Abstract

There is a change in consumer behavior from the pandemic to the pandemic transition that affects the brand equity sport event Sriwijaya Ranau Gran Fondo 2022, thus making researchers analyze the extent to which the relationship between brand image factors includes brand congruence, brand trust, brand commitment, to word of mouth which has implications for brand equity sport event can affect the behavior of consumers or participants. Using a quantitative research method with a descriptive and survey research design using a sample of 353 respondents from the participants present, then analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of brand congruence on brand trust, there was a positive relationship between brand congruence and brand commitment, a positive direct effect of brand trust on brand commitment, there was no significant relationship between brand trust and word of mouth, there was an influence between brand commitment on word of mouth, and there is a significant strong relationship between word of mouth and brand equity. Thus it has implications for sport event organizers to continue to increase the satisfaction and comfort of consumers or attendees, as well as correcting deficiencies in values that do not meet the needs of consumers or participants in order to develop a very good sports event brand image.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu pilar dan memiliki peran yang signifikan bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Walaupun demikian terdapat banyak permasalahan dalam UMKM di Indonesia salah satunya adalah mengenai strategi pemasaran suatu produk dalam upaya meningkatkan laba dan penjualan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar produsen mampu menjawab mengenai strategi pemasaran yang harus dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha agar dapat meningkatkan laba dan penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam pada key informan. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah strategi pemasaran yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan penjualan sehingga laba yang dihasilkan dapat maximal adalah dengan menetapkan strategi harga dan menggunakan strategi pemasaran online.

Abstract

Tekanan darah menjadi penentu seberapa kuat jantung untuk memompa darah ke seluruh tubuh. Tekanan darah yang normal berarti menunjukkan tidak ada beban kerja jantung, sehingga kerja jantung baik. Kerja jantung yang tidak baik akan menyebabkan munculnya gangguan pada tekanan darah. Gangguan pada tekanan darah dapat diatasi dengan terapi farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Senam jantung sehat merupakan terapi non farmakologi yang dapat membantu mengoptimalkan kerja pada jantung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam jantung sehat pada masyarakat di Rambung Merah tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel 34 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa SOP dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tekanan darah masyarakat Rambung Merah sebelum melakukan senam jantung sehat sebagian besar masuk pada kategori hipertensi sebanyak 16 orang (47.1%), kategori tekanan darah prahipertensi sebanyak 12 orang (35.3%) dan tekanan darah normal sebanyak 6 orang (17.6%). Dan dari hasil penelitian diperoleh tekanan darah masyarakat Rambung Merah sesudah melakukan senam jantung sehat sebagian besar masuk kategori tekanan darah normal sebanyak 18 orang (52.9%), kategori hiprtensi sebanyak 12 orang (35.3%) dan kategori prahipertensi sebanyak 4 orang (11.8%) Diharapkan bahwa kegiatan senam jantung sehat pada masyarakat di Rambung Merah dapat dijadikan sebagai kegiatan rutinitas di Puskesmas.

Abstract

Personal Hygiene is human self-care in maintaining their health to improve quality, health and safety. Due to health problems, it is possible that one or more of the patient's basic needs will be disturbed. This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of personal hygiene by nurses with the satisfaction level of immobilized patients in the surgical medical room at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan 2022. This type of research used a cross sectional design. The sampling technique in this study use purposive sampling involving 33 respondents. The instrument used is a personal hygiene questionnaire and a patient satisfaction questionnaire for immobilization. The results show that the implementation of personal hygiene category nurses carried out as much as 84.8% and patient satisfaction category satisfied as much as 75.8%. The results of the statistical test of the chi square test obtain a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05) so it can be found that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of personal hygiene and the level of satisfaction of immobilized patients in the medical room of Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan 2022. maintain the practice of personal hygiene in immobilized patients.

Abstract

Potensi sektor percetakan di Indonesia terbilang sangat besar, apalagi di wilayah Tulungagung yang merintis usaha percetakan. Percetakan termasuk usaha yang bisa masuk ke semua kalangan masyarakat dan instansi, karena percetakan tidak memerlukan biaya yang besar untuk awal memulai usaha, dan biaya yang dikeluarkan juga terbilang terjangkau. Namun persaingan bisnis di percetakan sangatlah ketat, mungkin karena faktor modal yang cukup terjangkau dan supply bahan baku mudah didapat serta distribusi channel juga banyak. Salah satunya usaha industri kecil UD Percetakan Hilmi Putra Tulungagung. Menjamurnya usaha ini di Tulungagung membuat UD Percetakan Hilmi Putra Tulungagung harus memiliki strategi untuk memenangkan persaingan usaha. Untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang tepat dilakukan, dalam penelitian ini mengkaji tentang formulasi strategi persaingan usaha industri kecil melalui BMC. Untuk mengembangkan usaha UD Percetakan Hilmi Putra Tulungagung perlu memperbaiki strategi usaha dengan tujuan meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan. Upaya peningkatan strategi usaha dilakukan dengan menganalisis sembilan elemen kunci Bisnis Model Canvas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang berbentuk studi kasus. Model analisis data menggunakan model analisis spradley dengan tahapan analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, analisis komponensial dan analisis tema. Menciptakan nilai tambah Percetakan Hilmi Putra menciptakan nilai tambah dengan menawarkan produk dan layanan yang unik dan berkualitas tinggi. Mereka menggunakan teknologi terbaru untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas tinggi dan menawarkan layanan yang responsif dan ramah.

Abstract

Family resilience is important for every family to have, especially in an atmosphere of the Covid-19 pandemic. The main task of the family is to meet the physical, spiritual and social needs of all its members. The aim of the research is to find out the relationship between social support and family resilience during a pandemic. The data collection technique used in this study was to distribute questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents and by using a random sampling technique. The subjects who were the respondents of this study were the people in RT 5 RW 8 Salatiga Village, Sidorejo District, Salatiga City. Based on the results of the correlation test about the relationship between social support and family resilience that has been carried out, the results of the correlation between these variables produce a positive value. This shows that the relationship between social support and family resilience is positive. It can be seen from instrumental support 0.002 (p<0.05), self-esteem support 0.038 (p<0.05), belonging support 0.004 (p<0.05), while informational support has a significance value of 0.051 (p>0, 05), which means the results of the correlation value if there is a significant positive relationship to the form of social support, namely instrumental support, self-esteem support, and belonging support. Therefore, the social support that these residents have, the higher the family resilience experienced, and conversely, if the social support experienced by these residents is lower, the resilience of the family will be lower in residents of RT 5 RW 8, Salatiga District, Sidorejo Village, Kota Salatiga.

Abstract

Puasa merupakan salah satu bagian dari pra operasi, puasa sebelum operasi mencegah terjadinya aspirasi. Pengetahuan puasa pra operasi didefinisikan sebagai periode tidak diperbolehkan menerima asupan cairan maupun padat peroral dalam jangka waktu tertentu sebelum prosedur pembedahan. Tujuan: untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Tentang Puasa Pra Operasi Pada Pasien Di RSUD. H. Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Kabupaten Takalar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode: menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien operasi dengan regional anastesi dan general anastesi dengan tehnik sampling accidental sampling yaitu sebanyak 47 responden. Data yang di ambil dengan melakukan pemberian kuesioner. Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 47 orang yang memiliki pengetahuan baik sebanyak 40 (85.1%) dan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 7(14.9%). Kesimpulan: Masih terdapat beberapa responden yang pengetahuannya kurang tentang puasa pra operasi, oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi motivasi dan dorongan untuk memberikan informasi dan penjelasan tentang puasa pada pasien pre operasi.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have proven to be an important pillar in contributing to the Indonesian economy, by being able to contribute to GDP growth of 61.07%. With the increasingly massive growth of SMEs, the right strategy is needed so that SMEs have superior power to compete in the domestic context or even to enter global business. This global business can be used as a momentum and opportunity for SMEs to be able to develop their business to become superior. Of course, in entering this global business scope, the right strategy is needed. This study in the form of an article uses a descriptive method with literature study as a data collection technique by collecting from various literature as a basis for arguments. Through this article, it also tries to investigate and analyze the right strategy to be applied to Noqtah Art SMEs in entering the global business sphere which has better future business prospects.

Abstract

Sectio caesarea is a method of giving birth to a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front of the abdomen or vagina. mothers after sectio caesaria will experience low back pain due to spinal anesthesia procedures. To describe the incidence of back pain after sectio caesarea with spinal anesthesia at Sejiran Setason Hospital, West Bangka The method used in this study is a descriptive analytical. Through a survey using an observation sheet with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients who underwent sectio caesarea with spinal anesthesia at Sejiran Setason Hospital, West Bangka, with a total of 30 respondents The results of this study obtained an overview of the number of age characteristics of the respondents mostly in the 18-24 year age group reaching 50%. The description of the level of pain experienced by the respondents, most of the respondents felt the level of moderate pain reached (43.3%) the age group experiencing the incidence of pain was mostly in the 18-24 year age group with moderate pain reaching 23.3%.: It can be concluded that the respondent's age, back pain level, age group and number of births affect the incidence of back pain after cesarean section with spinal anesthesia

Abstract

The first generation of human rights basically spoke about freedom and political life, in other words, these rights were civil and political rights. In this case, it can be exemplified by the right to life, equality before the law, freedom of opinion, the right to a fair legal process, the right to freedom of religion and the right to vote and be elected in elections. The role of the village apparatus is very important in guaranteeing the implementation of freedom of human rights in society which is reflected in the system of government and protection of the rights of the community in the civil and political fields in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2005 concerning Ratification of the International Covenant On Civil And Political Rights Covenant (International Civil and Political Rights) which is accompanied by a Declaration against Article 1 concerning the ratification of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The obstacles faced in the fulfillment of civil and political rights in the community can be resolved by using a consensus approach bridged by the Village Consultative Body (BPD) and facilitated by the village apparatus. BPD plays an important role in ensuring the civil and political rights of the people of Marga Dauh Puri Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. Moreover, the UN Human Rights Council has opened up opportunities for complaints for individuals, activists and NGOs. So it is interesting to examine more deeply through two problems, namely regarding the selection mechanism and the absorption of understanding of human rights in the regulation and process of selecting village government apparatus, especially related to civil and political rights in the life of the nation and state of the Marga Village community in particular. With a research method that is somewhat different from human rights research in general, namely Juridical Empirical.
