Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) terbit awal pada Pebruari 2015. BBM merupakan terbitan berkala ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi YPPI Rembang. Penerbitan BBM dimaksudkan sebagai media penuangan karya ilmiah baik berupa kajian ilmiah maupun hasil penelitian di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. BBM terbit dua kali dalam setahun, bulan Pebruari dan Agustus. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan ke BBM akan di telaah oleh Mitra Bestari yang sesuai bidangnya. Penulis akan menerima dua eksemplar cetak lepas (off print) setelah terbit. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit Artikel penelitian yang disampaikan ke jurnal online ini akan review sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) reviewer. Artikel penelitian yang diterima akan tersedia secara online mengikuti proses peer review jurnal. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Dengan berubah bentuk STIE YPPI Rembang menjadi Universitas YPPI Rembang, maka Pengelolaan Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) berada dibawah naungan Universitas YPPI Rembang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan wawasan praktis dan teoritis tentang bagaimana usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) menyesuaikan dan mengembangkan lebih lanjut kompetensi kewirausahaan, inovasi produk dan kinerja usaha UKM di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengunakan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan   sebanyak 119 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Partial least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk pengolahan data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan pada inovasi produk. Namun inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha UKM. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi kewirausahaan, inovasi produk, kinerja usaha

Abstract

Financial intelligence in the competition is absolutely necessary in today's modern society. Deemed necessary, due to the financial intelligence that includes how a person manages financial-owned well is capital to improve the welfare of each individual. This study intends to analyze the effect of learning in college and family financial education to student financial behavior, and the impact of the financial literacy of students to the financial behavior of students with student research object STIE 'YPPI' Rembang. Research shows that learning in higher education and financial education affect student financial literacy, while financial literacy have an impact on the financial behavior of the students. Additionally, financial literacy proved able to moderate learning in college and family financial education in student financial behavior.Keyword : Financial Literacy, Financial education, Financial behavior

Abstract

The role of the young generation, especially students in succeeding SustainableDevelopment Goals (SDG's) is very important. According to statistical data, the number ofstudents in Indonesia is about 30% of the total number of productive ages. In the achievementof success at a young age, students' self‐ability should be sharpened and developed, one of themwith entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship using the base of social entrepreneur be a goodalternative in exploiting the potential in Rembang regency. Students as a generation of change,is expected to be able to entrepreneurship with the base of social entrepreneurs who not onlypursue profit but also beneficial to the surrounding environment that is prioritizing the welfareof the community. With the growing number of students who are entrepreneurial entrepreneursor students who help the community for the purpose of social thinking about the environmentalconditions for the long term in order to create sustainable economic development. This conceptwill have a positive impact towards Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) 2030. To realize thesocial entrepreneur among the students certainly can not be separated from the role ofuniversities. Study literature review using literature studies obtained from journals, books, andarticles are accurate. The writing method uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of thisstudy is the role of universities and the steps and efforts that can be done by students to becomesocial entrepreneurs by exploiting the potential of existing potential in the district of Rembang.Keywords: University Student, Entrepreneur, Social Entrepreneur

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Price To Book Value (PBV), Earning Per Share (EPS) on the Jakarta Islamic Index Stock Return and LQ45 Stock Return Index, and to determine the difference in the Jakarta Islamic Index Stock Return with LQ45 Index.The population of this research is the company for the Jakarta Islamic Index shares which are 30 listed companies and the LQ45 Index which is 45 listed companies. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method.The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, the Multiple Linear Regression Test, and the Independent Sample t test.Significant value (Sig.) For DER, PBV and EPS for the JII Stock Index greater than 0.05 concluded that the hypothesis was rejected meaning that DER, PBV and EPS had no significant effect on Stock Return. Significant value (Sig.) For DER, PBV and EPS for the LQ45 Stock Index greater than 0.05 for the LQ45 stock index concluded that the hypothesis was rejected meaning that DER, PBV and EPS had no significant effect on Stock Return. There was a significant difference between Stock Returns JII with LQ45 Stock Return means the results obtained from stock investments for each company both JII and LQ45 Index.

Abstract

This research were aims to see what commodities can become regional superiors in SalatigaRegency, so that they are able to make a high contribution to the economy of Salatiga Regency. Itis hoped that by knowing the superior potential, the right policies for regional economicdevelopment can be identified based on regional potentials. The results of this study, whichbecame the leading commodities were: enting gepuk, lung chips, brown rice and black rice drinks,upcycle tire crafts, D-9 cassava cheese, Plumpungan Batik, Selotigo Batik, handicrafts from flour(clay), and education station.

Abstract

Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) is an Indonesian institution of social security so that the existence of social security, financial risk faced by a person, whether it is because the productive age, get sick, have an accident, and even death, will be taken over by the agency that organizes social security. BPJS matters relating to their attitude of loyalty of consumers have an impact on compliance with every consumer to perform an obligation in the payment of dues and recommend BPJS as health insurance to others. The study was conducted to investigate the influenced product knowledge and trust to attitudinal loyalty BPJS Participants. The results obtained: there is the positive influence Product Knowledge and Trust to the Affective Commitment of Attitudinal Loyalty BPJS participants. This shows that there is a positive influence on the attitudinal loyalty from participant satisfaction.Keywords: Product Knowledge, Trust, Attitudinal Loyalty, Affective Commitment, and BPJS Participants

Abstract

The role of UMKM to the economic development of a region is very important, as well as with Rembang regency. Strengthening the competitiveness of UMKM become strategic effort in winning the competition between UMKM in a region. Therefore, finding the factors that affect the competitiveness of UMKM become necessary for the development of UMKM.The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect UMKM in Rembang. Competitiveness factors are measured using product advantages, human resources, and product marketing using IT. The sample in this research is the leading sector of UMKM in Rembang such as Batik Lasem, Processed Fish, and Furniture. Sampling method using purposive sampling with the number of research respondents is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis method by conducting instrument test (validity test and reliability test), data analysis technique (multiple linear regression test, test of determination, and t-test).Validity and reliability test is done with 30 respondents which are all valid and reliable results. Result of t-test proves that independent variable consisting of product superiority, human resources, and product marketing by using IT have a significant positive effect to competitiveness of UMKM. In F test, get result of significance value smaller than 0,05. This proves that simultaneously the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Determination test proves that product superiority, human resources, and marketing of products using IT affect the competitiveness of 56%, while the rest is influenced by factors outside the independent variable in this study.  Keywords: UMKM, Competitiveness, Featured Products

Abstract

One indicator of the success of managing a college is student satisfaction with the services carried out by the college in academic learning services and academic administration services.This research is a descriptive study that aims to find out how much the level of student satisfaction with the services carried out in the academic field both educators and education staff at the Faculty of Economics, Pekalongan University. This study uses data analysis techniques of Multiple Linear Regression and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Multiple linear regression is used to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, while the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to determine the level of student satisfaction with academic services by measuring the level of importance and level of implementation.Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to students using the dimensions of performance appraisal and expectations namely Tangible (physical evidence), Reliability (reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (assurance), and Emphaty (empathy).The results showed that Performance and Expectations had a significant effect on Student Satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the student satisfaction index value of 0.70 it can be concluded that overall students of the Faculty of Economics, Pekalongan University feel " satisfied" for the services provided by the Academic Section of the Faculty of Economics, Pekalongan University

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies and profitability partially on the value of the company. This study also aims to provide consideration for investors in making investments. The research population includes manufacturing companies of consumer goods industry sector which is and still listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2014 of 36 companies. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique and obtained by 10 companies with observation value 30. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of data analysis, it is concluded that investment decision has positive effect not significant to value, funding decision has positive effect not significant to firm value, dividend policy has negative effect not significant to firm value, while profitability have positive significant effect to firm value. The value of determination coefficient (R2) of 0.927 indicates that investment decision variable, funding decision, dividend policy and profitability able to explain change of variable of company value equal to 92,7%, while the rest equal to 7,3% influenced by other variable outside research. Keywords: Company value, investment decision, funding decision, dividend policy and profitability.

Abstract

Today, technology has entered into all business fields where the digital era is very helpfuland facilitates business both in terms of marketing, sales and distribution. The utilizationof these technologies will directly increase sales volume and the potential for anincreasingly large market. This will be very beneficial for medium and small businesses,where they still use a lot of conventional methods and have not used the technology sideand have not yet entered e-commerce. Expansion of the market or market is the mostimportant thing in the business world so that through E-Commerce, market coverage isno longer only in the area where the MSMEs are located but is widespread throughoutthe world wherever it can be accessed. In addition to the wider market, it can also accessreal-time payments that will facilitate the payment process directly by consumers andcan make the flow of cash out of the business more controlled which is no longer anobstacle. This online payment system is not always related to e-Commerce, but also withdirect transaction activities at the place of business can also be done so that cashless andalso in the online payment there will be a sales transaction report that will make therecording directly available in the payment system online. This benefit is very helpful forsmall and medium businesses that are expected to increase their sales growth and theirfinancial management will be helped.
