Abstract

Posyandu activities are routine activities carried out in all regions in Indonesia, especially in Cabea village. However, so far the posyandu activities in Cabean village have not been effective in accordance with the purpose of establishing the posyandu. Therefore, to increase the effectiveness of posyandu activities in Cabean village, the team from USM provided assistance to motivate posyandu cadres in Cabean village to activate routine posyandu activities. The motivational method used is through assistance in providing material to increase motivation and exposure to the importance of managing motivation. In addition to providing motivational materials and motivation management, the team from USM conducted questions and answers and discussions related to the knowledge of cadres related to posyandu activities in Cabean village. The results of the PKM activities carried out by a team from USM, namely posyandu cadres in Cabean village, greatly appreciated and were motivated to reactivate posyandu activities in Cabean village

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan perceived organizational support terhadap kedisiplinan kerja Karyawan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Tajam melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan 38 karyawan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Tajam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dan uji Sobel (Sobel test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karyawan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Tajam, 4) Perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karyawan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Tajam, serta 5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karyawan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Tajam

Abstract

Masyarakat yang ada di Lingkungan Tambak Boyo Raya Kota Semarang belum pernah mendapatkan penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi baik PTN maupun PTS yang ada di Kota Semarang. Inilah pertama kami kelompok kami berasal dari Universitas Semarang untuk pertama kalinya melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dan mendapatkan tanggapan dengan baik dari Ibu Khoriyah selaku Mitra Kegiatan serta sebagian warga masyarakat yang bias menghadiri kegiatan tersebut. Fenomena permasalahan, yaitu: adanya Pandemi Covid-19 penjualan produk jamu olahan tradisional mengalami penurunan disebabkan oleh minat masyarakat yang ragu terhadap kesehatan minuman tersebut karena tempat atau wadah yang digunakan dalam penyimpanan produk jamu yang dapat merusak kualitas rasa, dan manfaat dari jamu, serta belum adanya label produk kemasan. Metode Penelitian yang kami gunakan berupa Metode Penelitian Kualitatif, yang mempunyai ciri karakteristik latar alami, manusia sebagai alat, kualitatif, dan, deskriptif, Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, yaitu Mitra dan Warga Masyarakat yang bias hadir dalam Kegiatan tersebut mendapatkan tanggapan dan respon sangat baik, serta antusiasme masyarakat untuk mau belajar peran penting label produk, pengembangan produk kemasan guna meningkatkan nilai suatu produk, meningkatkan penjualan, dan ingin menerapkannya pada kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu pilar dan memiliki peran yang signifikan bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Walaupun demikian terdapat banyak permasalahan dalam UMKM di Indonesia salah satunya adalah mengenai strategi pemasaran suatu produk dalam upaya meningkatkan laba dan penjualan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar produsen mampu menjawab mengenai strategi pemasaran yang harus dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha agar dapat meningkatkan laba dan penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam pada key informan. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah strategi pemasaran yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan penjualan sehingga laba yang dihasilkan dapat maximal adalah dengan menetapkan strategi harga dan menggunakan strategi pemasaran online.

Abstract

Studies using effective treatment/medication options for treating knee pain such as stretching, physiotherapy in the form of infrared, tens, neuromuscular taping, elderly exercise, medication and even surgery, it turns out that many patients do not experience long-term recovery from this treatment. So the formulation of the problem in this study is how to influence leg muscle strength training to treat knee pain.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leg muscle strength training to treat knee pain.This research uses quantitative research, the research design uses Pre-Experimental using One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The population in this study were residents of Pandean Lamper Village aged 45 years and over who had experienced knee pain. The number of research samples was 31 people with a purposive sampling technique. The independent variable in this study was leg muscle strength training, the dependent variable was the intensity of knee pain. Data collection time for 6 weeks. The instruments used were Numerical Rating Scale pain scales and observation sheets. The statistical test used in this study was the Wilcoxon signed ranks test.The results of the Wilcoxson different test showed a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, this means that there was a significant difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test. So that it can be said that there is an effect of muscle strength training on the intensity of knee pain in pre-elderly and elderly people in the Pandean Lamper sub-district.The conclusion of this study is that pre-elderly and elderly people who experience knee pain should exercise with weights with special movements to train leg muscle strength which is done at least 2x a week to reduce pressure on the knee joints and can also reduce the intensity of knee pain.Suggestions that can be given are that pre-elderly and elderly people should choose or add to their type of exercise with weight sports or exercise to train leg muscle strength so that the leg muscles strengthen, the pressure on the knee joint is reduced so that the knee pain disappears. Finally able to do activities better in the future.

Abstract

Pandean Lamper Village is one of the villages in Gayamsari District, Semarang. About 30% of people over the age of 50 experience knee pain. The condition of the residents who experience knee pain is that most of them are not overweight, only a small number of them are indeed fat but not very fat. The activities of pre-elderly and elderly residents in Pandean Lamper Village are still active and some are still very active in carrying out daily activities such as working, organizing, shopping, cooking, cleaning the house, picking up grandchildren and so on. So even though most of them are not fat and are still active, as many as 30% are still found to have knee pain. The purpose of this activity is that pre-elderly and elderly citizens are free from knee pain. The solution to achieving this goal is to provide counseling about the importance of strengthening leg muscles and provide training in movements to strengthen leg muscles, so they can practice independently at home. The method used is exposure using a projector, video shows and simple props. After that, there is training in movements to strengthen the supporting muscles of the knee, accompanied by music to make it more fun. The result of this activity is that the participants come to know and they feel for themselves that the movements being taught do not make the knee more painful, on the contrary, it makes the knee more comfortable. It was very important to socialize this activity more broadly because it turned out that all the participants, including the Village Health Forum Management, PKK, Posyandu, did not know at all about the importance of muscle strength to help reduce pressure on the knees.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in Indonesia occurs every year, as well as the development of information and communication technology has opened up new opportunities in the financial world. With the advancement of digital technology, there have been many changes in all sectors in companies and other institutions, changes in sectors that have undergone changes, one of which is the financial sector with the emergence of Financial Technology (Fintech) or known as financial technology that has just been pioneered, one example is Online Loans. The presence of this Online Loan in addition to having positive benefits but we must not be careless regarding the negative impact, if you use an online loan application, because in the fintech finance business application, many illegal online loans are found that are not registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). These illegal online loans often have unethical collection practices and are detrimental to borrowers, therefore we are urged to be smarter regarding their use. Like the phenomenon of cases that occurred, it is worth seeking the truth and the right solution experienced by the residents of Tambak Boyo Raya, they do not use the application, but the majority of them get bills related to online loans. Our PKM activities use qualitative research methods, using case study methods, and using a work shop or talk-show approach, primary data, using comprehensive stages such as thorough observation, structured and in-depth interviews using pre-test and post-test questions related to PKM topics, and activity documentation in the form of activity photos, implementation videos, and mass media news. This PKM activity was held at the Banyu Mili Tambak Boyo Raya Multipurpose Building, Semarang City, attended by 70 participants from the Tambak Boyo Raya community, the resource person was the Head of the Public Service Education Sub-Division who provided interesting material, Guest Star who came from a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang. The results of the Community Service Activities obtained, namely our activities were successful and went well, the enthusiasm of the participants who attended with a positive response, the material discussed by the resource persons was very good and interesting

Abstract

Financial service providers, also referred to as financial technology providers, offer digital financial services, such as online loans, which are presently mostly in the form of applications. For those who require money online without having to meet stringent standards or visit the online loan service provider's office, online loans are quite beneficial, especially for members of the millennial age today. This service greatly affects their desire for quick cash for a variety of consumable and productive goals, like starting a new business. All it takes to get money disbursed quickly is to complete an online loan application. Because loans may be repaid in installments with varying interest rates based on the duration chosen, they can also be repaid reasonably easily. Publish Or Perish application secondary data (2018–2023) retrieved through Google Scholar is used in the research methodology. Mapping information data through "Research Questions" was done in order to perform data analysis using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Method. in particular, the patterns in publication years, the quantity of publishers, the outcomes of the research, and the consequences of the findings for online loans. Of the 200 publications that were located during the initial search, only 80 were selected as data sources and will be subjected to a more thorough analysis. Online loans have both beneficial and harmful effects on the millennial generation, according to the study's findings. In order to address their demands for money or cash, this study intends to examine the effects of online loan applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terkait dengan implementasi peran manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) dalam meningkatkan kinerja anggota tim pada PT ABC. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia sendiri merupakan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang melaksanakan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, rekrutmen, pelatihan, pengembangan karir anggota tim, dan inisiatif untuk pengembangan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan implementasi dan pelaksanaan peran manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) terkait dengan kinerja anggota tim pada PT ABC. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung di lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diketahui bahwa MSDM yang diterapkan oleh PT ABC terdiri dari perencanaan SDM, analisis jabatan, rekrutmen dan seleksi, pengangkatan dan penempatan anggota tim, orientasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan kompensasi, penilaian kinerja, karir anggota tim, dan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Dengan demikian, implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah praktik MSDM memiliki hubungan dengan peningkatan kinerja anggota tim dan kinerja PT ABC. Dengan demikian, keberadaan praktik SDM di PT ABC memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap pengembangan kinerja anggota tim dan kualitas PT ABC.

Abstract

Media sosial mempunyai banyak manfaat yang diperoleh salah satunya, yaitu dengan adanya media sosial masyarakat dapat mencari tahu segala informasi, berkomunikasi, berkirim pesan, membagikan foto/video, menelfon, hingga melakukan pembelian barang secara online. Media sosial sudah menjadi bagian yang tidak bisa terpisahkan dalam kehidupan saat ini. Kebutuhan akan keberagaman informasi menunjukkan rasa ingin tahu masyarakat yang begitu besar. Salah satu media sosial yang digemari di Indonesia adalah TikTok Shop. Tujuan Penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh media sosial TikTok Shop terhadap sikap masyarakat dan perilaku konsumtif. Fokus penelitian dilakukan di Warga Tambora IV Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan observasi dan wawancara di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diharapkan dapat mengetahui besarnya pengaruh penggunaan media sosial TikTok Shop pada sikap dan perilaku konsumtif masyarakat, mengetahui alasan-alasan masyarakat berperilaku konsumtif serta memberikan pengetahuan pada masyarakat pengguna media sosial untuk bijak menggunakan media sosial khususnya TikTok Shop terutama dalam berbelanja online.
