Abstract

Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Multimedia Interaktif dengan menggunakan Articulate Storyline pada Muatan Pembelajaran IPA materi Tata Surya di kelas VI Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research adn Development dengan model Hannafin dan Peck. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Perhitungan data menggunakan skala rating. Multimedia Interaktif dengan menggunakan Articulate Storyline memperoleh persentase kelayakan dari ahli dengan rata-rata 86%, penilaian dari ahli media 88% dan penilaian dari ahli materi 85%. Hasil dari uji coba oleh guru kelas sebesar 95%, hasil uji coba oleh peserta didik pada tahap one to one dan small group berturut-turut adalah 87% dan 85% dengan rata-rata sebesar 91%. Multimedia Interaktif dengan menggunakan Articulate Storyline dinyatakan layak secara teoritis apabila persentase kelayakan adalah . Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh maka pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif dengan menggunakan Articulate Storyline pada Muatan Pembelajaran IPA materi Tata Surya di kelas VI SD dikategorikan sangat baik dan layak digunakan.

Abstract

Israel's aggression against Palestine sparked an international reaction because of the large number of casualties it caused. action, most of them were civilians. According to humanitarian law, Israel's invasion of Palestine violates the principles of humanitarian law, namely: the humanitarian principle, the restrictive principle, and the principle of distinction. Israel committed war crimes, so the international community is wondering how Israel could commit war crimes while being tried? There are three mechanisms for enforcing humanitarian law. Firstly, the parties to the contract States signatory to the Geneva Conventions must adopt all necessary legislation to provide effective criminal sanctions for persons who commit or order the commission of any of the grave violations, secondly by special courts and thirdly by the International Criminal Court, however Prosecuting Israel is quite difficult because Israel has not ratified the 1998 Rome Statute

Abstract

Different decisions result in arguments about the same customer against two different defendants with different charges. This study is basically descriptive normative law. The research results show that: Both assessments cited as case studies are based on inequality theory. The actual decision is heard in court and handled in a certain way By law. However, these results are not in accordance with the sense of justice that emerged in 2000. general; It would be better for the judge who hears this case to look at the actual legal facts in more depth to find the real truth of a problem. I have tried. The factors causing disparities in judges' decisions regarding drug offense cases covered in this research are: a) There are legal reasons for several interpretations of Articles 112 and 127 of the Narcotics Law. b) law enforcement factors; The judge has the discretion to exercise the power of discovery. Truth is not actually used by the judge in making decisions. c) legal and cultural factors; There is a culture of bribery and conciliation, processing requests and decisions of light punishment. Stakeholders must work together to decriminalize diversion by drug users regarding administrative procedures and medical services

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aimed to see the desciptions of the increasing of the number of the Fifth Grade students at SD Inpres 5/81 Tibojong whose his or her science learning outcomes have achieved completeness and incompleteness through the implementation of the Take and Give learning model. The subjects of this research were 20 fifth grade students. The action design in this research consists of two cycles with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection technique used is a test technique at the end of each cycle. The data analysis technique used is percentage descriptive statistical techniques. The research results showed an increase in the number of students who achieved complete science learning outcomes from 70% complete and 30% incomplete in cycle I to 90% complete and 10% incomplete in cycle II. Conclusion: the application of the Take and Give learning model can increase the number of class V students at SD Inpres 5/81 Tibojong, East Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency whose science learning outcomes reach completion, which also means that the application of the Take and Give learning model can improve students' science learning outcomes

Abstract

Masalah kedisiplinan merupakan salah satu tantangan utama dalam lingkungan lembaga pendidikan agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Intervensi Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri dan mengidentifikasi faktor psikologis yang berperan dalam masalah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intervensi REBT efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri. Intervensi REBT membantu santri mengidentifikasi dan mengubah pola pikir negatif, emosi, dan perilaku yang berkaitan dengan masalah kedisiplinan. Faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan santri termasuk tingkat stres, motivasi, persepsi tentang aturan, dan kepercayaan diri. Intervensi REBT dapat diintegrasikan dengan baik dengan pendekatan pendidikan agama yang ada, memperkuat nilai-nilai moral dan etika dalam proses pembentukan karakter santri. Santri memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap Intervensi REBT dan melaporkan peningkatan dalam pengelolaan emosi, resiliensi, dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya kedisiplinan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Studi ini juga menyoroti peran penting psikolog atau konselor dalam memberikan dukungan dan bimbingan selama proses intervensi. Meskipun penelitian ini berhasil menunjukkan efektivitas Intervensi REBT dalam mengatasi masalah kedisiplinan santri, diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk memahami dampak jangka panjang dari intervensi ini. Selain itu, adaptasi dan penyesuaian metode Intervensi REBT dengan budaya dan nilai-nilai lokal perlu dipertimbangkan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan aplikabilitasnya dalam lingkungan pendidikan agama yang berbeda

Abstract

The Karo tribe, which inhabits the province of North Sumatra, has a variety of traditions and cultures, one of which is the Rebu Tradition. This tradition prohibits direct communication between in-laws and sons-in-law of different genders, as well as between in-laws of different genders. In the Karo language, "rebu" means abstinence or prohibition of an action. In the current era of globalization, where the culture of good manners is often overlooked, local traditions such as the Rebu Tradition face the risk of being forgotten. This research aims to explore the existence of Rebu Tradition in Karo society, particularly in Sukambayak Village, in the context of the globalization era. The historical method is used with the approaches of heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results showed that the Rebu Tradition is still strong in the lives of the Karo people in Sukambayak Village, despite being faced with globalization. This tradition is still upheld in various events and daily life

Abstract

Education is very important and must be obtained by all Indonesian people, which aims to educate the nation's life and improve the quality of Indonesian people's resources. Education is divided into two kinds, namely, formal and informal education. Formal education is obtained by students from schools, while informal education is obtained from families and the environment. In pursuing formal education at school, students certainly experience various problems, and this will have an impact on student academics. Through guidance and counseling services in schools can help students to solve various problems. But the fact is that there are still many schools that do not provide guidance and counseling services in schools. Even though this has been regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia number 111 of 2014 concerning the importance of guidance and counseling services. This article discusses the intervention of guidance and counseling services in schools to help students who experience various problems in order to support their academic achievement. Reviewed with literature review research methods from various journal articles regarding the intervention of guidance and counseling services in schools. As well as formulating steps that can be taken to procure counseling guidance services in Indonesian schools.
