Abstract

This empowerment aims to provide education to the public about the importance of protecting the environment and provide an understanding of the economic value of managing waste. In the empowerment carried out using a method consisting of five stages, the first stage is selecting household waste, the second stage is depositing waste to the waste bank, the third stage is weighing the waste, the fourth stage is recording the value of the waste and the fifth stage is converting the waste value to gold savings. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment through the Gade Clean and Gold programs at the Garbage Bank has a significant impact on society, which can be seen from an economic, environmental and social perspective.

Abstract

A foundation is a legal entity where the purpose of the legal entity is for social, religious and humanitarian purposes. This institution was established with conditions that have been regulated and its existence has been recognized by the community and the State. In Indonesia, the establishment of a foundation is regulated in Law number 28 of 2004 and has now been updated, namely in Law number 16 of 2001, in Law number 28 of 2004 and also Law number 16 of 2001, not only in the form of rules but also of a coercive nature. The Orphanage is a place to care for orphaned children. But it's not only orphans in the orphanage, there are also children who have been abandoned by their parents. Like a victim of parental divorce. The Orphanage is sheltered by a foundation.

Abstract

One of the key factors for the success of a company is financial income. Every company wants optimal financial performance, so does MSME. However, MSMEs face a problem that causes risks that can hinder the journey of a business. With this research, it is hoped that it can help find solutions to the financial problems faced by UD Aneka Ragam. This study aims to identify risks that can reduce MSME financial income. Qualitative approaches and survey data collection methods are used to obtain financial data to complement primary and secondary data. The results of the study show that UD Aneka Ragam has several risks that can cause financial decline.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide an explanation of regional development banks and is accompanied by various descriptions of research results from various literature articles from various sources. The method used in this article provides a graphical qualitative model derived from literature review articles originating from various sources from journals, related existing regulations and other sources from the internet. Regional Development Banks (BPD) are an important part of the bank business group in Indonesia. BPD has a strategic role in supporting economic development in the region. OJK Regulation No. 12/POJK.03/2020 concerning Business Activities and Obligations of Regional Development Banks has been established to regulate BPD operations and ensure that the performance and soundness of banks are maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the implementation of e-government in the era of special autonomy in Papua as an effort to improve the quality of public services. The method used is through a library approach. Data were obtained from various literature sources relevant to the research topic, then data analysis was carried out in several stages; reduction, presentation, conclusion and verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of e-government for the Provincial Government of Papua can be used as a new model both in leadership style, policy making, new means of responding to public complaints, public accountability, including in administration and service management, as well as a forum for outreach to the community based on achievements. good governance.

Abstract

His research addresses privacy challenges in the use of educational technology, especially AI and e-learning. The goal is to understand the concept of privacy, educational technology, and related privacy challenges. The literature review method was used to analyze this topic. The results of the study show that the use of educational technology has an impact on user privacy, particularly in the dissemination of personal data, data identification and security, handling of children's data, and data security breaches. The current privacy policy is still limited and there are many challenges that need to be faced, especially in the use of AI and e-learning. Privacy challenges in e-learning include data collection, use of algorithms, and data security breaches. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the core concept of loyalty, meaning that without satisfaction, there will be no loyalty, so it can be said that customer satisfaction is a factor in shaping loyalty. The purpose of this study is to analyze how McDonald's Kemang can win more loyal customers by increasing customer satisfaction focusing on product quality and brand image. 184 customers of McDonald's Kemang are the population of this study. The sampling method uses a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, because the sample of this study only includes McDonald's Kemang customers. The data collection technique in this study involved distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research findings show that the value of each variable has a positive and significant impact, both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

Retribution is a source of Regional Original Income (PAD) which has a significant contribution to regional development if the source of income can be managed properly. In the context of implementing good management, one of the efforts that can be made is to implement records that support and are in accordance with the applicable rules in good and appropriate regulations so that all forms of fraud and fraud in the collection and management can be anticipated beforehand. This study aims to determine the management of traditional market fees in increasing local revenue. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. From the results of research conducted for collection and management procedures are in accordance with the regulations in force in the local government. To increase income, researchers suggest socializing the purpose of collecting and using e-levies.

Abstract

Spot Billiard Karawang is a billiard service business that also sells billiard equipment with targeted marketing to teenagers who like the sport of billiards. To meet marketing targets, Spot Billiard must have an appropriate strategy. Employee training is one of the methods used by Spot Billiards to control the quality of service produced to meet targets and customer satisfaction. This made the author interested in researching Spot Billiards by discussing how employee training improves the quality of company services. This visit method is a field visit (field research) located at Spot Billiards jl. Tuparev no 16, Karawang Electronic Center lt 2, Karawang City. The primary data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation.

Abstract

This study has objectives which include (1) providing a description of Civics Learning planning in the formation of student discipline behavior; (2) compiling a program to develop student discipline behavior; and (3) evaluating the development of students' disciplinary behavior. The approach and type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The informants who were the source of the research data were the deputy principal, teachers, and students from SD Negeri 15 Koto Lalang. The results of the study show that at the planning stage, the teacher plans the development of disciplinary behavior by integrating this behavior into the assessment stage carried out by the teacher using a behavior development diary and observation sheets of student behavior during the learning process. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that undisciplined student behavior is seen in routine activities such as queuing and doing assignments given by the teacher.
