Abstract

This study analyzes the financial performance of state-owned banks consisting of Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI and BTN. in the period 2010-2014 by using CAMEL. Data to be used in this research is the quantitative form of financial statements of Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI and BTN. 2010-2014. The aim of research to find out and analyze whether there is any difference in the financial performance of the Bank based on data of financial ratios. This research was taking samples or small sample size (n less than 30). Parametric statistical methods used are: Kolmogorof Smirnov Test Variety One Direction (One Way ANOVA). The data was processed with SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that there are significant differences in the banks financial performance government period 2010-2014 in asset quality, management, earnings and liquidity, but there are no significant differences in the banks financial performance government period 2010-2014 in capital. Overall Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI and BTN has financial financial performance relatively well, and in good health. Although the ratio of KAP and LDR BTN in possisi less good and necessary corrective actions to improve these ratios

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of resource complementarity, operational compatibility dan cultural compatibility to interorganizational learning and relational capital, also affect to quality of knowledge transferred. Sample consisted of 110 top management team of companies. Questionnaires distributed 110 questionnaires, and 110 questionnaires distributed back that can be processed as many as 110 questionnaires. processing using the test validity, reliability testing, simultaneous test, and partial correlation test by Lisrel 8.8. Data Analysis test with Strutural Equation Model (SEM). Research has been conducted that Resource complementarity, operational compatibility, cultural compatibility affect to interorganizational learning by R² = 75% , learning and relational capital affect to quality of knowledge transferred by R²= 74%, also resource complementarity, operational compatibility and cultural compatibility affect to relational capital by R² = 67%, that all is significant 0.05.

Abstract

Studied in this thesis is the impact of job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at Automotive Company in East Jakarta. Job Stress is the independent variable (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) while the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance in East Jakarta Automotive Company. In this study, the object is the marketing division employees Automobile Company in East Jakarta. Data collection techniques used in this research that the author conducted field research by distributing questionnaires to employees. This study respondents totaled 92 people. Based on the research results that: The relationship of job stress with the negative performance of the employees is very low and where the value of r = -0127 Y = 40.291-.077 X1, while the t test results showed tcount <ttable or -0.1225 <1.987 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected it means there is influence between work stress with employee performance. The relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance is very strong and positive where r = 0.817 with a value of Y = 22.621 + 0.358 X2. While the test results show tcount > ttable or 23.343> 1.987 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted meaning there is influence between job satisfaction on employee performance. The relationship between job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance is strong and positive where r = 0.668 with a value of Y = 22.822-0.014 X1 + 0, 365X2 while the F test results indicate Fcount > Ftable or 6.635 > 3.099 then Ha Ho accepted and rejected, meaning there are significant job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Bukopin, either partially or simultaneously. The study design descriptive, whereas quantitative research. Population is the overall customer at. Bank Bukopin, Tbk Branch Gunung Sahari Jakarta, while the sample of 57 respondents, conducted by accidental sampling technique (convenience sampling). The analysis is correlation, regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive relationship is very strong between Quality Products to Customer Satisfaction (2) There is a positive relationship is very strong between the Quality of Service with Customer Satisfaction (3) the results of simultaneous testing shows that the Product Quality and Service Quality positive effect strong against Customer Satisfaction. and fit for use regression models to predict all of the independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to explain that human capital is the best company’s asset for sustainable competitive advantage, which is the best employees in a company can contribute well for increasing the performance. Human capital is one of the main component from intellectual capital or intangible asset owned by company. In fact, human capital management in company will be the success key to increase its productivity that will have an impact on increasing the total revenue’s company. Those factors are new opportunities for a company, but it is difficult to measure it.

Abstract

This study examined the factor analysis Empowerment of Human Resources and Organizational Values ​​influence on a company. The object of this study is the Company XYT as research objects. Model theory of empowerment (Empowerment) involves several factors: Desire, Trust, Confident, Credibility, Accountability and Communication which is then managed by three perspectives, namely: the perspective of performance management, training and development perspective (training and development). Empowerment is right will contribute to the optimization of the performance of organizations and companies. The approach used in this study is kuatintatif approach using regression methods. Data collection techniques used in this study using the Library Research yaitudengan way of studying books, reference, and journals relevant to the problems studied and Field Research using questionnaires and direct interviews with respondents. Results of the study revealed that the empowerment model have positive relationships and influences that factor is a factor confindent Human Resources Empowerment most dominant organizational values ​​while Credibility factor is the factor of Human Resource Empowerment less dominant on the value of the organization.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of factors such as current ratio, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and return on equity of the company dividend policy with vector autoregressive models as a tool of analysis, Sample of this research is the company to go public in addition to the financial services listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as many as 25 companies were observed for five years (2009-2013).The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression model (a combination of time series and cross section) and vector autoregressive models (VAR) by outlining this research model into several sub-structural. The research results with the VAR model shows that the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, return on assets have a significant influence on the dividend payout ratio and debt to equity ratio, return on equity does not have a significant influence on the dividend payout ratio.so itcan be concluded that this is dueif therate of return on asset sincreased currentm ratio automatically rises and dividend payments can be smoothlypaid outso as to provide symmetry between these variables.

Abstract

This aim of study is to investigate many perceptions from older studies related to inconsistency of study result in regard to influence of fundamental factors on stock prices. Furthermore, this study is test and determine empirically about the influence of PBV, OPM, EPS, DER and ROE on stock prices that contained in LQ 45 registered company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009 – 2013. This study technique is nonprobability sampling or non-random sample selection method, i.e. Purposive Sampling in data collecting. The study population is all recorded issuers in LQ 45 index. The sample study is 38 registered companies in LQ 45, who meet the criteria and terms of financial statement presentation. Study data is secondary data obtained through the data collecting. The data analysis is classical assumption test, partial regression coefficient test, simultaneous significance test and hypotheses test using correlation test, determination coefficient test and analysis regression panel test with reviews method. This study contains six hypotheses, from six hypotheses proposed, all of them accepted. These hypothesis test result indicates that PBV, OPM, EPS, DER, ROE and jointly have significant effect on stock prices. For the simultaneous analysis result indicates significant value 0,000 which means that PBV, OPM, EPS, DER, ROE have influence jointly/simultaneously on stock prices. But partially there is one variable that has no effect on stock prices, i.e. ROE, while the variables of PBV, OPM, EPS and DER have significant influence on stock prices. And from this study result, the conclusion is that the ability from all independent variables jointly influenced the dependent variable by 92.05%, i.e. PBV, OPM, EPS, DER, ROE jointly influenced on stock prices. This study also support the previous study that is conducted by Evi Octavia (2007), Bram Hardianto (2008), Lisandri, Rabiatul Adawiyah (2013) where PBV, OPM, EPS, DER, and ROE influence on stock prices.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of user (students) acceptance to the system by using the approach to the Technology Acceptance Model combined with the Structural Equation Model. The method used is the method of causal variables to be studied. This method will describe what factors are affecting the acceptance of Academic Services Information Web-Based System and the causal relationship between these factors. Given this research can be known what factors affect the acceptance of Academic Services Information Web-Based System, such as a factor of Perceived Ease of Use, a factor of Perceieved Usefulness, a factor of Attitude Toward Using and a factor of Actual System Usage, as well as the causal relationship between these factors. Moreover, the author can provide information, advice and feedback to stakeholders to improve services and student satisfaction.

Abstract

The floating docks are starting to need for the people who live in coastal areas. Factors of the tides is very difficult when they want to go to sea. The floating dock manufacturers PT.Wiltar Usaha Grup is providing a floating dock, but PT. Wiltar Usaha Grup is not the only manufacturer of a floating dock in Indonesia, this company should have competition between other companies. To achieve competitive advantage needed the right business strategy. Based on analisis SWOT at PT. Wiltar Usaha Grup. Finding result finds market penetration strategies as the best alternative business strategy. This strategy is derived from the analysis of internal and external factors using SWOT matrix analysis, analysis of internal-external matrix, grand strategy matrix analysis and SPACE matrix analysis.
