Abstract

Construction project must have quality control to guatantee safety worker. However, even though technical specifications have been prepared, deviations in quality during construction project implementation always occur, so the great of the building does now not comply with the satisfactory requirements which have been set and reasons the low quality of human resources in the construction global. This research began with data collection through the process decision program chart method and questionnaire method, distributed to project warehouse PT Santos Jaya Abadi. The collected data questionnaires were analyzed using Process Decision Program Chart Method dan Microsoft Excel. The analysis quality control and analysis risk show that quality control effective and implemented in project contruction. The result of structure work such as beam and column have the same percentage of 76%, floor plate has a percentage of 72%. While on structure work beam has risk level value 7.49, column with a value of 7.42, floor plate with a value of 6.43. , floor plate structure work with a value of 6.43.

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a disease characterized by an autoimmune chronic inflammatory disorder or autoimmune response that causes weakening of the joints and lining of the synovial organs, especially in the hands, feet, and knees. This study aims to determine the implementation of nursing care with active and passive motion exercises for impaired physical mobility in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the work area at Taba Health Center, Lubuklinggau City, in 2022. The method used is descriptive in the form of a case study with two clients experiencing rheumatoid disease as subjects. arthritis with impaired physical mobility problems that experience joint stiffness. The results showed that after being given active and passive motion training therapy, muscle strength increased. Implementation of nursing care with active and passive motion exercises can increase muscle strength in clients with rheumatoid arthritis. Because this motion exercise does not require costs and each movement can be done independently at home.

Abstract

The study examined the relationship between anisometropia degree, binocular vision depth perception, and amblyopia in school-aged children. The research utilized a descriptive quantitative design at Dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya from November 2021 to January 2023. The findings indicated a correlation between anisometropia degree and binocular vision depth perception. As the refraction difference increased, the ability to perceive objects with three-dimensional vision diminished. However, no definitive correlation was found between anisometropia degree and amblyopia. To further explore these relationships, future research could involve a broader population, consider additional factors, employ more in-depth study designs, and expand the duration of the study. A more comprehensive understanding of anisometropia, binocular vision depth perception, and amblyopia in children can be attained by addressing these recommendations.

Abstract

The success rate of tuberculosis treatment in East Kalimantan Province is still below the national target. This study aims to analyze the effect of counseling training on the skills of cadres in providing information on tuberculosis treatment at the Dempar Health Center. The research design was a quasi experiment without a control group. The training intervention was tuberculosis treatment counseling, cadre skills were measured before and after the intervention. Samples were taken as a total population of 40 respondents. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test to determine the difference in the average pre and post intervention scores. The results showed that there was an increase in the ability of cadres to provide TB treatment counseling after being given training, p-value = 0.000 (< α = 0.05). The author concludes the need for counseling training for cadres to be able to provide information on tuberculosis treatment.

Abstract

The high number of PTM problems in Indonesia requires adequate and comprehensive control through health promotion, early detection, and appropriate and accurate information. This study uses the Correlation Study research method, which is research that aims to reveal the correlation relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of statistical tests with Fisher's exact obtained p value = 0.02% (p <α = 0.05). This shows that there is a significant relationship between age and the activity of the elderly in participating in Posbindu activities. Test results with Fisher's exact results obtained p value = 0.02% (p <α = 0.05). This shows that there is a significant relationship between education and the activeness of the elderly in participating in Posbindu activities.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept that connects physical devices to an Internet network, enabling data exchange and remote control. In this study, an LED control system was developed using the Arduino Wemos D1 R1, which is based on communication via a web server using IoT. This system uses a web server as a user interface to remotely control the LEDs. Users can access the web server via internet-connected devices, such as smartphones or laptops. They can set the LED status (on or off) by clicking the button provided on the web server interface. This research can be used as a basis for developing other device control systems using the Arduino Wemos D1 R1 and the IoT concept. In further development, this system can be improved by adding sensors or other additional features for more complex applications.

Abstract

Unsmooth milk production is one of the factors causing failure in exclusive breastfeeding. Performing breast care can increase milk production in post-partum mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of breast care in post-partum mothers on the frequency of breastfeeding babies on days 3 to 16 post-partum. This type of research uses the Analytical Descriptive method which serves to provide an overview of an object under study through data or samples collected without conducting analysis and making conclusions that apply to the public. The sample in this study were 12 mothers who breastfed their babies by doing breast care. Data analysis used in this research is univariate analysis. The results showed that 10 respondents had good milk production and 2 respondents had bad milk production after breast care. Poor milk production is caused by the mother's lack of knowledge and experience about breast care and how to breastfeed the baby properly. The conclusion from this study is that breast care is effective in increasing milk production because it is able to stimulate the milk glands in the breast so that milk production is more abundant and smooth by keeping the breasts clean and well cared for (nipples) because when breastfeeding the mother's breasts direct contact with the baby's mouth. It is hoped that the family will add more insight and knowledge about the benefits of breast care for milk production in post-partum mothers.
