Abstract

This study aims to explain how to manage Strategic Human Resource Management with ScoreCard Maps that Scorecard has affect to highly performance. Competing for the future with Balance Scorecard would be revolutionaries the tools and concepts. Those concepts provide the wealth of the experience on this work is based and it also explores new ways to measure organizational performance.

Abstract

Nowadays service quality and experiential marketing is an important aspect that should be implemented by the company to enhance brand image and customer satisfaction. Commuters are mass transportation in Jabodetabek widely used for mobility. However, commuters still have a lot of weaknesses. The data used are primary data using questionnaires with closed scale. Questionnaires were distributed to 230 respondents who were commuter service users.Questionnaires using simple random sampling method. Data processed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) with LISREL 8.7. Experiential marketing results showed positive effect on the brand image of commuting, while variable service quality have no effect on the brand image of commuters.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of net profit, cash flow, and the size of the company against the return of shares in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) either partially or simultaneous. In this study used methods of empirical research. The variables examined, namely net profit, operating cash flow, cash flow, cash flow investment funding, the size of the company and the return of shares. The population used in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) as many as 12 companies. Data collection techniques in the study done by examination of the documents tracing the company's financial reports, namely food and beverage in 2010-2014 in BEI's official website (www.idx.com). The results of the research that havedone, then multiple linear regression equation is obtained as follows: Ŷ = 0,266418 – 0,065069 X1 - 0,008726 X2 – 0,011104 X3 X4 + 0.458 X5. A classic assumption test results it can be concluded that the Gaussian normality test, does not occur multikolinieritas, heteroskedatisitas not happened and there does not occur autokolerasi positive or negative, then the regression model BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator) have been done. Testing the hypothesis partially independent variables indicating that the size of the stock return of influential companies, while the other independent variables showed no effect on stock return. From the results of the calculations through eviews 8 can be seen that the value of F is calculated values 0,04078.. Thus that variables namely net profit, operating cash flow, cash flow, cash flow investment funding, and total assets are jointly significant effect against the return of shares. The results of the analysis of the coefficient determination R2 is 0,188660 .This means the influence of the variable net profit, operating cash flow, cash flow, cash flow investment funding, and total assets against the return of shares is 18,87 %, while the remainder (100% - 18,88 % = 81,12%) can be explained by other free variables such as cash dividends. The results of the analysis of the obtained number R of 0,3734 then compared with the value of the correlation coefficient interpretation table 0,3734 been 0,20 – 0,400 this indicates that the relationship between the dependent variable against the independent variable is weak.

Abstract

The study aims to prove the relationship policy variable consumer protection against credit card provider that include the perception of the credit card services, credit card customer satisfaction and aspirations of consumer protection program techniques of data collection and measurement scales using two to four alternative answers are combined. The tipe of approach used in this study is correlation. The typeof statistics used are parametic, for a description using the mean standard deviation, while to look at the data analysisusing partial correlation. The study population included 30 people with the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Statistical testing using statistical package for social sciences version 16,0 widow with a significant level of p>0,5 the result that the hypothesis is accepted, it mean there is a significant relationship between policy analisys of consumer protection againt credit card provider.

Abstract

In order to overcome the problem of unemployment in Indonesia as well as improving the competence of the students, it is the basis for the writer to be able to increase competence, through training. Training is one of to improve a person's competency with the aim to produce optimal performance in line with expectations. The aim of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of soft skills training for the competence of student at Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta. The study was conducted by using descriptive and explanatory survey. The data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study showed that the effectiveness of soft skills training has a positive and significant impact on student competence, where the influence of an impact on a student's self-concept, increase motifs, and knowledge, so that students have the competence to speak in public.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to know the effect of work environment and locus of control on job satisfaction of honorary teacher in public vocational secondary school in the city of bekasi.The methodologhy of this research used the survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Respondents were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The conclusions of this research are: (1) there is the positive direct effect of work environment on job satisfaction, (2) there is positive direct effect of locus of control on job satisfaction, and (3) there is positive direct effect of work environment on locus of control.

Abstract

One of the important assets owned by the company cannot be separated from the employee’s performance. To obtain a good performance, it is required an employee high motivation. Certainly, a good leader will always motivate the employees with the goal of keeping the spirit of the work and provide maximum performance. Motivation is an important factor to obtain a good performance. This research was conducted in order to determine the relationship work motivation and performance of employees at favehotel Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method by using SPSS to help analyze the data obtained from the field. Data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents as the population, then processed using the correlation formula of Rank Spearman, to determine whether there is a relationship between work motivation and employee performance, continues to find the correlation coefficient (R) to determine the relationship posed motivation work on employee performance. The results showed that the work motivation had a strong relationship with employee performance. It was evident from the results of the calculation of correlation coefficient of 0.623. This suggests a positive relationship between work motivation and employee performance with coefficient of determination obtained further by 38.8% and the remaining 61.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of Strategy Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning Against Buying Decision. The respondents consisted of the brand Apple for Macbook consumers in Central Jakarta. Questionnaires distributed 50 questionnaires, and 50 questionnaires distributed back that can be processed as many as 50 questionnaires. processing using the test validity, reliability testing, testing assumptions of classical, simultaneous test, and partial correlation test by SPSS for Windows version 21.0. Research has been conducted that strategy Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning when tested together have a significant influence on the purchase decision is equal to 0.000 and when segmenting partially tested has a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of 0.028. Targeting has significant influence on the purchasing decisions of 0.202. Positioning has a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of 0.009. Influence Strategy Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning for Purchase Decision amounted to 27.3 %, while the remaining 73.7 % are influenced by factors other causes. From the research it can be concluded, in the present case study variables Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning partial effect on purchase decision. Whereas in partial Segmenting and Positioning influence on purchasing decisions and Targeting variables did not significantly affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ROA) on stock prices on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010 to 2014. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) stock prices on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2009 to 2011. Variables used in the research is the independent variable consisting of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA), and the dependent variable is the stock price. Research object is used by 13 companies of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Incoducting this research the methods used to test the hypotheses is multiple linear regression. Previously tested for statistic deskriptive, normality data and the assumption of classical test (test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, normality regression) which shows that all variables used are free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, and all normally distributed variables using SPSS 21.00. The results in this research shows that these is significant effect of between the Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) together on stock prices, and research result with the t test showed that the Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant effect of on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cash flows from investing activities, cash flow from operating activities, cash flow from financing activities, gross profit, the size of the company to return stock is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples of this research is on firm Property and Real Estate Sectors listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2009 to 2013. Data were analyzed with regression using E-Views program version 7. The results showed, financing cash flow does not have a significant impact on stock returns while cash flow from investing activities, operations, and the size of the company has a significant influence on stock returns.
