Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve the business of MSMEs and the Youth Organization community to become strong, competitive, and sustainable businesses and organizations. The community service process carried out is in the form of a counseling seminar activity with a method in the form of providing counseling materials on management science from various perspectives/scientific concentrations which was held on October 5, 2024 at the Cilodong Sub-District Hall Building, Cilodong District, Depok City, West Java Province. The result of this activity is that MSME and Youth Organization business actors become more aware of various perspectives on management science that can be applied in their business and community operational activities, which is expected to be able to encourage innovation and adaptation of MSMEs and Youth Organization to change, so that it can increase operational efficiency, competitiveness, and long-term growth.

Abstract

The failure of organizations to implement governance effectively allows for various problems, including fraud, that have the potential to bring the organization to destruction. One case of ineffective cooperative governance occurred at KUD Selikur Makmur located in South Bahar District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. The purpose of this community service is to assist KUD Selikur Makmur in improving its governance and financial management. The Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) method, which is divided into three stages-preparation, implementation, and evaluation-was used to carry out the activities. This community service activity resulted in a governance model for KUD Selikur Makmur and improved the knowledge and skills of financial staff in carrying out their activities.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve partners' understanding of preparing financial reports based on the Akuntansiku application and reporting Annual Tax Returns online. The implementation process includes observation, socialization, training, and evaluation methods, with the delivery of materials on basic accounting concepts, Akuntansiku application features, preparing financial reports, and filling out Annual Tax Returns online. The results of the activity show an increase in partners' understanding of preparing financial reports based on the Akuntansiku application and reporting Annual Tax Returns online, which has positive implications for the sustainability of their businesses and compliance with tax obligations.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the quality of management and promotion of Jumpinang River Tubing tourist destinations in Pasuruan through the use of digital technology. Implementation methods include problem identification, website creation, and guiding and safety training for local communities. This process was carried out for 3 months, with core activities in the form of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), website development, and technical training. The results of the program show that the community's capacity is increased in the management of tourist destinations, as well as the ease of promotion through digital platforms. The implication of this program is the increase in the number of tourist visits and the strengthening of the sustainability of tourism management by the community.

Abstract

Traditional jamu carrying is made using simple traditional processes, such as washing with clean water, peeling, grating, stamping, boiling, filtering, and other processes. The activity was carried out in two stages. In February 2023, coordination, permitting, and surveys were carried out. The implementation and evaluation of community service is carried out in the second week of April to Sunday. Entrepreneurs in Pangkalanbaru District gained a better understanding of NIB, Brand Rights, and the legality of making NIB, the benefits they obtained when registering their business after the NIB business actors obtained legality for their business.

Abstract

The training activity aimed to provide knowledge and skills on implementing digital marketing. Conducted on Saturday, September 7, 2024, in Mantrijeron District, the training included 40 participants consisting of local MSME actors. The event utilized a combination of lectures and hands-on practice. It began with an opening and introduction to digital marketing, followed by a presentation on the concept of digital marketing, discussions on common challenges faced by MSMEs, explanations of foreign terms related to digital marketing, and concluded with a practical session. As a result, participants acquired valuable insights into digital marketing, and many expressed a desire for assistance with business capital to support their growth in the region.

Abstract

Two (MSMEs) located in Caturtungaal Village, Depok District, Sleman Regency, partnered in this community service to increase public understanding of the Final Income Tax. Observation, training, evaluation, and counseling are the techniques used. The reason for choosing MSMEs is due to a lack of understanding of taxation. According to the plan, the activity is carried out in stages by visiting partners one by one at their workplaces. The results showed that the target partners gained a better understanding of taxation, MSME Final Income Tax, how to calculate MSME Final Income Tax, and how to make an NPWP.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the understanding and skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the preparation of simple financial statements and the preparation of Business Identification Numbers (NIB). Angkringan Pak Owie was chosen as a partner because he faced obstacles in financial management and business legality. The methods used include direct training and mentoring regarding systematic financial recording and steps to make NIB through the Online Single Submission (OSS) platform. Through this activity, partners are able to prepare simple financial statements independently and understand the NIB registration process. The results of this program show that Angkringan Pak Owie has succeeded in registering NIB, so that it has business legality that makes it easier to access capital and opportunities to participate in government programs.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the ability of MSMEs to prepare financial reports and tax fillings through the use of application technology. The program was carried out on two MSME partners located in the Samirono area, Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. The program implementation was carried out through observation, socialization, training, and evaluation methods. This activity lasted for 1.5 months for a total of 6 visits individually for each partner. The results of the service showed a significant increase in partners' ability to operate the Akuntasiku bookkeeping application for financial reporting and partners' understanding of the calculation of MSME Final Income Tax, NPWP ownership, and how to report the Annual Tax Return, which has implications for more professional and sustainable business management and tax compliance.

Abstract

This screening aims to detect people with Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus in Residents of RT 09 RW 04 Vim Village, Abepura District. The method is to check blood pressure using digital tension and blood glucose test using Rapid Diagnostic Test. The results of the service found that the proportion of people who suffer from Hypertension is 73% > 40 years old, 62.3% of Non-Papuan tribes, 100% of civil servants and self-employed workers, and 63% of family history of Hypertension. The highest mothers with DM are >40 years old 18.9%, Papuan ethnicity 16.7%, private employment 22.2%, and there is a family history of DM as much as 15.8%. Respondents who had HT were 60%, and mothers who were DM 13.8%. Early detection is needed regularly, to prevent HT and DM diseases from complications with other diseases.
