Abstract

The percentage of poverty in North Sumatra Province in 2021 will reach 9.01%. The data used are poverty percentage data in North Sumatra for 2021, Gini ratio, Covid-19 pandemic, poverty depth index, education and unemployment rate are considered to contribute to the percentage of poverty in North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this research is to determine the variables that have a significant effect on the Percentage of Poverty in North Sumatra in 2021. The method used is Ordinal Least Square. The results of this study show that the Poverty Percentage model in North Sumatra in 2021 uses a robust M-estimation regression which is 4.432790; 0.07230 and 0.007035. Partially, the regression coefficient shows that the poverty depth index has a significant effect on the percentage of poverty with a probability of 9.087. Simultaneously, the Gini ratio, the Covid-19 pandemic, the poverty depth index, education and unemployment affect the percentage of poverty with a probability of 64,602.

Abstract

The Toba Regency Government focuses on developing the tourism sector, because the natural resources in Toba Regency have great potential. The purpose of this research is to determine the shortest route to an effective tourist spot and the time it takes to cover that distance. The method used to determine the shortest route is the Dijkstra and Floyd - Warshall Algorithms. Dijkstra's algorithm aims to choose the best solution from each set of solutions, while the Floyd-Warshall algorithm compares all possible paths on the graph for each vertex. Based on the research results, the shortest route for 24 tourist attractions in Toba produces the same route using both algorithms and a weighted graph is obtained.

In the development of a tourist spot it is necessary to pay attention to the level of tourist satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction and the factors that influence the level of satisfaction in WAS. The method used to measure it is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to test whether the model built has a relationship with the factors formed. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of WAS tourists was 69.132% or at the level of quite satisfied and the factors that influence the level of satisfaction were service factors, image of tourist attractions, clear information, responsiveness, comfort, facilities, problem and cost handling, natural resources and unique tourist spots.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of patient satisfaction with the quality of pharmaceutical services in the pharmaceutical installation at the Batam City Regional General Hospital. This study uses 5 dimensions of quality (servqual) namely the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. This research is included in the non-experimental type and cross-sectional approach using simple random sampling method. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by comparing the perceived value and expectation value and then connected with the range value to get the patient satisfaction level. The results of the study showed that the level of patient satisfaction had a significant effect on the quality of pharmaceutical services (p<0.05). The highest level of patient satisfaction was found on the tangible dimension of 0.94, and the lowest patient satisfaction was found on the responsiveness dimension of 0.83. This can be interpreted that the level of patient satisfaction is high with pharmaceutical services at the Pharmacy Installation of the Batam City Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

CVA occurs when there is a disturbance in blood circulation in the brain. Hemiparalysis is complicated by CVA, which causes impaired physical mobility. ROM exercises can maintain and improve joint mobility. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of ROM intervention in patients with impaired physical mobility CVA Infarc. The case study research design. Participants in the first attack, CVA, were admitted to a government hospital in Malang. ROM implementation was given for four days and carried out 2x/a day for 15 minutes. After doing ROM exercises the patient's initial muscle strength score was 2 to 3. Patients were independent in fulfilling ADL. ROM exercises given immediately while in the hospital can increase muscle strength. Besides that, supporting families, dan emotional patients help maximize the result.

Abstract

Fish is a food source that contains nutrients such as protein which is very good for public consumption, but fish quickly experience a process of decay. To prevent this, a preservation process is carried out, for example by the smoking method. The purpose of this study was to determine the Total Plate Count (TPC) of smoked baung fish sold in Tenggarong District according to the standards set by SNI 2725: 2013, which cannot be > 5 x 104 CFU/g. This type of research is descriptive. The research sample is 5 smoked baung fish sold by traders in Tenggarong District and the sampling technique is total sampling. All samples were examined in duplicate. The analysis technique of this research is univariate. The results of the study of 5 samples of smoked baung fish, obtained an average TPC value of 2.4 × 104 in all samples, which means they still meet the SNI requirements.
