Abstract

The flow of globalization also has a negative impact on social life, namely the erosion of social character values in students. Ironically, in this modern era, the world of education, especially in Indonesia, is from time to time faced with various problems, one of which is education which is actually a means of making the nation's life smarter. The school seeks to form a socially caring character through classroom learning, including social studies learning. Good behavior or attitudes towards other people are called social care characters, an example of which is infaq activities. The aim of this research is to determine efforts to instill social care values in elementary school students through learning social studies subjects. This study refers to the library research method (library search) which uses literature to facilitate analysis of research results. Through writing this study, it is hoped that elementary school students can develop social care personalities through social studies learning so that these students can become better individuals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang peran dari pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam berbagai literasi digital serta minat belajar bagi siswa khususnya pada proses belajar mengajar materi IPS SD. Pendekatan studi literatur merupakan metode yang digunakan pada penelitian yang dilakukan. Dimana penelitian ini bersumber dari beberapa jurnal yang relevan menggunakan topik bahasan dalam lingkup peran media pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi pada pembelajaran IPS di Sekolah Dasar serta literasi digital dan minat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran IPS pada SD berpengaruh terhadap kerangka berpikir pembelajaran IPS yang bisa mempertinggi motivasi, hasil belajar serta literasi digital pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran literasi sosial dalam pembelajaran IPS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial) di tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD). Literasi sosial adalah kemampuan individu untuk memahami, menginterpretasikan, dan berpartisipasi dalam aspek-aspek sosial masyarakat mereka. Dalam konteks pembelajaran IPS di SD, literasi sosial memainkan peran penting dalam memfasilitasi pemahaman anak-anak terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial, sejarah, budaya, dan geografi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi Pustaka, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi sosial dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami konsep-konsep IPS. pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan literasi sosial ke dalam kurikulum IPS di SD dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi perkembangan pemahaman sosial dan keterampilan kritis siswa. Oleh karena itu, mempromosikan literasi sosial dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD seharusnya menjadi fokus penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Educandy dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan; rancangan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi atau tindakan. Hasil penelitian ini melaporkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik setiap siklusnya, yakni ketuntasan belajar siklus pertama sebesar 75%, dan meningkat pada siklus kedua menjadi 100%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan penggunaan media pembelajaran Educandy dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn peserta didik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini juga didiskuasikan di bagian akhir artikel ini.

Abstract

The shift in the role of wealth for men who are single and women who are still girls, which is a gender issue in society. So that Islamic inheritance law must also be able to accommodate the needs of the village community for laws that can provide justice for marriage in the present. Where there are differences in the calculation of the division in Islamic inheritance law. Where is the separation between the status of assets when married and assets when single. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to review Islamic law on the grouping of inherited assets when bachelors and after marriage in Sibiruang Village. The purpose of this study was to analyze the review of Islamic law on the grouping of inheritance when bachelors and after marriage in Sibiruang Village. This research is a type of field research (field research) with descriptive analysis method through data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the existing data is collected and analyzed through a review of Islamic law by referring to the arguments and opinions of experts. The results of this study show the conclusion that the distribution of inheritance during bachelors and marriage is muhdats in religion, there is not a single argument that defines this issue. The grouping of inherited assets is something that is qat'i from Allah SWT because the texts of the proposition are classified as verses of muhkam. The explanation for the distribution carried out in Sibiruang Village is to carry out ijtihad al-Istislahi, this is an inaccurate decision, because ijtihad al-Istislahi will be used in tasawur al-Mas'alah when the bayan's argument cannot provide an answer, while the case for inheritance very clear and obvious. A wife is never hindered from obtaining an inheritance and is never prevented from getting an inheritance, it's just that the wife's share can be reduced by 1/8 (hijab nuqhsan) due to the presence of her husband's child. If she does not have children from her husband, the stipulation is that the wife gets ΒΌ as well as sons and daughters
