Based on data on cervical cancer detection in 2016 for women aged 30-50 years, it was reported by 22 districts/cities in West Java (81.48%) with examinations of 62,220 people, from the target of screening women aged 30-50 years as many as 7,206,164 people so that the IVA coverage was 0.89%, and found a Positive VIA of 829 people (1.29%) of the total cervical examinations, City Districts that did not report Subang District, West Bandung District, City of Bandung, City of Cirebon, and City of Banjar. In Garut Regency, 1.21% were found positive for cervical cancer. (4) The high incidence of cervical cancer should be a concern for local governments in West Java Province, including the Garut Regency government. The government and the health community in Garut Regency must make every effort to prevent cervical cancer. The purpose of community service is expected to increase knowledge and positive attitudes of WUS in Cijolang Village, Limbangan District, Garut Regency in conducting early detection of cervical cancer with the IVA test method independently without waiting for a program from the government and assisting puskesmas in increasing the scope of the IVA Test examination in Cijolang Village, Limbangan District. Garut Regency. The method used is a lecture using video media about cervical cancer and the IVA Test. Followed by an IVA test. The media used are infocus, laptop, LCD.

A clean and well-maintained environment will have a good impact on the health of residents in the area in Muara Sanding Village, therefore there needs to be an effort to improve the cleanliness of the environment. The method of implementing this community service activity is health counseling which takes place in Kp.Sanding Lebak with 36 participants present. Counseling on the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment is a theme in this community service. The results of this community service show that residents are enthusiastic about participating in activities, besides that residents also increase their knowledge about the definition of clean, clean characteristics, types of cleanliness, benefits of cleanliness, aspects needed to realize cleanliness and the consequences if not maintaining cleanliness.

The incidence of diastasis recti abdominis is reported to be higher during the third trimester of pregnancy and immediately after delivery. International literature shows the prevalence value of diastasis recti abdominis is between 35%-100%. Most women with positive diastasis recti abdominis aged between 26-35 years. The risk factors for diastasis recti abdominis are hormonal changes in pregnancy, increased uterine size, anterior pelvis with or without lumbar hyperlordosis, increased intra-abdominal cesarean section, multiple pregnancies, fetal macrosomia, and genetic defects in collagen structure including congenital disproportion of the collagen ratio III. or I, substantial loss of body mass spontaneously or after bariatric surgery, abdominal surgical procedures.

Persons with disabilities are any person who experiences physical, intellectual, mental, and/or sensory limitations in the long term who in interacting with the environment may experience obstacles and difficulties to participate fully and effectively with other citizens based on equal rights, one of which is the right to obtain information and communication that is easily accessible in health services, to obtain equality and opportunity to access resources in the health sector and to obtain equality and opportunity for safe, quality, and affordable health services. The method of implementing this community service activity is through health counseling and health checks such as blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid and cholesterol which are located at the PPDI Secretariat of Garut Regency with 24 participants attending. The results of this activity showed that the participants were enthusiastic about participating in the activity, besides that the participants knew about the general condition seen from the results of the examination.

Quality humans are formed from infancy. Quality of humans are humans who experience optimal growth and development, both physically, mentally, emotionally, psychosocially and spiritually. The purpose of this community service is to stimulate, detect and intervene early on growth and development in children to know the growth and development of children and help teachers and parents to always stimulate children's growth and development and detect and intervene early if growth problems occur. The method used was observation using a weight, head circumference and height measurement tool for 24 children. The results obtained from this activity Comparison of weight and height. The proportion of weight and height of students 24 children (100%) was normal, the results of the head circumference measurements of students, all showed normal and based on the results of measurements of child development, all showed normal results, there were no remainders that had to be referred. From the results of community service activities, it can be concluded from the proportion of weight and height of students, 1 child (4%) is in the very fat category, 10 children (42%) are in the obese category and 13 children (54%) are normal. The results of the students' head circumference measurements, all showed normal. And the results of child development, all showed normal results, there were no leftovers that had to be referred.

Entrepreneurship is an important part of the economy of a country or region. One of the roles of entrepreneurship is as a means of alleviating small communities from poverty. Various entrepreneurial development efforts have been carried out, one of which is by generating and increasing new people or entrepreneurs in the field of entrepreneurship. The implementation of service activities uses the Lecture and Discussion method. The participants of the activity who took part in the socialization of the benefits of entrepreneurship were attended by 40 parents, fathers, mothers and children. The results of community service activities are so that people are motivated and interested in being able to optimize the potential of existing resources, both potential natural resources and human resources potential to be used as business opportunities or small or medium scale businesses. The public's interest in entrepreneurship in the field of entrepreneurship will have an impact on developments in the village. Community service activities carried out in the form of socialization with the theme "Creating and developing new businesses in RW 03 Sindanggalih Village Karangpawitan Garut can be carried out well. The output is expected so that the community is interested and motivated to optimize the potential of their resources to be used as business or business opportunities as well as efforts to maintain these business ventures

Environmental problems are a decrease in the carrying capacity of the environment as a result of low public awareness of the importance of environmental management. This is caused by several factors, including: changes in the function and arrangement of the environment, a decrease in the carrying capacity and quality of the environment, the lack of integration in the management of human, natural and artificial resources in environmental management between various parties, the less than optimal utilization of urban space, and environmental pollution. generated by waste. The purpose of community service in addition to reducing waste is also to provide solutions in reducing community environmental pollution in the form of organic waste, creating a healthy and comfortable community environment, increasing community income by selling products from processing organic waste in the form of compost. The method used was lectures, discussions and questions and answers as well as waste management practices which were attended by 42 participants. The results obtained from this activity produce several products from processed waste in the form of doormats, bags and other recycled products. The conclusions obtained from the activities of processing household waste/waste into materials of economic value in the form of providing theoretical and practical counseling to PKK mothers in Citangtu Village, Wanaraja Garut District, received a very good response. The provision of counseling materials interspersed with motivation for entrepreneurship makes the mothers more enthusiastic and this activity can continue to improve the welfare and standard of living of the residents.

The rapid advancement of technology in various fields requires the public to be able to optimize the function of information technology devices such as gadgets or smartphones in improving the economy. The ease of information from various information media, whether from websites, blogs or social media, allows people to get information and market their products online and more broadly. The purpose of this activity is as a housing model that has utilized Digital as a marketing medium. The extension method used was the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method which was attended by 40 participants including 35 housewives and 5 young people. The results of the Digital Marketing Workshop are known: as many as 40 residents participated and were interested in knowing more about digital marketing and were enthusiastic about participating in the training. Residents gain knowledge about digital marketing methods through e-commerce websites, social media and are able to identify social media that can be used as marketing media. The conclusion of this activity before attending the Workshop as many as 24 people (55%) did not understand the concept of digital marketing using social media, so that residents had not maximized the use of their gadgets or smartphones for entrepreneurship. After they took part in the training, the knowledge of residents increased, as many as 75% or 32 residents understood the concept of digital marketing, housewives began to use their gadgets to find out how to make processed foods, open accounts on e-commerce websites.

Diabetes Mellitus is a disease that can be called the silent killer. Facts show that only about 50% of those diagnosed and realized they have diabetes. Sports activities such as diabetes foot exercise are one of the pillars of diabetes mellitus management. The method used in the activity is to carry out counseling using slides with material related to counseling and provide foot exercise training for DM patients, delivery of material, health checks, and questions and answers to provide opportunities for participants to ask certain things that are considered not yet clear and to evaluate participants' understanding of the material provided. This activity was attended by 20 participants who indicated diabetes mellitus. The results obtained from this activity by carrying out routine foot exercise training with a duration of 1 (one) week 3 (three) and maintaining a diet for people with diabetes mellitus can maintain normal sugar levels in the body so that it can be concluded that thereis an increase in knowledge and skills of people with Diabetes Mellitus. in preventing diabetic ulcers on the feet so that they can independently carry out foot exercises without any help from others.

Stunting is still a big challenge faced by the Indonesian people. Although the national stunting rate has decreased from 37.2% in 2013 to 30.8% in 2018, this figure is still below the WHO recommendation, which is <20%. Stunting occurs due to malnutrition, especially in the first 1000 days of life. Adequate nutrition is needed to avoid or minimize the risk of stunting. Utilization andprocessing of Moringa leaves to prevent and overcome stunting has not been widely carried out in Indonesia due to the lack of public knowledge about the benefits of Moringa leaves for health. This service activity aims to introduce parents to the benefits of Moringa leaves to prevent stunting in toddlers. The method of activity is carried out in the form of counseling and providing additional food for toddlers. The activity was held at the Lotus Posyandu, Mangkurakyat Village, Garut Regency on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 and was attended by 47 participants. The knowledge of parents of toddlers increased after being given counseling about the benefits and utilization of Moringa leaves.
