Abstract

Latar belakang : Saat ini remaja putri di Indonesia mengalami masalah gizi, yakni sekitar 23% mengalami anemia, sebagian diakibatkan kekurangan za tbesi. Perempuan lebih rawan, ini disebabkan perempuan mengalami menstruasi yang mengakibatkan zat besi banyak hilang. Kacang-kacangan yang mengandung zat besi tinggi adalah kacang hijau dengan penyajian sari kacang hijau.Tujuan : Penelitian ini diharapkan mengetahui pengaruh sari kacang hijau terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin dan mengetahui perbedaan kadar Hb sebelum dan sesudah mengkonsumsinya.Metode penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik, desain quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest-Postest design. Peneliti melakukan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil pengukuran akan dibandingkan. Dengan populasi 36 remaja putri. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Purposive sampling, didasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 28 responden. Sebelum intervensi responden dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar Hb. Dilakukan intervensi selama 7 hari setiap pagi dan sore dengan masing-masing 300ml dari 100gr kacang hijau yang dimasak dengan 750ml air. Setelah intervensi, pada hari ke 8 dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar Hb kembali.Hasil dan kesimpulan : Diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata kadar Hb setelahintervensi sebesar 12,821, standar deviasi1,2273 standareror0,2319, hasil rata-rata terendah yaitu10,9,hasil tertinggi15,4, Hasil analisa uji tdidapatp value0,000< α (0,05) berarti Ha diterima, artinya adapengaruh Sari Kacang Hijau Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Remaja Putri Di Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Qur’an Albalagh. Dapat disimpulkan, sari kacang hijau dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri di pondok pesantren tersebut. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan informasi pondok pesantren untuk memberikan sari kacang hijau sebagai makanan tambahan untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada santriwati-santriwatinya. Kata Kunci            : Sari Kacang Hijau, Kadar HB, Remaja Putri ABSTRACT : THE EFFECT OF MUNG BEAN EXTRACT ON INCREASING HEMOGLOBIN LEVEL IN ADOLESCENT WOMEN IN SABILUL QUR'AN ALBALAGH ISLAMICBOARDING SCHOOL PUGUNG RAHARJO EAST LAMPUNG IN 2021Background :Adolescentwomen in Indonesia are now experiencing nutritional problems, which is about 23% experiencing anemia, some of them due to iron deficiency. Women are more vulnerable, this is because women experience menstruation which causes a lot of iron to be lost. Some nuts that contain high iron are mung beans by serving the extract of mung bean. This study is expected to determine the effect of mung bean extract on increasing hemoglobin levels and to determine the difference in Hb levels before and after consuming it.Objective : The researchtype is analytic with quasi-experimental design ofOne Group Pretest-Posttest approach. Researchers conducted measurements before and after the intervention. The measurement results will be compared. Study population of 36 adolescent women, Sampling with purposive sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Total sample that qualified the criteria are 28 respondents. Prior to the intervention, respondents were checked for Hb levels. Intervention was carried out for 7 days every morning and evening with 300ml of 100gr of mung beans cooked with 750ml of water. After the intervention, on day 8, the Hb level was rechecked.Results and conclusion : The average Hb level after the intervention was 12.821, the standard deviation was 1.2273, the standard error was 0.2319, the lowest average was 10.9, and the highest was 15.4. The results of the t-test analysis obtained p value 0.000 < (0.05) means Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of Mung Bean Extract on Increasing Hemoglobin Levels in Adolescent Women at the Sabilul Qur'an Albalagh Islamic Boarding School. It can be concluded that mung bean extract can increase hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls in the Islamic boarding school. It is expected that this research can be used as information material for Islamic boarding schools to providemung bean extract as an additional food to increase hemoglobin levels in their students.Keywords: Mung Bean Extract, HB Level, Adolescent Women

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Anemia pada ibu hamil dapat meningkatkan risiko kelahiran prematur, kematian ibu dan anak, serta penyakit infeksi. Anemia defisiensi besi pada ibu dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin/bayi saat kehamilan maupun setelahnya. Madu mengandung zat besi (Fe), yang merupakan mikromineral yang sangat penting di dalam tubuh karena dapat berfungsi sebagai pembentuk sel darah merah. Tujuan penelitian diketahui  pengaruh pemberian Fe dan madu dengan peningkatan HB pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Terbanggi Subing Kabupaten Lampung Tengah  Tahun 2020.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, desain penelitian metode quasi eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretes-post test design. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil sebanyak 30 responden, teknik sampling menggunakan purposive samplin, analisa data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan t-tes.Hasil : Rerata Hb Ibu Hamil Trimester II Sebelum Diberi Madu dengan Mean 10,367, sesudah Diberi Madu dengan Mean 11,097. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai P-value = 0.000 (<0,05) yang artinya terdapat Pengaruh Pemberian Fe Dan Madu Dengan Peningkatan HB Pada Ibu Hamil TM II. Bagi  Bidan  dapat memberikan informasi kepada ibu hamil bagaimana cara meningkatkan HB dengan mengkonsumsi maduKesimpulan : P-value = 0.000 (<0,05) yang artinya terdapat Pengaruh Pemberian Fe Dan Madu Dengan Peningkatan HB Pada Ibu Hamil TM II Di Puskesmas Terbanggi Subing Kabupaten Lampung Tengah  Tahun 2020 Kata Kunci                             : Madu, Tabel FE, Hemoglobin Ibu Hamil OF HB IN THE PREGNANT WOMEN IN AREA DISTRIC INDONESIA IN THE PUSKESMAS TERBANGGI SUBING DISTRICT CENTRAL LAMPUNG YEAR 2020Bacground : Anemia in pregnant women may increase the risk of premature birth, maternal and child deaths, and infectious diseases. Iron deficiency Anemia can affect the growth and development of the fetus/infant during pregnancy and thereafter. Honey contains iron (FE), which is a very important micromineral in the body because it can serve as the forming of red blood cells. The purpose of research is known to influence the administration of Fe and honey with the increase of HB in pregnant women in the Puskesmas Terbanggi Subing District of central Lampung in 2020.Methods: This type of quantitative study, the research design of experimental quasi method with one group Pretes-post test design approach. The population and samples in this study were all pregnant mothers of 30 respondents, sampling techniques using purposive samplin, data analysis of univariate and bivariate using T-tests.Result: Average pregnant mother II Trimester before given honey with Mean 10.367, after given honey with Mean 11.097. Statistical test results obtained the value of P-value = 0.000 (< 0.05) which means the effect of administering and honey with the increase of HB in the pregnant women TM II. For midwives can give information to pregnant women how to increase HB by consuming honey.Conclusion: P-Value = 0.000<(<0.05) which means that there is an effect of giving iron and honey with an increase in HB TM II pregnant at Puskesmas Terbanggi Subing, Central Lampung Regency in 2020.Keywords            : Honey, FE table, pregnant women's Hemoglobin

Abstract

Background: The wound healing in this perineal tear will vary, some are healed normally (6-7 days) and some have experienced healing in their healing. The inhibitors of wound healing according to Maryunani (2014) are as follows: malnutrition, smoking, lack of sleep, stress, medical conditions and therapy, suboptimal smears, optimal environment for wound healing, lack of mobilization and infection. Kegel exercises are exercises to strengthen the pelvic muscles. Poupuse: The research objective has been the influence of Kegel exercises by healing perineal wounds in primiparous mothers in the Wates Health Center, Central Lampung Regency, 2020.Methods: This type of quantitative research, the research design used a Quasi Experimental non-equivalent control group design. The object of research is the effect of Kegel exercises with perineal wound healing. The subjects in this study were all primiparous women giving birth in the Wates Health Center, Central Lampung Regency. The sample in this study in the experimental group may be 20 and the control group assesses 20 respondents. The research site was conducted in the Wates Health Center, Central Lampung Regency in 2020, this research was conducted in February - July 2020.Result:The average wound healing rate in the experimental group before Kegel exercises was 10.65 and after Kegel exercises 4.40. The average wound healing rate in the control group at the first measurement was 10.45 and the second measurement was 5.30. Conclusion: There is an effect of Kegel exercises with perineal wound healing in primiparous mothers in the working area of the Wates Health Center in Central Lampung Regency in 2020, (p-value 0,000 <0.05 and t-test 4.541), there is a difference in wound healing in post partum mothers where mothers who do Kegel exercises heal faster when compared to mothers who did not do Kegel exercises with 1,100 points. Suggestion: This means that it can be put aside that Kegel exercises can accelerate the healing of perineal wounds. It is hoped that health workers will provide health education for post-partum mothers to do Kegel exercises. Keywords: Kegel Exercises, Postpartum ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Penyembuhan luka pada robekan perineum sembuh secara bervariasi, ada yang sembuh normal (6-7 hari) dan ada yang mengalami keterlambatan, dimana dari keter,lambatan ini dapat menyebabkan komplikasi salah satunya adalah perdarahan. Berdasarkan data kasus perdarahan terjadi sebanyak 2,4%, salah satu cara untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka adalah melakukan senam kegel, dimana fungsi dari senam kegel dapat memaksimalkan aliran darah ke perineum sehingga luka cepat sembuh.Tujuan: di ketahui pengaruh senam kegel dengan penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu primipara di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Wates Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun 2020.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, desain Quasi Eksperimental rancangan non equivalent control group Design. Objek penelitian adalah pengaruh senam kegel dengan penyembuhan luka perineum. Subyek seluruh ibu bersalin primipara di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Wates Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Sampel pada kelompok eksprimen berjumlah 20 dan kelompok kontrol berjumlah 20 responden, tekhnik sampling secara purposive sampling. Tempat penelitian telah dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Wates Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada tanggal 6 Februari – 22 Agustus 2020. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (uji t).Hasil: Didapatkan rata-rata penyembuhan luka pada kelompok eksperimen sebelum senam kegel adalah 10,65 dan setelah senam kegel 4.40. Rata-rata penyembuhan luka pada kelompok kontrol pada pengukuran pertama adalah 10.45 dan pengukuran kedua 5.30.Kesimpulan: Ada  pengaruh senam kegel dengan penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu primipara  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wates Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun 2020, (p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-test 4,541), terdapat selisih penyembuhan luka pada kelompok intervensi dengan selisih 1.100 point.Saran: Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan sebelum ibu pulang dengan mengajarkan senam kegel dan memberikan booklet pada ibu nifas yang berisi gerakan senam kegel dan perawatan masa nifas dan menyusui. Kata Kunci: Senam Kegel, Nifas

Abstract

Background: Hypertension occurs in the age group of 31-44 years (31.6%), ages 45-54 years (45.3%), ages 55-64 years (55.2%). From the prevalence of hypertension of 34.1% it is known that 8.8% are diagnosed with hypertension and 13.3% of people diagnosed with hypertension do not take medication and 32.3% do not regularly take medication. One herbal treatment using citrus juice (Citrus sinensis) Orange juice is also considered a good source of essential nutrients such as vitamin C, folate, and potassium. Vitamin C has recently been found to protect endothelial and LDL cells from intra-oxidative stress and extracellular.Pourpuse: To know the effect of citrus juice on blood pressure reduction in seniors with hyperthesis at UPTD Inpatient Health Center Able Poned Totomulyo.Methods: Types of quantitative research, research design methods (quasi experimental) with post pretes approach with control group Population in this study are 30 seniors with hypertension, sampling techniques using purposive samplin, univariate data analysis and bivariate using t-tests.Result: The average systolic blood pressure after intervention was 130.67 While diastolic blood pressure after intervention was 99.33, a group that was not given orange juice from 15 study respondents, achieved a mean score or average blood pressure score after intervention of 137.67 diastolic blood pressure after intervention of 107.33. T test obtained p value 0,000 < α (0.05) means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.Conclusion: there were effect of citrus juice on the decrease in blood pressure in the elderly with hyperthesis in uptd Inpatient Health Center Able Poned Totomulyo.Suggestion: As an information material for health workers to give orange juice for 7 days with a dose of 500 ml 1 day once to the elderly who have high blood pressure. Keywords: Citrus Juice, Blood Pressure, Elderly ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Hipertensi terjadi pada kelompok umur 31-44 tahun (31,6%), umur 45-54 tahun (45,3%), umur 55-64 tahun (55,2%). Dari prevalensi hipertensi sebesar 34,1%  diketahui bahwa sebesar  8,8% terdiagnosis hipertensi dan 13,3% orang yang terdiagnosis hipertensi tidak minum obat serta 32,3% tidak rutin minum obat. Vitamin C baru-baru ini telah ditemukan untuk melindungi sel-sel endotel dan LDL dari stres oksidatif intra dan ekstraseluler.Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus jeruk (citrus) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertesni di UPTD Puskesmas Rawat Inap Mampu Poned Totomulyo.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, desain penelitian metode (quasi eksperiment) dengan pendekatan pretes post with control group Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30  lansia dengan hipertensi, teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, analisa data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan t-tes.Hasil: Rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik setelah intervensi sebesar 130,67. Sedangkan tekanan darah diastolik setelah intervensi sebesar 99,33,  kelompok yang tidak diberi jus jeruk dari 15 responden penelitian, diperoleh hasil nilai mean atau nilai rata-rata tekanan darah setelah intervensi sebesar 137.67 tekanan darah diastolik setelah intervensi sebesar 107.33. uji t didapat p value 0,000 < α (0,05) artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pemberian jus jeruk (citrus) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertesni di UPTD Puskesmas Rawat Inap Mampu Poned Totomulyo.Saran: Sebagai bahan informasi bagi tenaga kesehatan agar memberikan jus jeruk selama 7 hari dengan dosis 500 ml 1 hari satu kalikepada lansia yang mengalami tekanan darah tinggi. Kata Kunci: Jus Jeruk (citrus), Tekanan Darah, Lansia

Abstract

Background: Nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) are normal in pregnant women but if nausea and vomiting occurs >10 times a day, it can disrupt the balance of nutrition, electrolytes, and can affect the general condition so that if vomiting increases to hyperemesis, it can cause vomiting. resulting in impaired fetal growth. The incidence of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women is 50-90%, while hyperemesis gravidarum reaches 10-15% in Lampung Province from the number of pregnant women who are 182,815 people.Purpose: know the effect of nutmeg powder on the intensity of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women TM 1 at the Independent Midwife Practice (PMB) SitiMarwiyahSidorejo, SekampungUdik District, East Lampung Regency in 2021.Methods: This type of quantitative research is a quasi-experimental approach. The population of this study were all 38 pregnant women with a sample of 30 pregnant women. The object of this research is nausea and vomiting in pregnant women and nutmeg powder. The research was carried out at the Independent Midwife Practice (PMB) SitiMarwiyahSidorejo, SekampungUdik District, East Lampung Regency in June - July 2021. Data collection used questionnaires and observations. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate (t test).The results: showed that the average nausea and vomiting before being given nutmeg steeping was 9.1 while the average nausea and vomiting after being given nutmeg steeping was 6.4.Conclusion: There is an effect of nutmeg powder on the intensity of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women with TM I at the Independent Midwife Practice (PMB) SitiMarwiyahSidorejo, SekampungUdik District, East Lampung Regency in 2021 (P value = 0.000).Suggestions: for health workers can use nutmeg powder therapy as an SOP in reducing nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. Keywords: Pregnant women TM 1, Nausea Vomiting, Nutmeg Powder ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Mual (nausea) dan muntah (emesis gravidarum) suatu yang normal pada ibu hamil namun jika mual muntah terjadi >10 kali dalam sehari, dapat mengganggu keseimbangan gizi, cairan elektrolit, dan dapat memengaruhi keadaan umum sehingga jika muntah bertambah menjadi hiperemesis dapat mengakibatkan pertumbuhan janin terganggu.. Angka kejadian emesis gravidarum pada wanita hamil yaitu 50- 90%, sedangkan hiperemesis gravidarum mencapai 10 - 15% di Provinsi Lampung dari jumlah ibu hamil yang ada yaitu sebanyak 182.815 orang.Tujuan penelitian: Mengetahui pengaruh bubuk pala terhadap intensitas mual muntah pada ibu hamil TM 1 di Praktek Mandiri Bidan (PMB) Siti Marwiyah Sidorejo Kecamatan Sekampung Udik Kabupaten Lampung Timur tahun 2021.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan quasi esksperiment. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil berjumlah 38 ibu dengan sampel sebanyak sampel sebanyak 30 ibu hamil. Objek penelitian ini adalah mual muntah pada ibu hamil dan bubuk pala. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Praktek Mandiri Bidan (PMB) Siti Marwiyah Sidorejo Kecamatan Sekampung Udik Kabupaten Lampung Timur pada bulan Juni - Juli 2021. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Analisi data secara univariat dan bivariat (uji t).Hasil penelitian: diketahui rata-rata mual muntah sebelum diberikan diberikan seduhan pala adalah 9,1sedangkan rata-rata mual muntah setelah diberikan seduhan pala adalah 6,4.Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh bubuk pala terhadap intensitas mual muntah pada ibu hamilTM I di Praktek Mandiri Bidan (PMB) Siti Marwiyah Sidorejo Kecamatan Sekampung Udik Kabupaten Lampung Timur tahun 2021 (P value = 0,000).Saran pada tenaga kesehatan dapat menggunakan terapi bubuk pala sebagai SOP dalam pengurangan mual muntah pada ibu hamil. Kata Kunci : Ibu Hamil TM 1, Mual Muntah, Bubuk Pala
