Abstract

The handicraft business has bright prospects because handicraft products have an important role in supporting economic development in Indonesia. The existence of a handicraft activity program is one of the solutions to reduce vibrations in the countryside, increase people's income, increase the quality of human resources, and can create new jobs by maximizing the capabilities found in the rural environment. Galeri Putri Eceng is a home-based business in the Klari sub-district and is engaged in handicrafts. Galeri Putri Eceng is a business that makes products such as bags, tissue containers, chairs, tables, delivery containers (Javanese: peningset) for engagements or weddings, as well as various souvenirs made from water hyacinth. The purpose of observing this industrial visit is to find out the benefits of employee training at the Putri Waterceng Gallery. The method used in the results of this visit is a descriptive observation method. The subject of this concern is the employee at Galeri Putri Eceng. The benefit of employee training is to obtain customer satisfaction and product quality. This shows that job training is very important for workers so that they can better master the work they are carrying out and as an effort to prepare workers to face work tasks that are considered not yet mastered and as an effort to improve employee performance.

Abstract

One of the businesses that processes snacks is Kerupuk Abadi Jaya which is located at Jl. Ir. Jatirasa, Kec, Haji Juanda Gang Makmur No. 25 Karawang, Cikampek, West Java Due to a lack of understanding of calculations, these UMKM have not been able to calculate the Cost of Production. As a result, various attempts were made to overcome this problem. In this study, we will use Microsoft Word software to calculate the Cost of Production using digital recording forms using the Software. Of course, using this software will make it easier to report production costs and calculate production costs. The recording includes the costs of Kerupuk Abadi Jaya production, such as raw material costs, factory overhead costs, and labor. We estimate that business actors will find out how much it costs to produce Kerupuk Abadi Jaya, from raw materials to finished goods, by calculating the Cost of Production. so that UMKM can develop into advanced and long-lasting businesses in the future

Abstract

Tempe Soleh is a food company engaged in the processing of heavy food which is located at Jl. Kp. West Sukaseuri No. 74, Kota Baru, Kec. Kota Baru, Karawang, West Java. These MSMEs have not been able to produce Production Employee Performance due to a lack of knowledge in Employee Performance. Therefore, efforts to overcome these problems in this study will drain a good load and most employees are disciplined at work, but the performance of these employees is still below standard. The factory industry provides employees with sufficient wages and benefits, but their performance is still far from expectations and unable to fulfill orders. The work environment has been designed to make employees feel comfortable, but their performance is also subpar. (1) Does work discipline affect the performance of employees in the Tempe Bapa soleh craftsman home industry? Thus the formulation of the case study. 2) What is the effect of wages on the exhibition of MSME workers in the Tempe Bapa soleh processing factory. Abstract

Banana kebab is a type of food made from bananas wrapped in flour batter and fried until crispy. Banana kebabs are generally served with a choice of toppings such as nuts, cheese, sweetened condensed milk, or chocolate. This study aims to analyze and implement steps that are effective in improving the quality of management of the dizzy banana kebab business, with a focus on improving work performance and the planning of human resources (HR). Through qualitative and quantitative research approaches, data was collected from several sources, including direct observation, interviews, and document reviews. The results of the study show that improving HR planning is a key factor in optimizing business management. Manpower needs analysis, recruitment, training, and employee development need to be implemented. In addition, evaluation and improvement of the operational management system is also necessary to improve work performance.

The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive and observational methods. Abstract

Drug abuse is a concern because of the various impacts, one of the negative effects psychologically including tension/anxiety, upset and depressed, loss of self-control and unstable emotional state. Risk Violent behavior is a form of angry response that is expressed by making threats, injuring other people and or destroying the environment. Indonesia's national data for 2020, the risk of violent behavior is around 0.8% or 10,000 people. One of the treatments for the risk of violent behavior can be done with verbal de-escalation techniques. Methods: The design used in this study was pre-experimental with a one group pretest posttest design approach. Total population and sample of 27 respondents (1 treatment group) using total sampling technique. In this design, the treatment group was given verbal de-escalation techniques. The treatment group was given an examination before (pre-test) and after (post-test) verbal de-escalation therapy using the PANSS-EC Rating Scale to assess the patient's angry response at the Mitra Mulia Foundation, Banyuasin Regency. Results: Implementation of verbal de-escalation techniques has an effect on reducing angry responses in clients at risk of violent behavior. Conclusion: Actions that can be taken on clients at risk of violent behavior can be in the form of verbal de-escalation techniques.

Abstract

The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) program is the result of an agreement between nations in the United Nations (United Nations) which is very important to save nature. This study aims to discuss in more depth the implementation of the SDGs program in the wastewater treatment of the pasteurized milk industry. The type of research used is field research supported by a study of literature with a qualitative approach. The main data collection technique in this study was through field visits, observations, interviews, and documentation supported by searching for materials in the form of articles, journals, scientific papers, theses, final assignments, or books related to case studies to draw conclusions and develop theoretical aspects. and aspects of practical benefits. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in the processing of wastewater from the pasteurized milk industry can be in the form of reducing pollution of the proportion of liquid waste and minimizing the release of hazardous materials or materials by recycling significant liquid waste and reusing the recycled liquid waste as a whole and safe and global.

Abstract

The aging process causes decreased function of various body systems that are vulnerable to the side effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs. The accessibility of health facilities is also a determinant of the success of the treatment of tuberculosis patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between drug side effects and accessibility of health facilities with non-adherence to treatment in elderly patients at the Tanjung Selor Health Center. This type of research was descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional approach. Samples were taken from all tuberculosis elderly who were being treated for as many as 30 respondents. The results of the chi square analysis of the relationship between accessibility of health services and non-compliance obtained p-value = 0.026, and drug side effects with non-adherence p-value= 0.016, (<α=0.005). The authors conclude that there is a significant relationship between the accessibility of health facilities and drug side effects with non-adherence of the elderly in the treatment of tuberculosis.

Abstract

KPPU has prepared guidelines for selling at a loss or predatory pricing based on Law no. 5/1999, which has the potential to cause monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive data analysis, through documentation techniques and literature studies. In 2018, several online stores alleged predatory pricing, including Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee and Lazada. Not all flash sales are included in this practice. Flash sale is a marketing strategy with big discounts for a limited time. The public is advised to be more careful in choosing and comparing prices and product quality from various stores. The same pictures and descriptions do not guarantee the same product. The industry must be aware of predatory pricing that endangers the business, but does not ignore competitors in the digital business space.

The company has been established since August 8, 2000, founded in Medan by Mr. Iskandar Zulkarnain, SE, AMP who has experience in the fields of Domestic, International Cargo and Courier Companies, the purpose of this research is to find out the History of Establishment and Procedures of Pt Sinergi Express. The research method used is Field Search research.
