Abstract

Abstract: The involvement of women vegetable traders in “poken Jonjong” to make a living for their family add their working hours. It happen because they earn a living in one side, and they are also expected to play a role as a housewife in other side, which is in charge of doing the whole job domestically. Time usage patterns and activities for domestic affairs, employment, social activities and the utilization of spare time, are set in such a way. They manage the time as best as possible and adapt to the environmental component of family, work and community environment with the intention that the family welfare objectives can be achieved. The women vegetable traders in Poken Jonjong, generally decide to contribute for a living (double play) because of economic factors. The traders contributes substantially to the increase in family income. This can be seen from the fulfillment of daily needs in the household, the children can study though only at the level of Senior High School and there are of the traders that can save their money. Abstract

Abstract: equality and gender justice is a global issue. Along with the awareness of human rights, human beings begin to question and criticize the cultures already established that they perceive as unfair behavior constructor (bias) gender. From this point, then there are many organizations that provoke equality and gender justice. In this paper, the organization is called gender organizations. Gender organizations is a noble mission, to speak out gender equality and justice, but in practice, they experience a harsh challenge. Abstract

Abstract: In the classical fiqh literature, there are many writings that show discrimination against women, one of whom is a discussion of marriage or fiqh an-nika> h}. Many things are considered unfair to women. That is the reason why it is necessary to do the reconstruction of the fiqh an-nika> h} by reading and maping the relationships of inequality of men and women seen from a gender perspective. Some of the concepts that need to reconstruction is the first, the definition of marriage, changed to be more progressive and remove the impression of women as sexual objects. Second, the rights of women in fiqh al-muna>kahat, which include: custody, the right of testimony, the right to choose a marriage partner, right to the dowry, right to food, clothing, and shelter (living) and the right of mu'a> Syarah bi al-ma'ru> f in sexual relations. Related to the concept of polygamy, an-Nisa> ' article 3 can not be understood as a form of polygamy suggestion, that surah merely provides permissibility information of polygamy under certain conditions and with the proviso that no lightweight. In the concept of divorce, divorce should be done with justice and democratic principles, and should be done before the court. Related to the concept of 'iddah and ih {da> d, so 'iddah should be interpreted as a form of worship that can not be rationalized (ghairu ma'qul), so 'iddah remain relevant in fi kulli zaman. While ih {da> d must be done in a more humane without having to lower the dignity of women. While the concept of nusyu> z, article about nusyu> z can not be read partially, the verse must be paired with other verses that speak about the order to be fair and mu'a> bi Syarah bi al-ma'ru> f. Abstract

Abstract: Gender issue in pesantren (or Islamic Boarding School) is a part of larger gender problem in Indonesia, either in education and in religion. The main indicator of this problem is vivid gap between males and females. This issue is actually not a new thing for there are a bunch of Indonesian novels serve it. Those novels touching pesantren in the theme usually put the women as a powerless, subordinated, inferior, marginalized person. However, the novel Perempuan Berkalung Sorban(PBS) tries to empower women. In the novel, the woman is portrayed as brilliant, brave, and also critical toward the pesantren hegemony such as: the power relation between santri (students) and kiai (teachers), the understanding on classical books (kitab kuning), social relation between men and women in pesantren ciircumstances, and many more. Abstract

Abstract: The abandonment of the historical context of the text in the interpretation of the text, make the text meaning is partial or distorted. For example, in Islamic jurisprudence, particularly those associated with the issue of marriage, there is a concept dzihar, namely equating wife with his mother’s (back). When someone does something like this, then in the study of Islamic law, divorce may fall against his wife. Almost all the products of Islamic law claim this. The question then is why equating wife with her husband's mother's back is to drop the divorce? It is certain that the equation wife with her back is a problem that is not simple, because divorce is a critical issue. And this can only be seen by looking at how the Arab culture to talk about these issues. In a patriarchal Arab society, marriage following the model of ownership (tamalluk). This can be seen from the term used to refer to her husband with Ba'al (Lord, master, master, owner) and his wife with mab'ul (servants, slaves, controlled, owned). This ownership model can be seen in the implementation of various forms of marriage in pre-Islamic society. There are several forms of marriage in the community, such as marriage Safah, al-rahti marriage, marital al-mukti, ordinary marriage, marriage istibda ', mut'ah marriage, and polygamous marriages. All forms of marriage above are in terms of a model of ownership (tamalluk). Although the marriage is considered Safah models provide the freedom of women to have sex with several men and determine who will be the father of her unborn child, but the marriage was in a patriarchal culture base, so when he had entered into the marriage, then the position will remain the mab'ul and the husband's property. With the ownership model, women are in a subordinate position and must have the submission and total devotion to her husband. Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang sudut pandang perempuan, yaitu pedagang perempuan tentang relasi gender. Perempuan yang berprofesi sebagai pedagang hakekatnya adalah perempuan yang berkiprah di sektor publik karena mereka adalah pencari nafkah dan beberapa diantaranya menghabisnya banyak waktu di luar rumah. Pada umumnya, struktur keluarga dalam masyarakat patriarkis menempatkan perempuan pada wilayah domestik (domestic sphere), yaitu menempatkan perempuan dengan fungsi manak (having children), masak (cooking), macak (berdandan). Abstract

Abstract: The study of Padang Bulan novel and Love in Glass aims to describe the study of feminist perspectives that build the story in the novel Padang Bulan and Cinta Dalam Dalam Gelas. Describe the gender contained in the novel Padang Bulan and Cinta Dalam In Gelas. This research was conducted on the category of novel Padang Bulan and Love in a Glass by Andrea Hirata and then made a research corpus.The results of content analysis in Padang Bulan novels and Love in Glass, show that gender inequality is a social form found in the realities of community life. Injustice to women raises feminist awareness, to change the condition of women’s slumps in the sphere of adat and society. Novel Padang Bulan and Cinta in Glass fulfill the feasibility to be used as teaching materials in sekolaah-sekolah. the results of this study find the educational values that are generally found in literary works, especially types of prose.Based on the result of feminist perspective study and gender analysis, the researcher recommends novel Padang Bulan and Cinta in Glass fulfilling the feasibility to be used as study material and reference for educator. The other consideration is that the novel is very thick with the values of education in accordance with the spirit of the struggle.Keywords: feminist perspective, gender analysis Abstrak: Penelitian terhadap novel Padang Bulan dan Cinta di Dalam Gelas bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kajian perspektif feminis yang membangun cerita dalam novel Padang Bulan dan Cinta di Dalam Gelas. Mendeskripsika gender yang terkandung dalam novel Padang Bulan dan Cinta di Dalam Gelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kategori novel Padang Bulan dan Cinta di Dalam Gelas karya Andrea Hirata kemudian dijadikan korpus penelitian. Hasil analisi isi (content analysis) dalam novel Padang Bulan dan Cinta di Dalam Gelas, menunjukkan bahwa ketidaksetaraan gender merupakan bentuk sosial yang terdapat dalam realita kehidupan masyarakat. Ketidakadilan terhadap perempuan memunculkan kesadaran feminis, untuk mengubah kondisi keterpurukan perempuan dalam lingkup adat dan masyarakat. Novel Padang Bulan dan Cinta di Dalam Gelas memenuhi kelayakan untuk dijadikan bahan ajar di sekolaah-sekolah . hasil penelitian ini menemukan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang pada umumnya terdapat dalam karya sastra terutama jenis prosa.Berdasarkan hasil kajian perspektif feminis dan analisis gender, peneliti merekomendasikan novel Padang Bulan dan Cinta di Dalam Gelas memenuhi kelayakan untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan kajian dan referensi bagi pendidik. Adapun pertimbangan lainnya adalah bahwa novel tersebut sangat kental dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang sesuai dengan semangat perjuangan. Kata kunci: perspektif feminis, analisis gender

Abstract

Abstract: Paternity leave is part of the parental leave program. Paternity leave is a leave policy given to male workers by many reason, when childbirth or adopting a child. Paternity leave is essential for reconciling work and family life for men. In fact, paternity leave is still a debate in various countries. According to data from the World Labor Organization (ILO), in 2013 there have been 79 countries that set policy on paternity leave officially. The policies of these countries vary in terms of length of paid leave and salary payments. The paternity leave range varies from one day up to 90 days. In general, developed countries have paternity leave provisions better than others. As for salary payments, most countries set full wage payments, but others without payments. During paternity leave, fathers can interact with their children directly and build bounding attachments. Bounding attachment involves the process of enhancing the affectionate and inner attachments between parents and infants. Some things that can build bounding attachment between father and child is through the giving of touch and play together.Keyword: paternity leave, bonding attachment Abstrak: Paternity leave merupakan salah satu bagian dari program parental leave. Paternity leave adalah kebijakan cuti yang diberikan kepada pekerja laki-laki dengan alasan istri melahirkan atau pun karena mangadopsi anak. Paternity leave sangat penting untuk merekonsiliasi kehidupan kerja dan keluarga bagi pekerja laki-laki. Dalam praktiknya, paternity leave masih menjadi perdebatan di berbagai negara. Menurut data organisasi buruh dunia (ILO), pada tahun 2013 sudah ada 79 negara yang menetapkan kebijakan mengenai paternity leave secara resmi. Kebijakan negara-negara tersebut bervariasi dalam hal lama cuti yang diberikan dan pembayaran gaji/upah. Rentang waktu paternity leave bervariasi dari mulai satu hari sampai 90 hari. Secara umum negara maju mempunyai ketentuan paternity leave lebih baik daripada yang lainnya. Adapun mengenai pembayaran gaji atau upah, sebagian besar negaranegara menetapkan pembayaran upah penuh, namun ada pula yang tanpa pembayaran. Selama masa paternity leave, ayah dapat berinteraksi lebih dini dengan anak-anak mereka secara langsung dan membangun bounding attachment. Bounding attachment meliputi proses peningkatan hubungan kasih sayang dan keterikatan batin antara orang tua dan bayi. Beberapa hal yang dapat membentuk bounding attachment antara ayah dan anak adalah melalui pemberian sentuhan dan bermain bersama.Kata kunci: paternity leave, bounding attachment

Abstract

Abstract: Education is a very important thing for children or adults. Education becomes one of the capital for a person to be successful and able to achieve success in his life. Especially Early Childhood Education (PAUD) has developed rapidly. PAUD service is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth up to the age of six that is done through the provision of educational stimulus to assist growth and physical and spiritual development so that children have readiness in entering further education. Therefore, early childhood with their respective potential needs to be given a friendly learning and appreciate every potential of their intelligence. The purpose of this study is to improve the activity and creativity of early childhood education based on multiple intelligences and provide knowledge about the application of learning based on multiple intelligences. This research uses qualitative method of descriptive type. The results of this study indicate that the application of early childhood learning based on multiple intelligences requires educators must have the power of creativity by using various teaching methods that vary.Key words :learning, multiple intelligences, early childhood Abstrak:Pendidikan adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk diperoleh anak-anak ataupun orang dewasa. Pendidikan menjadi salah satu modal bagi seseorang agar dapat berhasil dan mampu meraih kesuksesan dalam hidupnya. Khususnya Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) mengalami perkembangan yang pesat. Layanan PAUD merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan yang ditujukan kepada anak sejak lahir sampai dengan usia enam tahun yang dilakukan melalui pemberian rangsangan pendidikan untuk membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani dan rohani agar anak memiliki kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, anak usia dini dengan potensinya masing-masing perlu diberikan adanya pembelajaran yang ramah dan menghargai setiap potensi kecerdasan yang mereka miliki.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan kreativitas pembelajaran PAUD berbasis kecerdasan majemuk anak dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang penerapan pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan majemuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran anak usia dini berbasis kecerdasan majemuk menuntut pendidik harus memiliki daya kreativitas dengan menggunakan berbagai metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Abstract

Abstract: Edutainment is a way to present the fun learning for the students so that they can get the best results because of the physical and spiritual balance. Edutainment views that playing for children is an educational process because there is a value that can be used as an effective medium to actualize the desire and capability of children, so that the process is not a mere educational investment, but further in order to develop the children’s personality for the better ones. Edutainment tries to present a mix of learning and plays concepts so that the children can have a flexibility, comfortability, and full of spirit and happy when joining the learning process. There are many methods in Edutainment application in learning Arabic for Kids such as learning with various games, songs, and multimedia usage.Kata Kunci: Edutainment, Bahasa Arab, Permainan Bahasa Abstrak: Edutainment adalah salah satu usaha dalam rangka menyajikan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan untuk para siswa agar mereka bisa mendapatkan hasil terbaik karena adanya keseimbangan antara jasmani dan rohani. Edutainment memandang bahwa aktivitas bermain bagi anak-anak merupakan proses pendidikan dan pengajaran karena ketika anak bermain ada sebuah nilai yang bisa dijadikan sebagai media yang efektif untuk mengaktualisasikan keinginan dan kapabilitas anak, sehingga proses itu tidak hanya berupa penanaman pendidikan semata, tapi lebih jauh dalam rangka mengembangkan kepribadian anak menjadi lebih baik lagi. Edutainment mencoba menyajikan perpaduan konsep belajar dan bermain sehingga anak bisa merasa luwes, nyaman, penuh semangat dan senang ketika mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Ada banyak cara yang bisa diterapkan dalam Metode Edutainment dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arabuntuk anak, diantaranya pembelajaran dengan berbagai macam permainan, nyanyian dan penggunan multimedia.Key Word: Eduitanment, Arabic, Language Games
