Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) terbit awal pada Pebruari 2015. BBM merupakan terbitan berkala ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi YPPI Rembang. Penerbitan BBM dimaksudkan sebagai media penuangan karya ilmiah baik berupa kajian ilmiah maupun hasil penelitian di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. BBM terbit dua kali dalam setahun, bulan Pebruari dan Agustus. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan ke BBM akan di telaah oleh Mitra Bestari yang sesuai bidangnya. Penulis akan menerima dua eksemplar cetak lepas (off print) setelah terbit. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit Artikel penelitian yang disampaikan ke jurnal online ini akan review sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) reviewer. Artikel penelitian yang diterima akan tersedia secara online mengikuti proses peer review jurnal. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Dengan berubah bentuk STIE YPPI Rembang menjadi Universitas YPPI Rembang, maka Pengelolaan Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) berada dibawah naungan Universitas YPPI Rembang.

Abstract

Indonesia Chile-CEPA agreement has been entry-into-force since August 2019. Trade between Indonesiaand Chile has alternated surpluses and deficits during the 2015-2020 periods. This study will analyzehow the internal and external factors of the trade cooperation between Indonesia and Chile are. Thispaper reveals strategies that Indonesia can use in trade based on a SWOT analysis. This research waswritten using descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried outby interview. The results of the interview are used as a SWOT matrix. The results of this study indicatethat Indonesia's internal and external conditions support the cooperation with Chile. The internalfactors on this research are the condition of economy, trade commodities, size of the Indonesianpopulation, scope of the agreement, and level of trade between Indonesia and Chile. The externalfactors based on this research are the potential for tariff reduction in trade, expansion of Indonesianmarket in South America through Chile, opening of investment and trade opportunities, economic andpolitical conditions in South America, and geographic conditions of Indonesia and Chile. The results ofthe SWOT analysis show that Indonesia can use various strategies in trade with Chile.

Abstract

Effect of Promotion and Service to the Customer Satisfaction HSD Electronic Stores Lubuklinggau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Promotion and Service to the Customer Satisfaction HSD Electronic Stores Lubuklinggau. The population in this research were as many as 885 customers and the sample in this study amounted to 88 respondents. The data collection technique using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that have been tested beforehand using validity and reliability test. Data analysis technique used is the classical assumption (normality test, and test liniearitas), multiple linear regression, determination and F test where researchers using SPSS version 20. The linear regression equation obtained positive value is Y = 18.324 + 0,316X1 + 0,370X2. Values obtained amounted constants a = 18.324 units, variable regression coefficients Promotion obtained at b1 = 0,316 units, variable regression coefficients Services obtained for b2 = 0.370 units. Determinant coefficient value (R2¬) acquired, amounted to 0.443, can be interpreted that the variation of the dependent variable value changes Customer satisfaction can be explained by all the variables are non-Promotion and Service together (simultaneously) by 44.3% and the balance of 55, 7% is influenced by other variables such as, product prices, interest in buying, product quality, state of the economy and so forth. The conclusion that: the F test results obtained value of F = 33.771> F table = 3.10 significance level simultaneously and significantly F was 0,000. Attested and accepted hypotheses.Key Words : Promotion and Service, Customet Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effects of Social Capital and LMX (leader member exchange) on the Performance through Organizational Commitment studies on Kisnala Batik Pekalongan firm. The population of this study was all employees ofKisnala Batik Pekalongan with the number of 150 people. This study usedproportional random sampling which is a way of sampling by selecting each sampling unit in accordance with the size of the sampling unit so that the sample became 100 people. The hypothesis testing was done by using direct and indirect hypothesis test or mediation test. Based on the study, the results showed that:The effects of Social Capital on Organizational Commitment were insignificant, Leader Member Exchange (LMX) had significant and positive impact on Organizational Commitment., Social Capital had a significant and positive impact on Performance, The effects of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on the Performance were insignificant.,Organizational Commitment had significant and positive impact on Performance. Keywords: Social Capital, Leader Member Exchange (LMX), Performance, and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This research is motivated by the continued decline in the number of consumers who buyand consume Brownies Maylisa Semarang since 2016 till 2018. The problem in thisresearch is what is the factor that influence a person to consumers who buy andconsume Brownies Maylisa Semarang. This specifically refers to four variables namelybrand image, promotion, price perception and location. The purpose of this study was toexamine the influence of these four variables influence purchasing decision at RumahBrownies Maylisa Semarang.The sample in this study were 96 consumers who buy and consume BrowniesMaylisa which was selected based on purposive sampling, data collection using aquestionnaires, the method used is by using multiple linier regression analysis.The results of the analysis using the t test can be seen that the variables of brandimage, promotion, price perception dan location have a significant effect on thedecisions to consumers who buy and consume at Rumah Brownies Maylisa Semarang.The Coefficient of Determination (R2) states that 59,4% of the purchasing decisions canbe influenced by brand image, promotion, price perception and location and theremaining 40,6% of the purchasing decisions is influenced by others variables.

Abstract

Penelitian Integrasi Gender Dalam Pengembangan Potensi Kemitraan  Yang  Berbasis  Kearifan  Lokal Masyarakat Pesisir Kabupaten Rembang, dilaksanakan di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Rembang pada lima desa yaitu Desa Tasik Agung, Desa Punjulharjo, Desa Dasun, Desa Pandangan, Desa Bonang. Desa-desa tersebut berada disepanjang pantai utara namun ha tidak menjamin bahwa kualitas sumber daya tinggi, ini tampak pada rendahnya pendidikan ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Meski pendidikan perempuan di pesisir Kabupaten Rembang masih rendah, tetapi hal itu tidak menghalangi mereka untuk berperan aktif dalam wilayah publik. Jika kegiatan berdagang ikan di pasar, dikategorikan sebagai pekerjaan di luar rumah, maka, perempuan pesisir Kabupaten Rembang lebih dominan dibandingkan laki-laki, temasuk dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi rumah tangga.Masalah peran-peran perempuan seperti ini tidak dianggap sebagai yang utama. Kegiatan ekonomi perempuan dianggap sebagai pelengkap yang membantu pekerjaan laki-laki atau suami. Kegiatan ekonomi kenelayanan perempuan pesisir, terutama lembaga non-ekonomi terbukti sangat membantu pengembangan ekonomi mereka. Pengembangan lembaga ekonomi tersebut bisa dilakukan sejauh perempuan dilibatkan sebabagi subyek dalam pengembangan organisasi ekonomi. Keikutsertaan pemerintah, laki-laki dan pihak-pihak luar dalam pengembangan organisasi ekonomi perempuan, harus lebih dari sebagai ‘pelengkap’. Kata kunci: gender, masyarakat pesisir, pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Baturaja, especially production employees. The population in this study were employees of PT. Semen Baturaja is part of production with 75 people. The sampling technique was carried out by simple sampling method and obtained around 50 employees as research samples. The research variable consisted of independent variables in the form of Training (X) and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The method of data collection in this study is the interview method and questionnaire. The results of the study show that the training has a significant effect on the performance of production department employees at PT. Semen Baturaja. This is indicated by the simple linear regression value of 0.356 with the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.667 in the category having a strong relationship between training on employee performance, and the determination coefficient value of 44.5% which means the training variable has an effect of 44.5 % of the variable performance of employee production department at PT. Semen Baturaja, the remaining 55.5% is determined or explained by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

The Research is carried out to prove the influences of working capital, liquidity, activity ratio, the level of the companies and the sales’ growth toward the profitability in food and beverage companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of the research is all the food and beverage companies registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analyzing technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. The research result proves that the working capital gives negative influence not significant toward the profitability. Liquidity, ratio of activities, sales’ growth has positive influence toward profitability. While the independent variable ability of the regression model explains that dependent variable is 68,8%, while 31,2 % is explained by other variable that is not observed in this research.

Abstract

This research analyzes many factors which influence of the employees working. The pupose of the research is fainding many factors which influence the employee working. The contents is intrinsic motivation and satisfied of working releated with the influence the employee working. The object of this research is employees of PT. Jhons GF.Purposive sampling which choisen is to find out the data which needed in this studies there are 85 responden and all of the are PT. Jhons GF employee. The data analysis used SPSS program 19 series. Before doing regreesion analysis, the process analysis is trought many steps whisvh one of the is validity analysis, reiability test and classic assumtion test.In this research has three hypothesis and depards of the research analysis show tht three hypothesis are acepted, it means the conclution of this research intrinsic motivation it influence satisfied of working towards increasing of employees working. Kata Kunci : intrinsic motivation, satisfied of working and employees working

Abstract

This research to identify factors that affect performance. The research was done by quantitative approach. Variable which is variable of motivation, training and compensation. Technique of sampling at research location by paying attention amount of population that is 50 people, hence sampling technique using census method, that is all population used as research sample.                    Analysis of data using IBM SPSS 20.0 for Windows, the results show there is a positive and significant influence of variable motivation on employee performance, training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of this study also indicate the existence of other factors affecting employee variables, so next for future research can add work environment variables, work culture and other variable.This research to identify factors that affect performance. Abstract

In the development of the world’s economy, business or entrepreneurial efforts are required to be able to make appropriate and effective decision making, especially in the financial sector. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence financial literacy in UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem in Rembang Regency. The variables used in this study are education level, gender, and income level. This has implications for good finance that will help MSMEs to take effective financial decisions for the sustainability of their businesses. This study uses binary logistic analysis to find the effect between variables with the level of financial literacy. The results of the study showed that none of the variables used in the study had a significant influence on the level of financial literacy at UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem.
