office which is located on Jl. Thamrin No. 2 Lawang District, Malang Regency 65211. This study aims to see whether there is an influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Lawang District Office. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data collection method is the distribution of questionnaires, documentation and interviews as complementary data. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that partially leadership style has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation partially has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami efektifitas reses Anggota DPRD  sebagai media penjaringan aspirasi masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui dan memahami kinerja anggota DPRD Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara dalam penjaringan aspirasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpilan data kualitatif, hasil dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisi data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Aspek Kinerja Anggita DPRD Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara periode 2019-2024 belum maksimal karena dari (a) dimensi responsivitas untuk peran dan fungsi anggota DPRD belum optimal dilaksanakan dan hanya formalitas, tidak adanya transparansi atau keterbukaan informasi kepada masyarakat,; (b) dimensi responsibilitas dalam menjalankan fungsi legislasi kurang optimal dilihat pada kegiatan proses penyusunan, pembahasan dan penetapan Raperda menjadi Perda yang dilakukan oleh lembaga sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip administrasi pemerintahan yang benar belum sejalan dengan tugas wewenang dan programnya DPRD. (c) Dari dimensi akuntabilitas DPRD Bengkulu Utara periode 2019-2024 belum berjalan dengan baik dilihat dalam menjalankan fungsi legilasi, kepentingan publik tidak pernah menjadi orientasi utamanya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Ihe brand eguity 0f Syarah Bakery" in influencing customer purchasing decisions. This study was measured using Ihe Iheory of brand eguity aceonding 0 David A Aaker, 2013: 204 and ihe theory of purchasing decisions hy Kotler Armstrong, 2008. This study sed guantitative Pescareh methods wiih a sample 0f 44 customers. Abstract

The purpose of this researches is to find out the influence of watching Korean drama on teenagers’ interest in changing their styles. The purpose of this research is to find out if watching intensity can influence someone’s interest in changing styles. This research uses a quantitative with social approach. Data sources used in this research are 1) Primary data and 2) secondary data. Data are collected by using documents obtained from 1) library research, 2) field research. The result of this research shows that there are correlations and influences, the influence result is almost 80% means there is a close and significant relationship between intensity level with the will to change the style. This research result also shows that zero hypotheses (H0) are rejected and Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted means there is a correlation between intensity and correlation between someone’s will to change the styles. This research has practical implications that can help other researchers and can give pictures about the intensity of watching Korean Drama with interest in changing styles on teenagers.

Abstract

The use of spare parts  increases every year. The spare part brand recommended by Lampung Service Workshopprovides a workshop warranty. The workshop provides a guarantee on the recommended spare parts on the grounds that the workshop does not want to experience loss of service or material, this is also related to the image of Lampung Service Workshop if the workshop has dared to guarantee a spare part will give a positive image. This study aims to describe the Brand Image of Toyota Spare Parts  at  Lampung  Service  Workshop as  Customer  Choice.  This  research  uses qualitative research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation and research informants 5 people who are workshop owners, mechanics and consumers. The theoretical basis used in this research is the Elements of Brand Image according to Kerby in Sandy (2010; 22)  which include Resilience, Conformity, Accuracy, and Connotation. The results showed that: first,  the resilience (Tenacity).  Relating  to  the  quality  and  brand  image  of  the product  itself.  the durability of  Toyota products  is superior to other brands, only in terms of price, Toyota is slightly more expensive than other products, customers of Lampung service workshops  know  the durability of  Toyota products  based on  the  user's personal experience and explanations from  the workshop itself. Second, the conformity of the Toyota  brand  with  consumer  needs  and  expectations.  The  suitability  felt   by consumers varies, ranging from  the suitability of price with quality, conformity with the delivery of the workshop owner, and conformity with the durability of the product itself. Third, thoroughness: Toyota brand accurately and consistently in accordance with the quality and information conveyed, in addition to the Toyota brand the price offered  in every place  must be consistent or the same.  There are no similarities between the Toyota brand and other brands, so Toyota can be said to be more chosen by customers  than  other  brands. Fourth,  connotation: Products  with  the  Toyota brand  are  more  in  demand  than  other  brand products,  this  is  because  Toyota products  are considered to be more able to meet the needs of consumers!customers because  in terms of prices  they are  more affordable, product  durability  is more durable, easy to obtain and environmentallyfriendly..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of uploading natural tourism photos on google maps on visiting behavior of domestic tourists by using quantitative research. Data are collected by using a questionnaire and spread that to respondents. In this research, there are two variables, free variable (x) photo upload, bound variable (Y) visiting behavior, and calculated by using SPSS 21.0. this research shows that photo upload influences the visiting behavior and from validity test, rcount rtable. This means all questions item in this research is valid. The correlation of rcount is 0,728 and higher than rtable, 0,334 means between X variable toward Y variable has positive and strong correlation means the higher number of uploads, visiting behavior will increase and can be obtained that the coefficient determination value which obtained is 0,530. It means the photo upload influence the visiting behavior for 53% while the rest 47% is influenced by other factors which are not to be researched in this research...

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi merupakan suatu proses perkembangan dari masa ke masa kearah yang serba canggih. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada aplikasi E-Perpus yaitu belum tercapainya target pengguna aplikasi E-Perpus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mencari data dan mendeskripsikan Efektivitas Implementasi Aplikasi E-Perpus Pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran terhadap masalah penelitian. Aspek penelitian diadopsi dari teori Edward III tahapan kebijakan yang efektif yaitu ketepatan kebijakan, ketepatan pelaksana, ketepatan target, ketepatan lingkungan, dan ketepatan proses. Hasil penelitian ini sudah efektif namun belum optimal, dapat dilihat dari aspek ketepatan kebijakan menunjukkan kebijakan yang dilaksanakan sudah tepat sebagai terobosan memutus penyebaran wabah covid-19 di lingkungan perpustakaan. Ketepatan pelaksana sudah terlaksana karena pemustaka mampu mengakses aplikasi E-Perpus dan operator dan penanggung jawab aplikasi E-Perpus sudah mengikuti bimbingan teknis dan ditunjuk langsung oleh pimpinan. Ketepatan target, sudah berjalan namun belum optimal, karena masih minimnya usaha yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Bengkulu untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengakses sehingga masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mendowload aplikasi tersebut. Ketepatan lingkungan, sudah berjalan dan dapat dikatakan efektif karena petugas aplikasi E-Perpus sudah melaksanakan tugasnya dan masyarakat dan pemustaka merasa puas dalam menggunakan aplikasi E-Perpus karena bisa membantu mereka dalam mencari buku-buku pelajaran dan buku bacaan. Ketepatan proses, sudah efektif karena sudah memiliki SOP (Standard Operating Prosedure) aplikasi E-Perpus.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, employee competence, and job satisfaction on the performance of educators and education staff in blended learning management in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Using primary data collected through interviews with leaders at the University, Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH Bengkulu, and used a questionnaire, secondary data was collected through journals, books, and other publications. This research uses survey research methods and verification descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The subjects studied were 169 people consisting of 104 educators and 65 UNIHAZ staff from a total population of 222 people and data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with LISREL 8.72 program. The results of this quantitative study indicate that emotional intelligence, employee competence, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of educators and education staff, the effective contribution given by the variables of emotional intelligence, employee competence, and job satisfaction of each variable is 52% fixed for the performance variable. , there are still 48% of other factors. However, emotional intelligence, employee competence, and job satisfaction through the performance of educators and ed0ucation have a negative but significant effect on blended learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era, this is because the results obtained by blended learning are low in negative complexes. -2.47 so that there is an increase in managing blended learning. Measuring performance has been done with IT-based assessments, not using manual assessments, so the performance that employees will give will be maximized.
