Abstract

The obstacles experienced by students with changing the learning system to online during the Covid pandemic caused student learning motivation to decrease. Even though learning motivation is an important factor that can affect student learning performance in class. The low motivation to learn as expressed by youth assisted by partners is caused by several factors such as boring learning methods, facility constraints such as signal interference, quota limitations, or problems with the devices used, and students are easily distracted by games or social media during the learning process. This service activity aims to increase children's learning motivation by providing education to adolescents regarding the role of learning motivation and identifying things that can be a source of motivation in learning. The results of the dedication carried out show that there is a change in knowledge about the concept of motivation and student enthusiasm in learning.

Abstract

Shadow teacher training for autistic children aims to increase the knowledge and abilities of educators, especially Kindergarten teachers/Raudhatul Athfal in developing shadow teacher learning tools for autistic children. This training was held on November 5, 2022 for four days and assistance was provided for making individual learning programs. The initial stage of the training reviews the importance of accompanying teachers, because it will motivate autistic children to be more focused and programmed in learning activities. The second stage of the training is to explain and describe the main tasks and responsibilities of the accompanying teacher. The third stage of the training is the practice of how to shadow teacher therapy for autistic children. The final stage of the training is evaluation, this activity is intended as an indicator of the success of the training. The results of this training found that core teachers were increasingly skilled in handling and able to treat autistic children and know the responsibilities of the shadow teacher.

Abstract

Jember Regency is the area with the third highest population density in East Java Province, so the random blood sugar, uric acid, blood pressure, and cholesterol data obtained are able to reflect the real picture of Indonesian public health, especially in Jatimulyo Village. This study uses a prospective descriptive study, information about the patient's blood sugar, uric acid, and cholesterol profile is taken directly through a physical examination. The total data obtained from the health checks of Jatimulyo residents amounted to 26 residents. The results of the Jatimulyo residents' health checks which included blood sugar, uric acid, and cholesterol were mostly normal, while blood pressure was mostly found in the prehypertension categor

Abstract

The low interest in reading that occurs in children is an important reason for fostering a culture of literacy in children in Salem Village. The low level of education in a society dominated by elementary school graduates is one of the factors causing the lack of awareness of parents in briefing children on the importance of getting used to reading early because reading can be a support for the success of educational goals in Indonesia that must be used as a routine daily activity. Literacy culture is a stage in the form of the ability to read, explore, and study various information obtained to solve problems that arise in everyday life that aims to improve the quality of life. This devotion aims to improve literacy skills where the main focus is to increase interest in reading in children. This service uses a collaborative Participatory action research (PAR) design. The author collaborated with the manager of Jejer Cacaka reading house located in Salem Village. The results of the devotion showed that there was an increase in reading interest in children by 90%. The improvement of literacy skills needs support from all parties so that this success can continue to be improved again.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) plays an important role in building the character of students, Ustadz and Ustadz have an obligation to foster, supervise so that students have a disciplined character.  Discipline must be implemented in students so that MDTA Miftahul Ula students have self-control, not doing things that deviate.  This study uses the Participation action research (PAR) method, this research is collaborative.  The focus of the research is on the implementation of discipline in shaping the disciplined character of students at MDTA Miftahul Ula by implementing madrasa rules.  Steps to collect data through observation, interviews, and documentation.  Data analysis with data reduction data, data display, and data verification.  As for the results of the study, MDTA Miftahul ula in forming the disciplined character of the students: first, making rules, secondly socializing and implementing rules and regulations in the madrasa environment and thirdly, there is supervision of students, while actions that violate the rules will be subject to sanctions, and those who violate the rules will be punished.  second, there is a direct warning from the ustadz/ustadzah who teaches in the class (the homeroom teacher).

Abstract

The Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims, which was revealed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. At the same time it becomes a miracle that is special from the others. The Qur'an was revealed in a certain period of 23 years Tajweed is giving a letter to its rights and order, returning the letter to the makhraj and origin (nature), and refining the pronunciation in the right way without being excessive (Jalal ad-Din as-Suyuthi, 2016: 102). The phenomenon that was obtained during field observations, by interviewing the principal of MDA Salman Alfarizi, he explained that 90% of children did not understand the law of recitation, only the most important thing was that children could recite the Koran less to discuss the law of recitation. To find out the increase in the ability of tajwid in reading the Qur'an at MDA Salman Alfarizi. The author chose to conduct descriptive quantitative research by visiting directly to the research location at MDA Salman Alfarizi to learn how to teach tajwid to students using the qira'ati method. The results showed that there was progress and improvement from the test, the material given. At the time of the Pre Test, Salman Alfarizi's MDA children only got an average score of 4.9 and were in the medium category, the average score increased to 7.5 during the Post Test from thirteen children and entered the high category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of children who have not been the qur’an properly and correctly. This study aims to determine how to objective conditions of the ability to read Al-Qur’an at children in RW 03, and to be able to find how to application of tahsin in improving the ability to read Al-Qur’an at children in RW 03. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis with a mix method approach with a participatory action research design (PAR). The data collection technique is through interview, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study it was found that increasing of Al-Qur’an at the children in RW 03 environment is by providing understanding and practicing material about tahsin including the law of tajwid, makhorijul latter and how to read the Al-Qur’an properly and correctly (Tartil). The conclusion from the implementation of tahsin improvement activities on children has a significant effect on ability to read Al-Qur’an at children in the RW 03 environment. Supporting factors for the implementation of tahsin improvement carried out on children, namely the existance of supporting facilities and infrastructure such as a tahsin guide book fot teachers which has an influence on the ability to read Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Today the development of science is rapid, starting from innovation and its efficient use so as to facilitate human tasks and work. This also has an impact on the field of education, because of the proliferation of mass media, especially electronic media of electronic, and the addition of the Youtube Application that makes it easier for students to get information on learning teaching materials. Not only that, the distribution of the internet and the telephon network that continues to be promoted has caused Indonesia to gradually continue to distribute innovations and developments in science and technology, where technology is now a very important necessity in people’s lives and in supporting both the education aspect. Often students access Youtube which is usefull wisely, for example to looking for teaching of materials, but is instead used to access pornographic videos, even videos of online games where the content contains bad language that which is more easily to absorbed by students. The purpose of this research was to determine the formation of character through regular counselling. This research method use is descriptive approach research method. Based of the action taken, this good behaviour counselling becomes an effective alternative behaviour to shape good in students, plus there are coaching methods and communication patterns that are always well maintained between educators, researchs, and students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Undrusbinangun Village, Kadudampit District, Sukabumi Regency, whether the implementation of PKH so far has been in accordance with the indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy of PKH beneficiaries. This research was conducted in Undrusbinangun Village, Kadudampit District, Sukabumi Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research as the type of research used. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of field surveys, open interviews, and literature studies, as well as through data provided by related parties. The resource persons for this study were the Chairperson of the PKH Kempok Undrusbinangun Hamlet, the PKH Coordinator and the Beneficiary Families (KPM). The results of this study indicate that the use of existing resources in managing PKH in Undrusbinangun Village, Kadudampit District has been running quite efficiently, this is evidenced by the few resources used in managing PKH but this does not necessarily make PKH management a mess. , but precisely with these resources the PKH program in this village has been running quite well and consistently since 2019.
