Abstract

ABSTRAKBagian Pemerintah Sekretariat Daerah Kota Batu merupakan instansi yang bersifat birokrat yang berada dibawah tanggung jawab Sekretariat Daerah yang terletak di Balaikota “Among Tani” Block Office Gedung A Lantai 3 Jl. Panglima Sudirman No. 507 Batu 65313. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Manajemen Kinerja (penetapan target kinerja, pelaksanaan kinerja, penilaian kinerja, dan evaluasi kinerja) terhadap produktivitas pegawai di Bagian Pemerintah Sekretariat Daerah Kota Batu. Metode penelitian yang ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yakni penyebaran kuisioner dan dokumentasi sebagai pelengkap data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial penetapan target kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Pelaksanaan kinerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Penilaian kinerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Selanjutnya, evaluasi kinerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Sedangkan secara simultan penerapan manajemen kinerja (penetapan target kinerja, pelaksanaan kinerja, penilaian kinerja, dan evaluasi kinerja) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai. Abstract

Tujuan peneltian ini membahas tentang implementasi Peraturan Menteri Desa nomor 4 tahun 2015 tentang Pendirian, Pengurusan, dan Pengelolaan dan Pembubaran BUMDes. Dalam penelian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yakni mengambarkan beberapa kajian kebijakan publik tentang BUMDes Desa Naru. Pemerintah desa mengeluarkan peraturan yang membahas tentang pendirian, pengurusan, pengelolaan dan pembubaran BUMDes, yang tertuang dalam Permendes PDTT RI Nomor 4 Tahun 2015 tentang pendirian, pengurusan, dan pengelolaan, dan pembubaran BUMDes. Dalam sejumlah desa di Indonesia masih banyak yang gagal menerapkan Permendes PDTT, salah satunya Desa Naru. Dalam sejumlah programnya, BUMDes di Desa Naru belum memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap perekonomian masyarakat Desa Naru dilihat dari keterlibatan dan dampaknya terhadap masyarakat. Minimnya sosialisasi atau proses pengenalan BUMDes kepada masyarakat luas menjadi penyebab utama dalam kemajuannya serta struktur organisasi yang belum tertata dengan baik. sehingga hasil yang diharapkan tidak sesuai dengan keinginan organisasi (BUMDes)

Abstract

The development of small and micro enterprises have a very important role in the development of the regional economy. it can be seen from the amount of employment opportunities provided by UMKM for the community. UMKM existence cannot be under timed, because UMKM have a proven able to with stand the economic crisis that occurred in Indonesia. However,  in the development of UMKM cannot be separated from in habiting fact that hit existence of UMKM. Several classic problems that occur in UMKM is lack of capital in the developing the business, unhealthy market competition that still happening until now is the market competition with product made in china. Lack of information about the market network and still lack of innovation in creating new product-products. UMKM therefore very much require the role of government in the developing small andmiddlebusiness.

Abstract

Culture is something that will affect the level of knowledge and includes a system of ideas or ideas contained in the human mind in everyday life, There are two things that affect humans in obtaining their culture, namely related to the biological adaptation environment and cultural adaptation. There is an interesting thing when culture is juxtaposed with religion. Culture itself has three values, namely the value of religion, art and solidarity related to taste and hinges on feelings, intuition, and imagination. Expressive culture is generally conservative in character (Sjahbana, 2003: 3).In this context, the food culture of the Bawean community of Telukjatidawang Village can be seen as a religious expression that can be observed sociologically and is the result of community construction. As a belief system, religion is manifested in social systems and behavior by its adherents in public life. Religion is related to human experience both as individuals and groups, so that every behavior he plays is always related to the belief system of the religious teachings he adheres to. Individual and social behavior is driven by internal forces based on the values of religious teachings that were previously internalized in the Bawean community of Telukjatidawang Village. Religion is something that is final, universal, eternal (parennial) and knows no change (absolute). While culture is particular, relative and temporary. Religion without culture can indeed develop as a personal religion, but without culture, religion as a collectivity will have no place (Darori, 2000: 11). Islam responds to local culture, there are traditions wherever and whenever, and is open to accepting local culture, customs or traditions as long as they do not conflict with the spirit of the Qur'an and Sunnah. Likewise with Islam that developed in Bawean society which is very thick with tradition and culture. Keywords:  Harmonization, Islam, Local Traditions

Abstract

Dalang memiliki peran sentral sebagai penguasa, sutradara dan penutur cerita dalam pagelaran wayang topeng malangan. Dalang sebagai pelestari akulturasi nilai, nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural dalam budaya yang diekspresikan pada pementasan wayang topeng malangan. Akulturasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural dalam ritual wayang topeng malangan berupa nilai religi (nilai kedamaian, humanis) dan budaya (nilai pribadi, kekeluargaan). Model akulturasi nilai dalam tuturan bahasa dalang secara dekulturasi, bangunan model akulturasi dibangun dengan cara rekonstruksi, model akulturasi nilai dalam ritual secara sinkretisme, bangunan model akulturasi dibangun dengan cara rekonstruksi.Kata kunci: akulturasi nilai, pendidikan Islam multikultural, wayang topeng malangan.     The mastermind has a central role as the ruler, director and storyteller in the shadow puppet show performance. The mastermind as the preserver of acculturation in values, the values of multicultural Islamic education in culture are expressed in the performance of wayang topeng malangan. There is an acculturation in the values of multicultural Islamic education in wayang topeng malangan rituals in the form of religious values (peace, humanism) and culture (personal values, family values). Acculturation model values in puppeter language speech in deculturation, building acculturation model was built by means of reconstruction, acculturation value models in rituals in syncretism, building acculturation models built by reconstruction.Keywords: acculturation of values, multicultural Islamic education, shadow puppetry of malangan.

Abstract

 Multikulturalisme sesungguhnya sangat dekat dengan Islam. Nilai-nilai multicultural berjalan beriringan dengan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Implementasi dan praktik multikulturalisme di dunia pendidikan Islam telah berjalan dalam kehidupan alamiah masyarakat pesantren. Namun, multikulturalisme di pesantren tidak dapat dipisahkan dari peran serta seorang kiai sebagai pimpinan tertinggi. Tulisan ini mengungkap nilai multikultural yang terdapat dalam kehidupan alamiah masyarakat pesantren; ketika santri belajar, di asrama, mengaji, ketika santri makan, shalat, membaca wirid dan sebagainya. Selain itu, tulisan ini mengungkap keberadaan sosok kiai yang menjadi aktor dibalik berkembangnya nilai multikultural. Nilai-nilai multicultural diungkap dengan menelisik kehidupan sehari-hari santri, yang dalam pembumian nilai-nilai multicultural berjalan dengan alami. Dibalik itu semua, terdapat pola atau model yang dikembangkan oleh kiai yaitu; membentuk komunitas multicultural menghindari konflik sectarian menumbuhkan Islam moderat dan menangkal ideologi radikal.Kata Kunci: Kiai, Pondok Pesantren, Nilai-nilai Multikultural Multiculturalism is highly relevant to Islam.  Multicultural values go alongside Islamic values.  The implementation and practice of multiculturalism in Islamic education has been running in the natural life of the pesantren community.  However, multiculturalism in pesantren cannot be separated from the participation of a kiai as the highest leader. This paper reveals the multicultural values found in the natural life of the pesantren community; when the students study, in the dormitory, the Koran, when they eat, pray, read wirid and so on.  In addition, this paper reveals the existence of a kiai figure who is the actor behind the development of multicultural values.  Multicultural values are revealed by examining the daily life of students, which in the grounding of multicultural values runs naturally.  Behind all that, there are patterns or models developed by the kiai, namely; building multicultural communities — avoiding sectarian conflicts — fostering moderate Islam and countering radical ideologies.Keywords: Kiai, Islamic Boarding School, Multicultural Values

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasi terhadap konsep dan implementasi proses pembelajaran nilai multikultural dalam budaya madrasah di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) I Kota Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif  dengan jenis etnografi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Sementara tehnik analisis data mengacu pada model Spredly. Yakni melalui; a) analisis domain, b) taksonomi, c) komponensial dan d) analisis tema budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran nilai dan sikap multikultural di MIN I Kota Malang dilakukan melalui pembiasaan, dan program kegiatan yang terintegrasi dalam budaya madrasah yakni budaya beriman, berakhlak mulia dan berprestasi.Kata kunci: pembelajaran, nilai multikultural, budaya madrasah      The purpose of this study was to describe, analyze, and interpret the concepts and implementation of the process of learning multicultural values in madrasah culture in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) I Malang City. The approach used is qualitative with ethnographic types. Data collection is done through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. While the data analysis technique refers to the Spredly model. Namely through; a) domain analysis, b) taxonomy, c) components and d) analysis of cultural themes. The results showed that the learning process of multicultural values and attitudes in MIN I Malang City was carried out through habituation, and an integrated program of activities in the culture of the madrasa namely a culture of faith, noble character and achievement.Keywords: learning, multicultural value, madrasah culture

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to interpret and describe the values ​​of the culture of Sipakatau in the Bugis community to become the foundation for the development of Multicultural Islamic education. The research approach used is qualitative-ethnographic research developed by Gay, Mills, Aurasian & Creswell. Data collection techniques used are in the form of observations, interviews, and documents. Then the data analysis used is a model developed by Miles & Hubermen. After conducting research, it was shown that the cultural values ​​of Sipakatau in Bugis communities in Barang village could be the basis for the development of Multicultural Islamic Education, namely with the concept of "humanizing humans" with the main values, namely; mutual respect and respect, advise each other, support each other and protect, love and love each other, help each other and receive (help and help), and have the same rights before God Almighty.

Abstract
