Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) terbit awal pada Pebruari 2015. BBM merupakan terbitan berkala ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi YPPI Rembang. Penerbitan BBM dimaksudkan sebagai media penuangan karya ilmiah baik berupa kajian ilmiah maupun hasil penelitian di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. BBM terbit dua kali dalam setahun, bulan Pebruari dan Agustus. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan ke BBM akan di telaah oleh Mitra Bestari yang sesuai bidangnya. Penulis akan menerima dua eksemplar cetak lepas (off print) setelah terbit. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit Artikel penelitian yang disampaikan ke jurnal online ini akan review sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) reviewer. Artikel penelitian yang diterima akan tersedia secara online mengikuti proses peer review jurnal. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Dengan berubah bentuk STIE YPPI Rembang menjadi Universitas YPPI Rembang, maka Pengelolaan Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) berada dibawah naungan Universitas YPPI Rembang.

Abstract

Performance improvement for both individuals and groups becomes the center of attention in a effort to improve organizational performance both in quantity and quality. This research was conducted on employees of Sluke District, Rembang Regency. The methode used to determine the sample is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique, namely examining the entire population of 27 employess. Data was collected by means of questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data processing technique used SPSS 21, the fisrt step is so test the isntrument from the quetionnaire through validity test, reliability test, multiple regression test and determinations test. The result showed that: (1) work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) motivations has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) work culture and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and emotional intelligence to employee performance. The research sample was determined by proportional random sampling method. Research data collection techniques by spreading questionnaires to employees of villages in the city of Semarang systematically arranged with multiple choice answers are easy to understand. The research sample is determined by slovin numbered 90 people. Previously conducted research with the instrument test validity and reliability. This study uses multiple linear regression model. The research proves that there is a positive and significant impact either partially or simultaneously motivation and emotional intelligence to employee performance.Keyword : motivation, emotional intelligence, employee performance

Abstract

Independence a child in face of life challenge have to earn to be grown early on possibly, in growing independence attitude each, every child need aid in accepting self and also insuffiency dan excess of him. So that environment go to school more than anything else family environment expected to have sensitivity to requirement of child, derestricted possibilities and potency for child self to expand, thereby a child can find way out. Hurlock, E.B (2008). This research have target to know influence of guidance and counseling, pattern of old below and social interaction to student independence in Junior School  Muhammadiyah  02 Semarang. This research is descriptive research with quantitative analysis. Population in this research is stundent and of sampel research counted 65 responden. The technic of collecting data using quisionnaires and the data where tasted and  analyzed using regression analysis with SPSS Ver 17.0 for windows.Based on the result of the data analysis concluded that guidance and counseling, pattern of old below and social interaction have a positive and significan impact to student independence.  Keywords : Guidance and Counseling, Pattern of Old Below, Social Interaction, Student Independence

Abstract

Human resources are the only resources that have a sense of mind, desire, skills, knowledge, encouragement, power, and work (ratio, taste, and intention). All potential human resources affect the organization's efforts to achieve goals. The organization is a collection of people who have different competencies, which are interdependent with one another who try to realize their common interests by utilizing various resources. Basically the shared goal that the organization wants to realize is to seek profits. Therefore, it is needed employees who have high work performance through motivation, competence and job satisfaction are expected to be able to realize a successful organization.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is determined by thepresence of microfinance institutions (MFIs) that offer financing models are diverse. Buton the other hand the diversity of models offered MFI financing has yet to be exploited.The objectives of the study was to identify the characteristics of business and financingneeds of SMEs, as well as identifying financing models that fit the character of SMEs. Theapproach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research through a case studyapproach, the informants in this study were employees and managers are authorized toprovide information on financing models. While the research conducted in the district ofJepara. Based on comparative models and characteristics of SME financing, MFIcooperative model provides relatively brief filing procedure with a low ceiling making itsuitable for small and micro businesses. As for MFIs BPR models have the advantage inproviding kinds of products are more varied and larger loan limit and interest ratesvaried so suitable for this type of small and medium enterprisesKeywods: SMEs, MFIs, financing model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between thepromotion of mix and location of interest in Semarang Wildlife Park, and to find out which variableis the most dominant influence on visiting interest. The tools in this study were interviews,questionnaires, observations and documentation. The number of samples in this study were 70respondents in Semarang Wildlife Park. The conclusion of this research is the promotion mixvariable influences the interest of the visit, but the location variable has no effect on the interestof the Semarang Wildlife Park visit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, facilities and service quality on interest inreturning to Chanti Hotel Semarang. This research was conducted on visitors to Hotel ChantiSemarang. The population in this study were all visitors to the Chanti Hotel Semarang in 2019/2020,the sample in this study was 100 respondents. In collecting research data using a Likert scale with 5assessment criteria and to measure 24 statement items. The sampling technique in this researchuses a type of probability sampling. The data analysis technique is linear regression analysis. Haslianalysis states that price affects the interest to return partially, facilities do not have a partial effectand service quality greatly affects the interest in returning to visit.

Abstract

Problems in this study is whether or not the influence of emotional intelligence on employee productivity at PT. BTPN Syariah Branch Area East Cirebon, which is identified from emotional intelligence.This study aims to obtain data about the effect of emotional intelligence on employee productivity at PT. BTPN Syariah Branch Area East Cirebon. Research Methods in this research is descriptive method and survey. Population in this research counted 35 people with sample used in this research counted 35 people by using census technique. The test in this research is based on validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, simple regression test.The results showed the positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on employee productivity at PT. BTPN Syariah Branch Area East Cirebon. The magnitude of the effect of emotional intelligence on employee productivity is shown by the value of R Square of 0.615 or 61.5%. Emotional intelligence of PT. BTPN Syariah Branch East Cirebon Area is in the high category (48.57%) and very high (40%); Nor is the productivity of employees at PT. BTPN Syariah Branch Area East Cirebon is in the high category of 28.57% and very high category of 25.71%.Overall, it can be concluded that this research has successfully revealed the effect of emotional intelligence on work productivity of employees in PT. BTPN Syariah Branch Area East Cirebon. Thus, the higher the emotional intelligence of an employee, the higher the work productivity. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Employee Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to examine empirical evidence on the role of sustainability report as an antecedent variable to earnings management, tthrough discretionary accruals and cost of equity that is performed on companies listed on the Exchange Indonesia Securities in 2013-2016.The sample in this study using non-financial companies with a total sample of 78 selected companies with purposive sampling as sampling technique. This study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) based on variance as a measuring instrument. The data obtained were analyzed by using is WarpPLS 5.0 application.Based on finding shows the importance of sustainability report role seen from each aspect in its influence to earnings management and cost of equity in company. Be concluded that sustainability report consisting of economics and social aspects have a positive effect on earnings management, while the environmental aspects negative affect on earnings management, earnings management have a negative effect on cost of equity and earnings management have a negative effect on cost of equity with the company size as a control variabel.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the Balance Scorecard (BSD) is used as a tool for making decisions about actions that must be taken for shortages and advancing performance in the hospital for 2011 - 2020. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in the performance of hospitals in Indonesia. The results of this study, namely the results of literature reviews on eight journals show that the application of the Balance Scorecard (BSC) improves hospital performance and the results of performance analysis with BSC in hospitals can also provide direction in determining policies and routine activities in each existing division. in the hospital. The conclusion of this study is the application of the Balance Scorecard to measure hospital performance and as a guide for making policies and work plans in the future. Previous research should also be enriched with the literature and with empirical evidence about the benefits of implementing a balanced scorecard in hospitals. It will also provide a reference for expanding BSC implementation in hospital administration.
