Abstract

Forms of education conducted by children correctional institution need to get a positive appreciation. However, evaluation should also be done consistently, so the correctional institution, as a place of education to prepare a human being ready to return to society, does not become a place to obtain new lesson to commit crimes. The purpose of this research is to find out education management; analyze problems and find out solutions and efforts to improve the implementation of coaching programs for children of correctional institution. The conclusion of this research is that Sukamiskin Children Correctional institution, Bandung, have done education through giving guidance to children of correctional facility to become better human beings, through both general and specific development programs through Open Junior High School (SMP) education. The problems found is the lack of feedback from correctional students in the learning process, the level of attendance of teachers, and the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure. The solution offered are: (1) giving motivation for students of correctional facility to follow the development program that is done, especially in education; (2) cooperation with various parties; (3) motivation and support for all teachers to maintain the quality of learning; and (4) maximizing available facilities and infrastructures. The recommendations given for correctional students are expected to have a high awareness to change themselves from negative traits and behaviors as well as following the existing development program while in correctional facility. Moreover, correctional facilities are expected to improve the form of education services both from the elements of infrastructure and in its development programs that are carried out effectively, creatively, and efficiently. In addition, the community is expected to refrain from giving a negative judgment to ex-convicts, especially children of correctional facility, because they have received education while in doing their time.

Abstract

Akhlak or moral education, which should be applied in the family, at school, and in the societies, is considered as the key success of education. However, most children are equipped with only cognitive religious knowledge without any formation of faith foundation. As a result, most children are good at knowledge and intelligence but poor behaviour. To avoid such condition, it is necessary to consider Islamic teachings as not only the objects of study and memorization, but as the values that should also be implemented. This ideal condition is intended to minimize the tendency that many adolescence orient to the material welfare and hedonism, which have made them have poor morals and spirituality. As a result, they do not have an Islamic personality, but an instant personality influenced by destructive content they watch from various media. To avoid a further destruction and to improve such condition, there should be a moral-based local content curriculum.

Abstract

This paper explores the fiscal policy of a country, as well as the policies that influence the economic growth of a country, since the course of government decision-making would be decided by fiscal policy and government expenditure. A research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach and thus a large literature is required to provide information to the government in order to ensure that the government can avoid delaying market prices. Community security can be accomplished when rates can be set by the government. In addition to fiscal policy that can preserve equilibrium, fiscal policy can have an effect on country's economic development and can establish social justice for all societies, followed by fiscal policy in a country through taxes and other responsibilities in Islam such as Zakat. Waqf, as philanthropy, may also help the government's efforts to raise government revenue and is sponsored by top management in the public financial sector, with the expectation that macro and micro businesses may develop in a country.

Abstract

In contradiction with the divine laws of charity imposed by Allah (SWT) on the whole universe, money in the social flow of consumerism runs from the poor consumers to the rich companies and banks. The increase of intensity of the natural disasters linked to global warming, could just be a louder global warning from Allah (SWT) through nature in order to urge us to obey the divine laws of charity and change our lifestyle from consumerism to charity-based societies. The recent coronavirus pandemic could also be another global warning from The Merciful (SWT) to force humanity to change the life style based on consumerism. In order to reduce consumerism and its consequences on human health and nature, some people are already adopting “minimalist” lifestyles. The most important benefits of this way of life are reducing waste to help the environment, decreasing global carbon dioxide emissions and saving money and time used for excess consumption for charity-based activities.

Furthermore, recording and documentation were also carried out to complement the research data. Data analysis activities in this study were carried out inductively. Inductive data analysis was performed to find inferences / final conclusions on the data collected little by little from the research location. In analyzing the research data, the researcher used a data analysis framework adapted from the interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman (1992), which consists of four stages, namely: (1) data collection stage, (2) data reduction, (3) ) data presentation, and (4) data verification and drawing final conclusions. Abstract

The objective of my research is to observe at the relationship between receivables, profit-sharing financing to total assets at BNI Syariah Bank from 2016-2020. Total assets in BNI Syariah frequently endure fluctuations in total assets each year, whether receivables and profit-sharing financing have a significant effect on variable Y (total assets). The method that researchers run is a quantitative method using the help of SPPS software, while the variables that influence are the dependent variable receivables and profit-sharing financing. The funding channelled by BNI Syariah is essentially the same as other Islamic banks in Indonesia. Because it still uses an agreement that has long practised in the Islamic banking system, such as the Murabaha contract for the provision of receivables, Mudharabah and Musyarakah contracts for profit sharing between customers and banks. The relationship between Receivables and Revenue Sharing Financing has a positive correlation between variables. This research can also provide some connection between Murabahah and Musharaka which are one of the main product sources of BNI Syariah bank. The originality of the research that the researcher makes is his own, it is not copied and that the researcher's research idea is new and can add new knowledge.
