Abstract

Salah satu ormas terbesar di Indonesia adalah Muhammadiyah. Dengan jumlah pengikut yang sangat besar barangkali Muhammadiyah merasa perlu untuk membuat keputusan sendiri mengenai penentuan awal bulan yang akan dijadikan sebagai acuan pelaksanaan berbagai kegiatan ibadah. Muhammadiyah berpendapat bahwa H{isa>b dengan criteria Wuju>d al-Hila>l adalah metode yang memberi kepastian dan kemudahan dalam penentuan awal bulan hijri>yah, karena metode tersebut berdasarkan kaidah matematis astronomis yang bersifat pasti. Namun harapan terhadap metode tersebut baru tercapai pada tataran mempermudah sistem saja, belum pada tahap memberi kepastian, karena beberapa kasus tertentu ternyata belum bisa dijawab dengan menggunakan metode h}isa>b yang bersifat pasti ini.Kata kunci: wuju>d al-hila>l, kalender, Muhammadiyah

Abstract

Various activities around Kuranji watershed included the land conversioncan be impacted to topographic condition and also contributed to altering the vegetation density. Remote sensing technology is an effective methodfor land cover mapping. The objectives of the present study were to analyze the changing of land cover and classifying the vegetation density index in the upstream Kuranji Watershed. This study was conducted at Kuranji Watershed in Padang, West Sumatera Province. Two Landsat images representing the changing of the watershed area during 2017 and 2018 as well as obtaining the classification of vegetation density during corresponding years.Landsat 8 OLI images were classified using a supervised classification technique, then computed the vegetation index using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI). The result showed that the extension of forest area, settlement area and paddy field (283.92; 35.06; and 27 Ha, respectively) and decline of mix dryland agriculture, shrub and garden area (93.68; 277.43; and 190.95 Ha respectively). Decreasing of dense vegetation found at lower dense class (6.47 Ha) and highest dense class (5535.35 Ha). Therefore, the increasing area found at the cloud, dense and higher dense class (93.17; 5525.1; and 109.94 Ha, respectively). So, it is highlighted that changing land cover and vegetation index happen during the only one-year period.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of crossing between both discharge capacity of rivers, names discharge capacity of batang pasaman river and batang kenaikan river against water level of flood that occur at muara kiawai Area in Pasaman Barat District. Discharge capacity of Rivers are simulated by using software HEC-RAS 4.1. River data using in this study is that cliffside study data on batang pasaman at Dinas PSDA West Sumatera in year 2011 those are both data of river geometry and discharge capacity of river by using the nakayatshu method with return period of flood plan of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 yearly. Maximum High flood at scenario 1 with existing condition that involves river section of Batang Kenaikan and Batang Pasaman at upstream and downstream resulted discharge capacity of flood plan Q 2 yearly 3.097m, Q 5 yearly 3.627m, Q 10 yearly 3.937m, Q 25 yearly 4.247m, Q 50 yearly 4.457m and Q 100 yearly 4.647m. Maximum Height of flood at scenario 2 with condition that only involves river section on Upstream and downstream of Batang Pasaman without river section of Batang Kenaikan resulted discharge capacity of flood plan Q 2 yearly 5.607m, Q 5 yearly 5.977m, Q 10 yearly 6.177m, Q 25 yearly 6.377m, Q 50 yearly 6.517m and Q 100 yearly 6,657m. Maximum height of flood at scenario 3 with condition that involves river section of Batang Kenaikan and Batang Pasaman at downstream without river section of Batang Pasaman at Upstream resulted discharge capacity of flood plan Q 2 yearly 3.097m, Q 5 yearly 3.627m, Q 10 yearly 3.937m, Q 25 yearly 4.247m, Q 50 yearly 4.457m and Q 100 yearly 4.457m. After the maximum water level of flood is obtained, it is seen that the flood happened at the crossing between of both rivers of Batang Pasaman and Batang Kenaikan at Muara Kiawai Area in Pasaman Barat District is dominated by river flow of Batang Kenaikan.

Abstract

Batang Tingkarang Irrigation Area is an Irrigation Area authorized by West Sumatera province located in Kabupaten Pasaman with functional area of 1,419 Ha. In recent years there has been a tendency from farmers to turn their agicultural lands into fishponds. By the change of this function, hence the requirement of water will also increase, so that there is need to study about allocated water requirements at Batang Tingkarang Irrigation Area. Water demand analysis was done by comparing the dependable flow with its needs. The need for irrigation flow was analyzed by assumption that simultaneous planting season without rotation. The analysis used 8 planting alternatives and land use combinations, which were : rice-rice-rice (without fish pond), rice-rice-rice + fish, rice-rice-palawija + fish, and fish (without rice). As the results, the irrigation system was able to meet the water needs with rice-rice-rice cropping pattern if there was no land functional conversion. Excess water in this pattern can serve the land functional conversion into a fish pond with maximum of 47.99 Ha. When the cropping pattern was converted into rice-rice-palawija, the area of ​​the pond in to 169.48 Ha. By prioritizing the use of land to be converted into fish pond as much as possible, irrigation system could serve a maximum of 316.17 Ha of land functional conversion into fish ponds.

Abstract

Garis pantai antara Muara Batang Air Dingin dengan Muara Batang Anai terletak sebagian di kota padang dan sebagian di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, Propinsi Sumatera Barat. Sebelum tahun 2012 terjadi abrasi, hempasan ombak pada saat terjadi badai, dapat mencapai rumah-rumah penduduk. Pada tahun 2012, Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatera V (BWSS V) dan Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air (PSDA) Propinsi Sumatera Barat membangun groin untuk menanggulangi abrasi. Untuk mengetahui dampak dibangun groin ini, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti dan menganalisa perubahan garis pantai di wilayah pantai antara muara Batang Air Dingin dan muara Batang Anai. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui posisi akresi dan abrasi sepanjang garis pantai di tempat penelitian serta membuat simulasi arah gelombang  sehingga dapat diketahui arah laju partikel (sedimen) akibat adanya bangunan  pengaman pantai. Untuk membuat simulasi perubahan garis pantai, penulis menggunakan software GENESIS. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pada lokasi yang telah dibangun groin, terjadi akresi di sepanjang lokasi pantai tempat penelitian. Pertambahan garis pantai mencapai 25 m dan laju akresi mencapai 4,2 meter/tahun. Pada daerah yang belum dibangun groin, terjadi abrasi akibat pengaruh berkurangnya pasokan sedimen karena telah ditangkap oleh groin yang berada pada sisi kirinya. Laju abrasi pertahun adalah 1,2 m/thn yang berada di lokasi pasie jambak Kota Padang. Berdasarkan simulasi Genesis 10 tahun kedepan dari tahun 2017.  Terjadi pergerakan sedimen yang bergerak dari kiri kekanan saat pengamat menghadap kelaut. Pemasangan groin yang efektif dalam memajukan garis pantai, namun berdampak negatif pada daerah yang belum dibangun groin seperti mundurnya garis pantai akibat berkurangnya pasokan sedimen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxes, tunneling incentives, debt covenants, and profitability on the company's decision to transfer pricing. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from accessing the web www.idx.co.id. The population of this research was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of companies sampled in the study was 27 companies so that the total sample of the study was 135 observations. This study used the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study known there are still many variables outside the research that can explain transfer pricing.The determination coefficient is 0.441 which means that 44.1%. It indicates that the company transfers pricing is influenced by these variables, while the rest is explained by other variables.Based on the  result can be concluded that taxes, debt covenants and profitability has a positive effect on the decision to transfer pricing. While the tunneling incentive does not effect the decision to conduct transfer pricing.Keywords: Tax, Tunneling Incentive, Debt Covenant, Profitability, and Transfer Pricing

Abstract

Background: Treatment given for COVID-19 includes the provision of antiviral, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, anticoagulant, and treatment of comorbidities and complications. The success of treatment in COVID-19 patients does not only depend on the drug given but is also influenced by clinical manifestations, clinical phase, and the presence or absence of complications and comorbidities. This study aims to assess the relationship between initial CT values, inflammatory markers, and symptom onset on treatment outcomes for COVID-19 patients at Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital Padang. Methods: This study is an observational analytic study with a retrospective cohort approach in confirmed COVID-19 patients treated at Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital Padang between 1st January – and 31st May 2021. The sample is the population that meets the inclusion criteria; confirmed COVID-19 from the results of RT PCR/TCM SARS-CoV-2, aged > 18 years, including the clinical degree of moderate, severe, critical illness. Exclusion criteria were patients with incomplete medical record data. Univariate analysis is intended to describe each research variable so that the distribution and percentage of each variable are presented in tabular form. Bivariate analysis using Chi-Square statistical test to see the relationship between variables. Results: COVID-19 patients being treated at Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital Padang were mostly in the age group above 50 years, namely 59.6%, and the female sex was treated more than the male, namely 55.5%. The moderate clinical grade is the highest proportion of hospitalized patients, namely 64.3%, followed by critical clinical 30.0% and severe clinical 5.6%. There is no relationship between the initial CT value and the outcome of COVID-19 patients. There is a relationship between IL-6 levels (initial) with the outcome of Covid-19 patients at Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital Padang. There is no relationship between the onset of clinical symptoms and the outcome of Covid-19 patients at Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital Padang. Conclusion: There is a relationship between IL-6 levels (initial) with patient outcomes, need for oxygen therapy, ferritin levels with the incidence of sepsis, initial albumin levels with initial D-Dimer levels, and IL-6 levels with D-dimers in COVID-19 patients at Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital Padang.

Abstract

This research intends to develop textbooks based on the practice of theoretical and practice subjects of field tennis for students of physical education of health and recreation major. The method that used in this research is the research and development method of brog and gall. This development results in a product in the form of a practice-based textbook on theoretical and practice courses of field tennis. The results of the analysis of this research data are at 84.41% which means that this textbook is proper to be used as teaching material for theory and practice course of field tennis for health and recreation physical education students IKIP Budi Utomo Malang.

Abstract

After an earthquake hit the West Sumatra Province in 2009, Padang, as the provincial capital, moved the centre of its government activities to Bypass. Following the government's relocation, the community also moved to the Bypass area. Gradually this caused the area, which was initially a rain catchment area, to turn into a residential and office area. The loss of rain catchment areas increases the amount of runoff drastically. On August 18, 2021, the flood incident was also the cause of flash floods that hit many areas in Padang City, one of which was the Guo River area. The impact of this flood destroyed the cliffs of the Guo River. The cliffs were damaged due to sediment carried from upstream of the Guo River in the form of large rocks and the swift flow of water hitting the cliff walls of the Guo River. Not only destroying the cliff walls but also the access roads around the upper reaches of the Guo River. Therefore, Andalas University and the Guo River community members carried out rehabilitation activities for the Guo River. It was started by survey activity of the level of damage from the collapsed cliff. This was followed by sustainable planning related to the rehabilitation of the cliffs of the Guo River area and planned activities to be carried out to increase and develop it's potential as a natural tourist attraction.

Abstract

Perubahan tata guna lahan dari tutupan  lahan tidak terbangun seperti hutan, sawah dan ladang menjadi tutupan lahan terbangun akan mengakibatkan peningkatan debit banjir. Pengelolaan tata guna lahan di daerah perkotaan sangat diperlukan dalam upaya menekan laju limpasan permukaan. Semakin besar lahan terbangun maka koefisien limpasannya akan semakin besar juga. Koefisien limpasan berbanding lurus dengan laju limpasan permukaan, semakin besar koefisen limpasan maka semakin besar laju limpasan permukaannya. Oleh karena itu banyak sekali hal hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh pemerintahan setempat  dalam mengatasi masalah perubahan alih fungsi lahan di DAS Batang Arau. Tinjauan perubahan dilakukan terhadap perubahan  tata guna lahan yang terjadi di DAS Batang Arau pada tahun 2006 dan pada tahun 2012. Tinjauan ini berdasarkan gambaran dari pantauan citra  satelit kota Padang pada  tahun 2006 dan 2012, serta mengestimasi besarnya luas lahan yang ada di DAS Batang Arau menggunakan analisa spasial Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Estimasi luas dimaksudkan agar dapat menghitung perubahan koefisien limpasan yang terjadi pada tahun 2006 dan  juga 2012. Koefisien limpasan permukaan pada tahun 2006 sebesar 0.39 dan tahun 2012 adalah sebesar 0.41. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa perubahan tata guna lahan yang terjadi pada tahun 2006 dan tahun 2012 berpengaruh terhadap koefisien limpasan permukaan DAS Batang Arau. Berdasarkan koefisien limpasan, intensitas hujan rencana dan luas DAS Batang Arau didapatkan debit limpasan pada tahun 2006 adalah 327.20 m3/detik dan pada tahun 2012 adalah 339.51 m3/detik. Dapat kita lihat perubahan limpasan permukaan dari tahun 2006 sampai tahun 2012 di DAS Batang Arau adalah 12.31 m3/detik
