Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the physical education teacher's perception of swimming lessons in elementary schools in Juwana District in 2021. This study used a qualitative research approach. The research location is an elementary school in the area around the Silugonggo River in Juwana District, which is 10 elementary schools. The target in this research is PJOK teachers who teach at schools that are research locations in Juwana District. Data collection can be done in various settings, various sources, and in various ways. Data collection techniques can be done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of data collection research can be concluded by the author that the perception of PJOK teachers on swimming lessons in elementary schools around the Silugonggo river in Juwana District has made swimming lessons one of the important lessons and needs to be given to elementary school students, even though there are obstacles in the field of facilities and infrastructure. In schools, swimming lessons can still be done outside the school environment. And online learning activities are also not an obstacle to providing material about swimming lessons.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ankle weight training model and rubber tensile load on increasing the ability of dollyo chagi kick speed in Taekwondo athletes at the TSB club, Blora Regency. Using the experimental method with the Pretest-Posttest Control Group. The results showed that: (1) The results of the t-test of ankle weight weight training were known to have sig. (2-tailed) was 0.001 <0.05 and the rubber weight training was sig. (2-tailed) of 0.003 <0.05, which means that there is an effect. (2) The results of the test of the difference in the effect between ankle weight and rubber weight training on dollyo chagi kick speed are seen from the Mean Difference value which shows that exercise using ankle weight weights has a more significant effect than exercise using rubber weights. Mean Difference (bending load). 51%> rubber load 49%). It can be concluded that ankle weight training has a more significant effect than rubber weight training to increase kick speed.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this research is to find out whether there is any influence of anxiety/anxiety related to the news of Covid-19 through social media on parents and badminton athletes in Tegal Regency. This study used correlational quantitative methods with 136 samples consisting of 68 parents and 68 athletes. The samples used were all athletes and parents at 3 Badminton Clubs in Tegal Regency. The results obtained for the results of the questionnaire test for athletes showed that there were 22 athletes in the Very Good category, 38 athletes in the moderate category and none in the poor category. The correlation of parents' social media with the results of the questionnaire test for parents found that as many as 30 parents were in the Very Good category, 34 parents were in the Good category, 4 parents were in the Medium category and none in the poor category. The conclusions in this study can be concluded that social media reporting related to Covid-19 has a positive influence and relationship or has an effect on anxiety/anxiety on athletes and parents of badminton athletes in Tegal Regency. The advice that researchers can give is for parents not to be easily influenced by news related to Covid-19 on social media that is not yet true for certainty.

Abstract

The Covid-19 phenomenon has forced PJOK learning activities to be carried out online. This study aims to find out how the implementation of PJOK learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at State Junior High Schools in Tonjong District, Brebes Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of the research is a public junior high school in the District of Tonjong. The results showed that learning plans such as silabus and RPP were sourced from the MGMP, while teaching materials and assessment instruments had their own guidelines for each school. The method used is online. The media used is Whatsapp. The implementation of learning is not in accordance with the existing RPP. Learning evaluation is carried out on all aspects including affective aspects through observation, cognitive aspects through quizzes, and psychomotor aspects through practice videos. From the results of the study it can be concluded that in the aspect of learning planning it has been implemented well. In the aspect of implementing learning, teachers have not utilized the current technology, such as zoom or google meet. In the evaluation aspect, all aspects of the assessment have been carried out. One of the obstacles in PJOK learning activities is the limited quota and network, and there are some students who do not have mobile phones.

Abstract

Online learning is a learning that uses the Internet network with accessibility, connectivity, flexibility, and capability to display various learning interaction. The learning system lasts without face-to-face offline meeting between the teacher and the learners. At the beginning of 2020 and the outbreak of COVID-19, the government closed the offline learning access and changed into the Internet learning access. This research aims to find out the online learning promotion of physical education during the COVID-19 pandemic in all Public JHS in Blora district. This qualitative research used descriptive approach. The researcher collected the non-numerical data. The data were description and words. The data collecting techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects included the principals and the physical teachers of all Public JHS in Blora district. From the findings and discussion, the online physical learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic in all Public JHS in Blora were not running excellently. The teachers did not promote the learning planning and learning promotion as expected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the assessment of physical education learning outcomes from the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of mentally retarded students in SLB Semarang City.This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is done by triangulation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the assessment of physical education learning outcomes from the cognitive aspect is given based on the knowledge ability of each student. Assessment of the affective aspect is given based on the ability and character of each student. Assessment of the psychomotor aspect is given based on the ability of the skills of each student.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of athletic sports achievement in Demak Regency. The method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative with a population of 12 athletes and 10 coaches. The sample used for all athletes and coaches in Demak Regency found 22 people. The test instrument used observation, questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique uses the score percentage formula and the descriptive category table percentage from Anas Sudjiono 2012. The results show the moderate category with a percentage of 31.81%: (1) coaching athletic sports achievement in Demak district based on the athlete's point of view is in the good category with a percentage of 50% . (2) the development of athletic sports achievements in Demak Regency based on the administrator's/coach's point of view is in the moderate category with a percentage of 50%. Based on the results of data analysis, description of research results, and discussion, it can be concluded that the development of athletic sports achievements in Demak Regency from the point of view of coaches/managers and athletes still has obstacles in facilities and infrastructure that are still incomplete and athletic sports development in Demak Regency is still in progress. "medium" category.

Abstract

This study aims to explain sports extracurricular activities and the obstacles that affect sports extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Randublatung, Randublatung District, Blora Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using survey methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires/questionnaires. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results showed that the constraints on sports extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Randublatung came from the physiological factors of the respondents 55 or equal to 50% in the unfavorable category, the psychological factors of the respondents 62 or equal to 56.36% in the good category, the respondent's school factors 64 or the same with 58.18% in the good category, and the respondent's family factor 60 or equal to 54.55% in the good category. Conclusions: 1. The process of sports extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Randublatung is in good condition, 2. the constraints of various factors that cause the extracurricular activities do not run smoothly, in the form of a lack of interest in participating in sports extracurricular activities and have the potential to develop students who are talented, extracurricular activities were stopped due to Covid-19 so they will be carried out again after things return to normal

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the development of football school achievement in the Pati district. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is SSB Soegondo, SSB Bina Mandiri, SSB Basoka, SSB Regaloh and SSB Merpati Putra Karaban. The research data instrument was processed using the triangulation method. The results of the research conducted showed that, 1) Coaching includes the mass, nursery and achievement stages, 2) Recruitment of athletes without any special selection to join, 3) Recruitment of licensed training, 4) The training program implemented is good, namely there is physical exercise, mental training and technical training, 5) Completeness of facilities and infrastructure in good category but still need to be added to develop training, 6) Organization in SSB is structured and running smoothly, 7) Funding for SSB comes from the SSB student tuition. In conclusion, the SSB development process in the Pati Regency area has been going well, starting from student recruitment or holding tournaments, the existence of an organization, infrastructure, although it is not yet complete, but it is sufficient to carry out training and the achievements of several SSBs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the creativity of PESH teachers in carrying out learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic in SMP/MTs in Keling District, Jepara Regency 2021. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using a survey method with purposive sampling techniques of data retrieval through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were principal, student and teachers of PESH SMP/MTs in Keling District, Jepara Regency. The results of this study show that the aspect of the teacher's ability to see the problems before, during and after learning. The conclusion of this study regarding important aspects in the creativity of PESH teachers SMP/MTs throughout Keling District, Jepara Regency in 2021 showed abilities creativity. This can be seen from three aspects, namely the ability of PESH teachers to see and solve problems, to create and apply ideas to overcome problems, accepting attitudes and being open to new things.
