Journal Indonesia Law and Policy Review (JILPR) is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing articles on all aspects of LAW, POLICY REVIEW and SOCIAL SCIENCES. Journal Indonesia Law and Policy Review (JILPR) welcomes submissions of the following article types: (1) Papers: reports of high-quality original research with conclusions representing a significant advance, novelty or new finding in the field; (2) Topical Reviews: written by leading researchers in their fields, these articles present the background to and overview of a particular field, and the current state of the art. Topical Reviews are normally invited by the Editorial Board; (3) Comments: comment or criticism on work previously published in the journal. These are usually published with an associated Reply. Journal Indonesia Law and Policy Review (JILPR) publishes three (February, June, October) issues per year, published by IPEST, International Peneliti Ekonomi, Sosial and Teknologi. During the pandemic all fields have undergone a shift in working methods and in the world of education itself the method of work done by educators is to change the learning method from the previous one in the classroom by being done face-to-face transformed into a method of learning remotely (PJJ) online and in their ownhomes. The method used is Quantitative Method by using Descriptive approach is a type of research where later form of explanation or description more regularly, logically, arranged neatly and also clearly from the beginning until the completion of the research process. The results showed that working in WFH has several advantages and disadvantages for all educators in the state elementary school environment, especially those located in the west pejaten village of Jakarta.

The background of this research is about ethics education and political culture discussing moral issues and political cultural background in DKI Jakarta Province. The National United and Politics Board has programs as referred to in Article 27 clause (1) of the Governor of OKI Jakarta Regulation, namely: Politics and Democracy Division has the task of carrying out the guidance and development of political culture education, democracy, and facilitation of political institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach. The focus of this research is on the Policy Strategy of the National United and Politics Board consisting of: Strategies, constraints or impediments, and solutions. From the research results, it was known that the implementation of ethics education and political culture aimed to provide understanding to the public on political ethics and culture as the embodiment of national and state life, carried out through seminars, community organizations, students, and workshops. Referring to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 36 of 2010 concerning Guidelines for Facilitating the Implementation of Political Education that, the objectives of implementing political education is the increased awareness of the rights and obligations of the community in the life of society, nation, and state; increased independence, maturity, and achievement in the administration of political and state life.

V Radio listeners have decreased significantly since 2018. Even female listeners have also experienced a decline since the beginning of 2020. Nielsen's data recorded in early 2020 the percentage of female listeners was only 33%, while the rest were male listeners. Of course this is inversely proportional to the V Radio segmentation which should be women. The research objective was to find out and analyze how V Radio broadcasting management to maintain its position as a female radio was implemented by the top ranks of the V Radio team. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The author uses Stoner's broadcast management theory which consists of four elements, namely planning, organizing, directing / giving influence, and monitoring. And there is one more element, namely evaluation. The data sources used were Nielsen data sources and interviews with V Radio management and staff. The data analysis process was carried out by means of theoretical data analysis. The result of this research is that V Radio applies all broadcast management theory according to Stoner. In the planning stage V Radio uses short-term planning to long-term planning. Organizing V Radio using vertical and horizontal structures. Instructions and supervision on V Radio are carried out internally and externally. And the last is the evaluation stage which is carried out periodically. Evaluation is carried out every 6 months which is called the Key Performance Appraisal (KPA)

The presence of podcasts can now be a new innovation in conveying messages, especially as a function of mass media in general, namely to entertain, educate, and provide information. Berizik Podcast (Joking Is It Muzik) is a podcast that contains music interspersed with stand-up comedian-style jokes. Fun Podcasts that discuss music often discuss domestic and foreign music, so this Podcast can be said to be an entertaining podcast and can provide information about music. In this case, podcast is included in the type of new media or New media, according to Pierre Levy, New Media has two views, namely social interaction and social integration, so that its use can be different from the media in general. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the use of Berizik new media podcast in conveying messages about music. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely the inductive thinking process which is related to the relationship between phenomena. This type of research used in descriptive research is based on interview data and documentation by presenting the results of the research in a narrative. The results of this study found that the use of Berizik's new media podcast in conveying messages about music was quite effective. In this case Berizik is utilized by the NOICE platform as an entertainment platform that can provide information about music to listeners, so as to provide new knowledge about music and also be entertained by comedy elements in Berizik's podcast.

This study is to analyze the amount of the effect of the implementation of information technology and the quality of human resources simultaneously affecting the effectiveness of the accounting information system in the Transportation Service of DKI Jakarta Province. The research approach used is quantitative research methods. The type of research approach according to the level of explanation is included in associative/ relationship research. The variables used in this study are the implementation of information technology as the X1 variable, the quality of human resources as the X2 variable and the effectiveness of the accounting information system as the Y variable. The population taken in this study is the number of employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Service consisting of 273 people with a total sample of 73 people. Based on the results of the research and discussion by the author, it can be concluded that: 1). There was a partial influence between the implementation of information technology on the effectiveness of the accounting information system; 2). There was a partial influence between the quality of human resources on the effectiveness of the accounting information system; 3). Based on the results of the multiple X1 and X2 correlation analysis to Y, the value of R Square obtained was 0.863. The simultaneous implementation of information technology and the quality of human resources to the effectiveness of the accounting information system contributed 86.3%. From the results of multiple regression analysis, the equation was: ? = a + b1X1 + b2X2 = -4,270 + 0,173X1 + 0,935X2 To test the significance of the implementation of information technology and the quality of human resources simultaneously on the effectiveness of the accounting information system, the Ftest test was conducted. From the calculation of the value of t table, it was known that the value of Ftable = 3,134 whose value was smaller than the value of Fcount, which was = 211,037. The conclusion was Fcount > Ftable or 211,037 > 3,134, then value was significant

When the policy holder or insurance participant or the insured experiences a disaster or suffers a loss or damage as stated in the contract, the insured has the right to file an insurance claim. The recipient of this insurance is not only the insured whose name is listed as the policy holder of the insurance company but can also be another person appointed directly by the insured. The formulation of the problem in this study is the Default in the Life Insurance Policy between the Insurer and the Insured, howSettlement of Defaults in Life Insurance Policies Between the Insurer and the Insured and What are the Legal Consequences for Settlement of Defaults in a Life Insurance Policy between the Insurer and the Insured. The purpose of this research is to analyze Default in a Life Insurance Policy between the Insurer and the Insured, To Analyze Settlement of Defaults in Life Insurance Policies Between the Insurer and the Insured To Analyze Legal Consequences Settlement of Defaults in Life Insurance Policies Between the Insurer and the Insured.This research method is normative legal research. The conclusions in this study have answered the problems that arise, namely:Default in a Life Insurance Policy between the Insurer and the Insured that a life insurance agreement is made between the policy holder and the insurer, with the consequence that the policy holder pays the premium and the insurer provides risk protection to the policy holder and/or the insured within a certain time as stipulated in the agreement. Default can be done by the policyholder, one of which is by not paying life insurance premiums until the grace period ends.Settlement of Defaults in Life Insurance Policies Between the Insurer and the Insured that The insurer and the insured binding themselves in the insurance agreement must be in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, which are contained in Article 1338 Paragraph (1) of the Civil Code. This provision states that when the agreement has been agreed by both parties, then the agreement will apply as a law that will bind the parties therein. Article 53 paragraph 1 has not been realized yet, the entry into force of Law Number 18 of 2013, because in the author's opinion that the government is not firm in dealing with forest destruction has not been implemented properly. After the enactment of this Law, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia must nominate candidates for ad hoc judges who are appointed through a Presidential Decree to examine cases of forest destruction. As for the formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of the composition of judges in the settlement of forest criminal cases based on the legislation, how the legal consequences in the implementation of the composition of judges in the settlement of forest criminal cases based on the legislation. The method used is normative legal research. Data sources consist of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. In this study the data were analyzed qualitatively and in drawing conclusions the authors applied the method of deductive thinking. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the implementation of the composition of judges in the settlement of forest criminal cases based on the legislation that the existence of the composition of judges based on the legislation against the perpetrators in the law is recognized in practice.

As for the formulation of the problem in this study is HowMean Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold, HowJuridical Overview Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold, and HowLegal SettlementMotor Vehicle Noise Threshold in Indonesian Positive Law. The method used is normative legal research. Data sources consist of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. In this study the data were analyzed qualitatively and in drawing conclusions the authors applied the method of deductive thinking. Based on the results of the study it is known thatMean Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold that is in the Regulation of the State Minister of the Environment Number 7 of 2009 concerning the New Type Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold. In the attachment of the Minister of Environment Regulation Noise Threshold confirms that the motorcycle noise threshold under 175cc is 80 dB and above 175cc is 83 dB.Juridical Overview Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold that in Article 285 of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation paragraph (1) that everyone who drives a Motorcycle on the Road that does not meet the technical and road-worthy requirements which includes rearview mirrors, horns , headlights, brake lights, directional lights, reflecting devices, speed measuring devices, exhaust, and tire groove depth as referred to in Article 106 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 48 paragraphs (2) and (3) shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) month or a maximum fine of Rp. 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah). The curator is a party appointed by law through the Decision of the Commercial Court Judge at the District Court in a bankruptcy case to administer Bankruptcy assets. In Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU, the Curator is tasked with increasing the debtor's bankruptcy assets for the benefit of the Creditors as much as possible, but in carrying out these duties, the Curator can be criminalized by both the Creditors and the Debtors themselves. The Bankruptcy Law and PKPU have not guaranteed legal certainty and protection for curators when carrying out their duties. the bankruptcy application process, namely the process of requesting a decision to declare bankruptcy is regulated in Article 6 to Article 11 of the Bankruptcy Law. An application for bankruptcy can only be submitted at the request of one or more applicant subjects who have the legal standing as regulated in Article 2 of the Bankruptcy Law. This application is addressed to the Chairman of the Commercial Court whose jurisdiction includes the area where the debtor's legal domicile is.
