Abstract

Good communication is needed in conveying messages, one of which is interpersonal communication or what is called interpersonal communication (interpersonal). This is done by individuals to exchange ideas or thoughts in other words to hear what is being said. Interpersonal communication can be done in verbal and nonverbal forms, not only about what is said and what is received. But how it is said, in the body language used, and the facial expressions that are given. This is very much needed during the Covid 19 pandemic, so that residents of Depok City can be given messages directly on their understanding of Covid 19.. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe interpersonal communication strategies in the listening process to Depok residents during the Covid 19 pandemic. The research method used was through observation and in-depth interviews with the Task Force. The results of the research by residents of Depok City understand and want to carry out what the Depok government hopes are by obeying what was done and not done during the Covid 19 pandemic. In addition, the participation of the community takes part in overcoming the problems that befell the Indonesian nation, especially the citizens of Depok City.

Abstract

The aim of research is To know the executory power attached to an Act (written proof) and Conducting a legal analysis of a BIPARTITE PB registered with PHI, so that it can be executed appropriately if there is an act of default. The method used is normative juridical law research, which essentially examines laws that are conceptualized as norms or rules that apply in society. The result showed that Notaries play a role in carrying out some of the authority or duties of the state in the civil domain, and are referred to as general officials who are authorized to make AO which is a manifestation of the wilsvorming of the parties, made before a notary or by a notary.

Abstract

Many work accidents are caused by undisciplined in the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), not complying with standard procedures, and using the wrong machine and equipment. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate SIMA implementation in the JTB-PEPC Gas drilling project, and using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the SIMA implementation to improve employee performance in the JBT-PEPC Gas drilling project has been running Process by producing faster drilling times than the target and can reduce the number of work accidents, but in SIMA implementation there are still some findings that have not been maximized, because they are still found violations that can affect employee performance will cause work accidents and employee discipline is still low in the use of PPE.

Abstract

This preparation is the result of a written audit to answer the question: (1) What is the status and position of inheritance rights for children present only from one parent as referred to by Civil Law? (2) How is the distribution of inheritance to children outside of marriage as referred to in civil law? The research method used is a kind of juridical normalization research, particularly legal examination, so it centers on positive legal invemtaris, legitimate standards and teachings, legal discovery, systematic law, synchronization rate, legal correlation, and legal history. The author also uses case approach techniques, these strategies are used to consider legal standards or decisions completed in lawful practice. Data sources are obtained from:(1) primary materials; and (2) secondary materials. Judging from the arrangement of this theory, it can be obtained the following results: (1) based on Law No. 16 of 2019 article 43 paragraph 1, a child without the presence of a father who is not considered consequently has social equality from his mother and his mother's family; (2) Based on article 280 of the Criminal Code there are 2 different ways for the recognition of a child without the presence of a father, namely intentional confession and coercive confession; (3) In article 863 of the Criminal Code tends to explain that children with one parent only who is present with the heirs of group I get 1/3 of the legal child, if with group II or III the heir gets 1/2 inheritance, if with bunch group IV get 3/4 inheritance, and with heirs who do not leave a valid heir, The outer child of marriage acquires all the inheritance

Abstract

The large number of radio stations in Jakarta, whether commercial or community radio has posed challenges to London School Radio as a broadcast media in communicating the information to the listeners. The competitive level in the market has driven London School Radio to set up suitable program with the segments, one of them is the communication pattern introduced by the announcer. The announcer has an important role which demands capabilities and skills to communicate with the listeners on matters according to the program and to establish sound communication and interaction which would promote the success of the broadcast. The study applied the concept of communication patterns and explains the types of such communication patterns. There are four types of communication patterns which include wheel, chain and circular communication patterns. The study method used was descriptive method using approach qualitative. Data collection was performed through interview and documentation. The result of study is presented in the form of descriptive paper. In the course of the broadcast, London School Radio announcer especially Movie Time program applies the types of wheel and circular communication patterns. By applying the wheel communication pattern, it is the announcer who communicates the information to the listeners without their feedback, while circular communication allows the announcer to interact with the listeners through social media such as instagram and twitter. There are also times when the announcer interact with the listeners via telephone.

Abstract

The purpose of this sting is to know some of the influence of communication on the performance of firefighters condemned tambora, some of the influence of coordination on the performance of firefighters condemned Tambora, and some of the influence of communication and coordination. Together, the performance of firefighters was condemned by Tambora. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with statistical methods. The population of 70 officers, the sample number of 60 officers using the Slovin formula with a level of 5% blame. Data is obtained by the dissemination of questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows Release 23. The results of this study, on the t (partial) test of vaiabel communication obtained a significance value of 0.029, so that H1 was accepted. In variabel coordinated obtained significance value 0.000, and Test F (Simultaneous) shows that the significance value is 0.000, so H1 is accepted. Thus this research can be concluded that there is a communication influence on the performance of firefighters with a correlation of 51.1%, there is a coordination influence on the performance of firefighters and a correlation of 64.7% and the influence of communication and coordination together on the performance of fire employees. Fire in Tambora District. The percentage of communication and coordination variables can explain and improve the performance of firefighters in Tambora Subdistrict is 44.7% and the remaining 55.3% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate the factors affecting Employee Performance. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. As for the informant is the user service and representative of officials in at the Dept. of Fire and Rescue Sector Kembangan, West Jakarta. The results of the study found that namely by following employees in various programs Education and Training and Courses, and for employees have been given the opportunity and opportunities as possible to follow the program development source power. Even employees are also given the opportunity to attend formal education to a higher level of education.

Abstract

Implementation of policies on the management of state goods at the Secretariat General of the General Elections Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the implementation of policies on the management of state property in the General Secretariat of the General Elections Supervisory Agency. The theory used as a reference is the theory of George C. Edward III which states that there are four things that affect the implementation of policies, namely communication, resources, disposition and structure of the bureaucracy. This study uses a qualitative method with eleven informants consisting of officials/employees in the Secretariat General of the General Elections Supervisory Agency and the Provincial General Elections Supervisory Agency, officials within the Ministry of Finance and members of the working group of the Government Accounting Standards Committee. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the implementation of the policy on the management of state property within the Secretariat General of the General Elections Supervisory Agency has not gone well. The factors that influence the implementation of the policy are communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The inhibiting factors are resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, while communication does not become an obstacle in implementing state property management policies at the Secretariat General of the General Elections Supervisory Agency.

Abstract

A form of insurance that guarantees loss and damage due to fire or the risk of its expansion affecting the object of coverage Objects that can be insured are in the form of your property in the form of residential buildings, shop houses, warehouses, factories, office buildings, hotels, household furniture, home appliances, machinery , merchandise, inventory of raw materials or finished goods, and so on in accordance with the Indonesian Fire Insurance Standard Policy (PSAKI). This insurance is also known as All Property Risk Insurance. In the law or insurance agreement there is the principle of honesty. the principle of honesty is the principle for every insurance agreement that is in the provisions of the Civil Code. Article 251 of the Commercial Code also regulates good faith or honesty, this is because insurance agreements have special characteristics, compared to other agreements in the Civil Code. The Insured must be aware that it has an obligation to provide true, honest and complete information regarding the condition of the insured object. Article 251 emphasizes that the principle of good faith or honesty is only for the insured. Insurance is one type of special agreement regulated in the Commercial Code as an agreement, so the provisions of the legal terms of an agreement in the Civil Code also apply to insurance agreements. The legal terms of an agreement are regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, there are 4 valid conditions for an agreement, namely the agreement of the parties, the authority to act, certain objects, and lawful causes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of compensation, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. The analysis used is descriptive quantitative and inferential statistics with correlation analysis and multiple linear regressions. The research population was conducted on employees with a sample of 42 people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique. While the data collection technique was carried out using a direct survey using questionnaires and hypotheses instruments. This study was tested using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 23.0 program. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the regression equation: Y = 82.704 + 0.752X1 + 0.993X2 + 0.344X3. The results of the F test show the results of Fcount (61.217) > Ftable (2.83), the influence of compensation, organizational culture and work discipline variables together on employee performance. The results of the t-test show the value of tcount (3.547) > ttable (2.018) for compensation, tcount (6.873) > ttable (2.018) for organizational culture, tcount (2.393) > ttable (2.018) for work discipline, meaning that there is an effect of compensation, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination show that compensation, organizational culture and work discipline variables are able to contribute to employee performance by 0.927 or 92.7% while the remaining 7.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied.
