Abstract

In this research is studied the influence of organizational culture on personality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) to theemployees of PT. POS INDONESIA (Persero) BEKASI AREA. The independent variablesin this studyis the personality and culture of the organization, while the dependent variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aimsto determine the effectof personality and organizational culture both partial and together the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to theemployees of PT. POS INDONESIA(Persero) BEKASI AREA. The method usedin this research isdescriptive and verification methods. Givena population of 60 people, the method use disproportional random sampling. Methods of data analysis using SPSS software Ver. 21:00. The results of this study proveeitherpartially or jointlypersonality and organizational culturepositive and significant impacton Organizatinal Citizenship Behavior, where Fhitung9.295>Ftabel3.16 and a significance levelof 0.000<0.05 so the research hypothesis H1, H2 and H3 accepted,it is also supported by theRsquare valueof 24.6%. It shows the contribution of personality and influence of organizational culture on Organization Citizenship Behaviorat 24.6%.

Abstract

The development of the university or college that exist today provide clear evidence that the benefits of their education services not only enjoyed or felt by dealing directly with education services, but also enjoyed by all members of society. Selecting a part of the decision-making process (decision making). Impact determination of choice will be a good influence in the short term and the long term, either in the form of benefits and risks that must be borne. Moreover, the establishment choice in choosing a college is a decision that affects a person's future. Higher education service users (students) can choose many educational alternatives what's right for them, where prospective students pay attention to the educational model and how soon after they graduated from college. In order to further increase public interest in the education services on offer, it is necessary to optimize the marketing management better include education marketing performance, supported by an effective marketing strategy. One step that can be done is to find out the marketing mix variables are most affects students or prospective students as consideration in choosing a university or college. In this study, the variable student's perception on the elements of the marketing mix used to measure students choose college decision IPWIJA S2 program (Post Graduate). The object of this research is that students IPWIJA S2 program (Post Graduate). Quantitative Analysis in the research carried out to test the reliability, validity, classic assumption (consisting of test muultikolineritas, normality test, and test hetrokedasitas), multiple linear regression analysis, goodness of fit test (consisting of the coefficient of determination, F test and t test) , while the qualitative analysis obtained from the interpretation of the respondents. The results showed that the product, pricing, promotion, location, facilities, processes, alumni, reputation, and positive influence on the motivation of the students choose college decision IPWIJA S2 program (Post Graduate).

Abstract

Micro Financing Program Evaluation in Sharia BRI Branch Serpong.Implementation of the program of micro financing in BRI Syariah analysis method AHP seen against the backdrop of the debtor, business conditions, risk guarantees, financial analysis, risk analysis of the value of the ratio between the value of the priority criteria and priority value per criteria of prospective customers and clients that have been evaluated with 5 stars the criteria are then eligible to receive funding from BRI Syariah Branch Serpong. BRI Syariah provide to customers who are considered views of five criteria to be some value given priority to microfinance as requested by the prospective customer of BRI Syariah. Results of the research show that the AHP method between criteria and sub-criteria of the financing application process by weighting (Weighted Vector Sum) the Debtor of 3.693404; 1.123728 businesses; 0.405311 assurance; Finance 0.405311; 0.39008 risk then the value is divided by Consistency vector that produces a value of 6.701886 Debtor; 6.123718 businesses; 6.074523 assurance; Finance 6.074523; Risk 5.980307. It can be concluded that the criteria are more debtors affects the implementation of the financing has the highest weight is 0.551 with Inconsistency Ratio 0.027674 P, this is due to moral hazard criteria verry affect the implementation of the financing Debtor more than others. The strategy undertaken by BRI Syariah to date is by organizing several events, including seminars event market and campuses are also office buildings even held an Islamic banking. The aim of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of micro financing in BRI Syariah is to be seen from its implementation, the strategy, the feasibility of each customer and how BRI Syariah facing problems in financing less current than Syariah BRI customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to analyze the effect of divident payout ratio, current ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover and revaluation of asset to price earning ratio in the manufacture company which are recorded in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2014. Problem frame which is proposed is how much influence variable of divident payout ratio, current ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover and revaluation of asset influence to price earning ratio in partially. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling resulting in 34 samples of manufacturing firms. The necessary data in this study were obtained from the website idx.go.id, the analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The study concluded that partially Divident Payout Ratio, Return on Equity, Total Asset Turnover and Revaluasi of Asset significant effect on the Price Earning Ratio while Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio no significant effect on Price Earning Ratio.

Abstract

Respondents in this study is that consumers who buy and use as well as to comment that shopping at Giant Hypermarket has advantages and higher profits so that consumers feel the satisfaction of making loyal than the other hypermarkets. Although many consumers find the allure of the many product options, the reality is sometimes confused by the participating consumer kadng the product selection. The urge to constantly consume a product must also be influenced by various factors such as taste, price, product quality, and no less important is the brand of the product itself which can sometimes be the main determinant. Based on the phenomenon that exists in the environment community Tangerang and South Tangerang, the authors conducted research to analyze the influence Effect of Product Quality, Price Strategy and Brand Loyalty Through Consumer Satisfaction Consumer Giant Hypermarket Tangerang and South Tangerang. The analysis technique used to answer this hypothesis using Structural Equation Model (Structural Equation Modeling or SEM) is processed with the help of software Amos 21.0. The samples used as many as 200 people as consumers Giant Hypermarket. The analysis showed that the brand image affects customer satisfaction, while the quality of the products and pricing Persepsies have no effect on customer satisfaction. While customer satisfaction effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

In this thesis investigated is the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya and Tangerang Distribution Office. The independent variable is job satisfaction (X1) and organizational culture (X2), while the dependent variable is Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya and Tangerang Distribution Office. In this study the data used is primary data through the distribution of questionnaires. The sample technique is stratified rundom sampling using slovin method with error rate of 5% with sample number of 158 employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya and Tangerang Distribution Office. The results of this study partially (t test) showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB with the value of Thitung 5.490> Ttabel 1.975 and organizational culture to OCB postive and significant influence Thitung 8,736> Ttabel 1,975 while together (Test F) work and organizational culture towards OCB is positive and significant Fcount 42.902> Ftable 3.05

Abstract

The teacher performance is a condition that inducates the result of work accomplished by a teacher in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the school and describes the existence of an act that is displayed in the teacher of during learning activities. This study aims to determine how much the effect of the principal leadership and teacher competence both partial and together the teacher performance state elementary school accreditation of “A” each village in the subdistrict of Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.The method used in this research is descriptive, verifikatif and quantitative.Population amounted to 207 people. The results of this study prove partially principal leadership significant positive effect on the teacher performance, shown with regression coefficient of 0.673 and 10.449tcount>ttable1.988 and significant level sig. 0,000 ≤ 0.05. Teacher Competence significant positive effect on the teacher performance, as indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.681 and 11.675 tcount>ttable1.988 and significant level sig. 0,000 ≤ 0.05. And jointly principal leadership and teacher competence significant positive effect on teacher performance, indicated by 79.359Fcount>Ftable 3.10 and 0.000 ≤ 0.05 significance level,it is also supported with the value of R-square of 65.1%. This shows the magnitude of the contribution to principal leadership influencesand teacher competence on teacher performance of 65.1%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh dewan independen terhadap kinerja keuangan, pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja keuangan dan rasio hutang terhadap ekuitas terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pertambangan di Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Data diolah menggunakan statistik program Microsoft Office Excel 2010. Metode pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program EViews versi 8.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dewan independen dan kepemilikan institusional tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Dan rasio debt terhadap ekuitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Dewan independen, kepemilikan institusional dan rasio debt terhadap ekuitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini terbatas pada perusahaan tambang di Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral dari 2012 hingga 2016. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga variabel independen, yaitu dewan independen, dewan institusional, dan rasio debt to equity dan kinerja keuangan administrasi umum adalah ukuran dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh pengungkapan modal intelektual (IC) terhadap biaya modal perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan dengan kapitalisasi pasar saham terbesar dan terdaftar di LQ 45 pada tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi hipotesis bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara pengungkapan IC dan HC terhadap biaya modal, selanjutnya hipotesis hubungan negatif antara pengungkapan modal struktural (SC) dan modal relasional (RC) pada biaya modal tidak divalidasi. Hasilnya diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi pengambil kebijakan dan perusahaan, karena pemahaman tentang dampak pengungkapan IC terhadap biaya modal dapat membantu pembuat kebijakan dalam mengevaluasi biaya dan manfaat pengungkapan IC. Bagi manajer perusahaan, hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu untuk melihat bahwa pengungkapan IC yang lebih baik dikaitkan dengan penurunan biaya modal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin dan Return on Assets terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI untuk periode 3 tahun (2009-2011). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 19 sebagai alat bantu analisis data. Untuk statistik deskriptif, dilakukan uji normalitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi dengan taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan variabel Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin dan Return On Assets berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba
