Indonesia is a disaster laboratory with 13 types of disasters in it. The history of disaster events shows that there has been an increase in disasters over time. Increasing vulnerability factors and limited capacity also lead to increased disaster risk in the future. This is a challenge in disaster management. Disaster management is local in nature. The purpose of community service activities is that it is hoped that the mindset of the community towards health in Wanamekar village will change, think positively about their health and be more enthusiastic about life and with the PTM examination it can help find out what prevention must be done, and free medical treatment to help people who are sick. The technique for implementing this activity is to do motivation, check uric acid, blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure for the community. As for the conclusion: a small proportion of Wanamekar villagers who have difficulty in getting clean water experience psychosocial problems, then many physical problems also occur in the elderly and adults. Hopefully this community service activity will provide benefits for Wanamekar residents.

As an Educational Institution at the Higher Education level, STIKes KHG has determined that the color and character of the science to be developed is based on "culture" which is packaged into "Principal Scientific Patterns" abbreviated (PIP) STIKes Karsa Husada Garut. The method used is a normative approach combined with non-normative methods as long as they are relevant in the discussion of community service materials. Both lecture methods, service participants are collected in a certain place or room, then given a lecture so that there is good learning and understanding. The three methods of discussion. Character education towards a mental revolution aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty. Increased levels of cholesterol in the blood are the main precusors associated with coroner's artery disease, sudden death syndrome and atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is a common disorder caused by fat, cholesterol, and calcium deposits in the lining of the arteries. The purpose of examination and cholesterol levels in Sindangsari Village, Leuwigoong Subdistrict, Garut Regency is: Knowing cholesterol levels in the community, Increasing public knowledge about the dangers and complications of high cholesterol levels, Providing knowledge General and specific symptoms when cholesterol levels in the blood are high, provide knowledge about handling when indicated high cholesterol levels, socialize a healthy lifestyle to the community for the prevention of high cholesterol levels, The implementation method used is the examination of cholesterol levels in the community and direct public education during the examination to the citizens, namely as many as 60 people. From this community service activity can be concluded, the extension and extension of cholesterol is very beneficial for the cisereuh village community. The information conveyed is better understood by the public because of communicative methods with the achievement of 86% understanding of the material provided and 14% less understanding of the material. The data obtained is more accurate in describing the condition of the cholesterol levels of the community Kp. Cisereuh Ds Sindangsari Kec Leuwigoong.

Stunting is a mismatch between age and physical development. Physically, body proportions look normal but growth will look abnormal after being measured and compared to children their age. The danger posed by the child's brain is difficult to develop and difficult to grow like other normal children. Stunting occurs from the time the mother is pregnant until the child is 2 years old, where at this time is the golden period, 80% of brain growth occurs in the first 2 years of a child's life. Stunting can be prevented by Maternal nutritional intake during pregnancy from the time it is tested positive for pregnancy until the delivery period must ensure the welfare of the child it contains. Early detection of pregnancy in the first trimester during a vulnerable period in the process of organogenesis / the process of forming organs and body organs that occurs around 7-8 weeks of gestation is an effort to deliver the fetus which is expected to have perfect shape. The mother's role in this period is very important. During pregnancy, the fetus gets nutritional intake from the mother. Giving birth to the perfect child requires a good process too. Mothers are expected to provide good nutrition during pregnancy to support fetal growth and development while in the womb

Hypertension is better known by the public as a disease of high blood pressure. High blood pressure (High Blood Pressure / BP), diabetes mellitus and lipid abnormalities are the most common risk factors for cardiovascular disease. The implementation method used is blood pressure checks and counseling related to hypertension. The location of this health education is Lewigoong-Garut District, precisely in Kampung. Ciseureuh Village. Sindangsari. The target of this health education is the pre-elderly-elderly age range. The purpose of conducting health examinations and counseling on blood pressure in Leuwigoong District, Garut Regency are: Knowing the blood pressure in the community and the possibility of hypertension they are experiencing, Increasing public knowledge about the dangers and complications of hypertension, Providing knowledge of general and specific symptoms when blood pressure is above normal/ Hypertension, Providing knowledge about early treatment of Hypertension, Disseminating a healthy lifestyle to young and old age for the prevention of Hypertension. From this community service activity, it can be concluded that blood pressure checks are very useful for residents of Cisereuh Leuwigoong village. Examination that coincides with hypertension education to residents on a one by one basis is more effective when compared to the lecture method because the examiner and residents directly interact and communicate directly.

Indonesia is a disaster laboratory with 13 types of disasters in it. The history of disaster events shows that there has been an increase in disasters from time to time. The increasing vulnerability factor and still limited capacity also cause disaster risk to increase in the future. Based on the above background, universities must uphold the Tridharma of Higher Education, so that the Community Service Program is held. This service was carried out in Cintamanik Village, Karang Tengah District, Garut Regency. This service is a collaboration between lecturers and students. In Garut Regency there was a flash flood on November 28, 2021 which resulted in physical and building damage in two villages in Karang Tengah sub-district, namely Cinta and Cinta Manik villages. The implementation method used is, indoor games for children, PTM examination for the elderly, and the provision of clean water. This activity will be held on December 23, 2021 in Cinta Manik Village, Karang Tengah District, Garut Regency. The target for this community service is 20 (twenty) children and 100 (one hundred) elderly residents in Cinta Manik Village. The main purpose of PTM activities is to increase community participation in the prevention and early detection of non-communicable disease risk factors (PTM). From this community service activity, clean water infrastructure is needed, trauma healing for children and examination of non-communicable diseases for the elderly

The process of community empowerment in this case mental health cadres who have a role in moving the community in following counseling on mental health is very important, considering that in the community there are many sources that can cause families to experience mental health risks or disorders in addition to maintaining their health conditions. Mental health cadres are expected to be able to provide knowledge to the public about the mental problems faced by them. Through this training activity, the basic skills possessed by cadres regarding early detection of mental health, education about mental health are increased. This will go hand in hand with the active participation of health care workers, in this case the Puskesmas nurses. The mental health cadre training was attended by 42 cadres at the Cigeureung Community Health Center. Based on the results of the pretest and post-test, the score increased by 16 points (9.2%), meaning that there was an increase in cadres' knowledge of mental health. In addition, cadres can detect mental health early through simulations in families and communities

Community service through education, training, counseling and marketing digitally, processing various processed potatoes, bananas, and cassava. Execution method This community service is training. In this case, it provides training skills to make processed foods that have economic value, namely processed potatoes, bananas and bananas, cassava and ranginang. The implementation of community service was attended by 26 participants consisting of housewives. The results of the implementation of this community service can be concluded as follows: Housewives know and understand the importance of entrepreneurship benefits. Residents of RT 02 Cluster Taman Hijau are more skilled at understanding the process entrepreneurship. Citizens are able to make products/services from the process of ideas, planning, analysis needs, SWOT analysis and product marketing. Residents are still waiting for the arrival the service team to train other skills to increase their knowledge.

Hypertension is persistent blood pressure where the systolic blood pressure is above 140 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure is above 90 mmHg. In the elderly population, hypertension is defined as a systolic blood pressure of 160 mmHg and a diastolic pressure of 90 mmHg. With increasing age, the structure and function of the human body system changes, be it physical, mental, social and emotional. This will affect various aspects of life in old age. The purpose of this community service in addition to wanting to know the number of people with hypertension, improving the health status of residents in the Banyuresmi Garut District and providing counseling education about the dangers of hypertension. The methods used are health checks, blood sugar checks, uric acid, cholesterol and blood pressure checks. And health promotion related to diet in people with hypertension. This counseling activity is an activity that has a positive impact because it can increase knowledge to the elderly about hypertension in the Banyuresmi District, Garut Regency.

Health checks and counseling to residents of Sukarasa Village, Salawu Tasikmalaya have goals and targets for lecturers to instill a sense of empathy and increase a sense of help among fellow believers. Along with increasing the incidence of various chronic diseases, this activity is carried out for screening/detecting chronic diseases and degenerative diseases as the age of local residents increases. With this health check, it is hoped that residents can find out whether the individual is suffering from a degenerative disease or not, and can improve preventive measures. In addition to health checks, community service activities also include free treatment aimed at people who are sick, both infectious and non-infectious diseases. The purpose of this activity is to treat sick residents with curative therapy and can slightly reduce the cost of patient treatment. The methodology of this activity is through health education and free health checks to villagers. From a number of 70 patients who were treated in Sukarasa Village, 37 men and 43 women were found, of which 25 had cholesterol, 15 had uric acid, 10 had sugar and 20 were normal/healthy.
