Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) terbit awal pada Pebruari 2015. BBM merupakan terbitan berkala ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi YPPI Rembang. Penerbitan BBM dimaksudkan sebagai media penuangan karya ilmiah baik berupa kajian ilmiah maupun hasil penelitian di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. BBM terbit dua kali dalam setahun, bulan Pebruari dan Agustus. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan ke BBM akan di telaah oleh Mitra Bestari yang sesuai bidangnya. Penulis akan menerima dua eksemplar cetak lepas (off print) setelah terbit. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit Artikel penelitian yang disampaikan ke jurnal online ini akan review sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) reviewer. Artikel penelitian yang diterima akan tersedia secara online mengikuti proses peer review jurnal. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Dengan berubah bentuk STIE YPPI Rembang menjadi Universitas YPPI Rembang, maka Pengelolaan Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) berada dibawah naungan Universitas YPPI Rembang.

Abstract

The role of a housewife who works in this study has the objective to improve theeconomy of the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution ofthe role of a housewife who works in general, are able to support their families,especially in Gunem village, subdistrict Gunem, Gunem district. The problem in thisresearch is how the role of housewives in in Gunem village, subdistrict Gunem, Gunemdistrict in helping the family economy, in the context of the daily needs of their families.The method used the qualitative description of the approach. In the process of datacollection through direct observation, interviews with respondents and analyze existingdata, both primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that women ingeneral, housewives in particular has a strong role, morale high despite low income.Housewives who work can fill critical sectors role in the household. Such as education,health, economic and social. With the workings of a housewife, automatically becomes adouble role, namely as a housewife and a female worker. That is where the role ofhousewife devoted to the family and the role of women who produce social interactioncommunication with parties outside the family. From the sociological aspect in this studythe role and work of the spirit of the housewife in her efforts to help the welfare of thefamily is very high.Keywords: housewife, a dual role, working.

Abstract

Islamic banking is a financial institution that has a function as an intermediary betweenpeople who have excess funds and people who lack funds. Sharia banking operational activities arebased on Islamic economic systems that do not contain elements of gharar, maysir and usury. Shariabanking activities are expected to be an alternative solution in overcoming the problem of povertybecause in Islamic banking there are financial instruments in the form of zakat funds obtained fromcustomers who carry out financing and savings activities. In Islamic economic systems reject themotive of speculation and greedy behavior towards property which is a character of intrinsic lust forhumans who tend to love wealth.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital as measured by the Capital AdequacyRatio (CAR) on Rentability (Earnings) as measured by Return On Assets (ROA) and Non PerformingFinancing (NPF) as moderating.Data sources are secondary data obtained from bank financial reports obtained fromwww.idx.co.id, and obtained from literature such as books, journals, and others related to research.The population is Islamic banks in Indonesia, totaling 12 banks. The method of determining thesample is saturated sampling with a population of less than 30 people. The sample that will be usedas a source of information in this study amounted to 12 banks. Data analysis methods used include (1)Test Descriptive Statistics. (2) Test of Multiple Regression Analysis. (3) Model Feasibility Test.From the results of testing the hypothesis, it can be concluded that Capital Adequacy Ratio has apositive effect on Return On Assets and with the Non Performing Financing (NPF) (moderatingvariable) will be able to strengthen the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return On Assets.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the absorption of labor in terms of competencyaspects and to determine the relevance of the world of education in terms of competence withthe world of work. This type of research is qualitative. The sampling of data sources was done bypurposive and snowball. Data collection techniques by using triangulation (combined). The dataanalysis is inductive or qualitative in nature and the research results emphasize meaning ratherthan generalization. Students opportunities in the world of work in terms of competence are verylow, this can be shown based on data on the increase in the number of the workforce which isnot accompanied by an increase in the labor force participation rate. It is hoped that theAcademics will open an entrepreneurship-based curriculum where every student is expected tohave the ability and potential to become an entrepreneurial spirit. The relevance of the world ofeducation in terms of competence with the world of work is still low even though public access tohigher education continues to increase. This is reflected in the low labor absorption of collegegraduates. The relevance of college graduates to the need for labor is an important factor inefforts to prevent unemployed graduates, in this case it is necessary to determine strategicpolicies and superior programs in order to realize quality higher education.

Abstract

In this era has begun many emerging businesses with small and medium scale managed by beginners who notabene they have no experience in business. With the sophistication of technology and also easy access through social media, facilitate the beginners of this business do business activities. New business is starting to bloom now is a hijab business. In social media, many hijab merchants offer various hijab models. Already emerging also beginners businessmen who produce their own hijab and make their own labels. They are usually the mothers who have sewing skills then they develop by designing their own hijab model that is the trend now, and try to produce and market it with their own label. Since such businesses are already emerging, newbies must have a mature business plan to avoid being run over by their competitors. Business Model Canvas should be developed for business planning as well as SWOT Analysis to design the improvement business. Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of industry type, size (company size), profitability, leverage and environmental performance on disclosure of carbon emissions in companies in Indonesia. The research population is all manufacturing companies and transportation services listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. The sample method uses purposive sampling and obtained eight companies that fit the criteria, so that 40 observations were obtained as research samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and broad measurement of carbon emission disclosures using a checklist based on the information request sheet provided by CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project).The results of the study show that environmental size and performance have a positive effect on the disclosure of carbon emissions in manufacturing companies and transportation services in Indonesia. While the type of company, profitability and leverage have no significant effect on the disclosure of carbon emissions in manufacturing companies and transportation services in Indonesia. With adjusted R2 0.369, it indicates that there are other factors outside the model that can affect the level of carbon emissions disclosure.

Abstract

The aim of the training center is to become part of the human resource development program through the initiation and execution of trainings for all employees which include the implementation of new employee orientation, fulfillment of JDQ Requirements, technology development, management development, compliance with regulations and customer requirements. Carrying out the assessment test function for prospective officials at the supervisor and manager level, Talent Management and coordinating the implementation of Pre-retirement Training for all employees.The materials in the Human Factor training are human factor overview, human error & violation, human abilities & limitations, memory & perception, management of stress & fatigue, communiaction, situational awareness, decision making, teamwork, error prevention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan menginap di hotel berbintang. Faktor yang dianalisis antara lain fasilitas dan word of mouth. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah tamu yang menginap di hotel. Teknik analisis data dengan model persamaan structural (SEM) modelling dengan AMOS seri 22. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap word of mouth dan keputusan menginap, begitupun juga word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menginap. Selain itu kedudukan word of mouth mampu mendorong seseorang untuk mempercepat dalam pengambilan keputusan menginap yang di pengaruhi oleh fasilitas.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of pricing, product and customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable (Indomaret Menoreh case study in Semarang). The sampling method used purposive sampling technique. Determination of the number of samples using the formula Slovin (Rao, 1991), which resulted in a sample of 74 respondents.The method of analysis in this study using the validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Results from this study is that there is a positive and significant effect on the price variable (X1) on consumer satisfaction (Z)., There is a positive and significant effect of the variable product (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Z), there is a positive and significant effect of the variable price (X1) on customer loyalty (Y), there is a positive and significant effect of the variable product (X2) on customer loyalty (Y), there is a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction variables (Z) on customer loyalty (Y).Keywords: Price, Product, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and leadership style,on the performance of Private Polytechnic lecturer in Palembang City. The population thatbecome the object of research are lecturer of Polytechnic of Anika, Polytechnic of Palcomtech,Polytechnic of Akamigas and Polytechnic of Darussalam with status of permanent lecturer,sampling technique is census (sample saturation) 96 people, processed data 72 primary data.This research was analyzed using data analysis with Structural Equation Modeling. Partially,motivation variable have positive effect on lecturer performance but not significant while jobsatisfaction have positive and significant influence to service quality whileleadership style has no effect to lecturer performance.Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Leadership, Performance and Polytechnic

Abstract

The study entitled the study of marketing performance optimization using a selling-in model (a case study at the 'Marning Josss' UKM outlet in Rembang Regency) aims to create a new selling-in model by taking into account the selling-in factors that are expected to improve the company's sales performance. The expected target in this research is to get a concrete picture of the marketing performance improvement strategy of Marning Josss UKM Outlets in Rembang Regency, which will be used as a reference for business improvement in developing UKM. The study population included all Marning Josss UKM Outlets in Rembang Regency. Determination of the sample in this study was carried out using a random sampling technique that was purposive in choosing Marning Joss UKM Outlets with established criteria, which were spread in Kaliori District, Rembang District, Lasem District, Sluke District, Kragan District, Sarang District, Sulang District, Sale District, Sedan District, Pamotan District, Pancur District, Gunem District, Bulu District and Sumber District. The respondents were managers or Outlet owners who sold Marning Josss UKM products. The analysis technique used in this study is a model of causality or influence and relationships. The analytical tool used in processing data to test the proposed hypothesis is to use the UKM (Structural Equation Model) which is operated through the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) program. The results showed that the selling-in performance could only have a direct effect on improving the marketing performance of the 'Marning JOSSS' UKM Outltet in Rembang district if there was an increase in customer relationships and good communication
