Abstract

Leadership is essentially the ability of a person to build, lead, direct and mobilize others to work together to achieve the goals set. To realize these goals, a leader needs to do a series of activities including directing the people involved in the organization he leads. In other words, the purpose is achieved or not an organization is dependent on leadership.Managerial grille developed by Robert Blake and Jane Mouton is one of leadership style theories regarding the orientation of the manager on duty (production) and employees (people), and a combination of the two. This grid illustrates how attentive leader on duty and in humans thus creating a style of management and leadership. There are five basic leadership styles which include style conqueror (impoverished style), leader style mid (middle-of-the-road style), the style of the team (team style), relaxed style (country club style) and work style (task style).Leadership style has many theories put forward by experts in the fieldhuman resources, but researchers interested in studying the style of leadership based on the theory of grille managerial Blake and Mouton at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Medan and SUMUT Daily Post. The reason is because of the five leadership styles that can be applied by the company, as stated above. Researchers want to know what the leadership style that is applied to both the companys five leadership styles that are owned as well as to determine whether there are differences in leadership styles are applied from both companies are based on the theory of grille managerial.This research uses descriptive exploratory method by distributing questionnaires to employees to identify leadership styles and the differences in the two companies studied.Keywords : grille managerial, leadership, leadership style

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the Influence Influence Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction simultaneously and partially at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan.This research was conducted at the office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan in the academic year 2014, with a population of 255 employees and a sample totaling 72 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, and questionnaires. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach Alpha test, and validity tested questionnaire with product moment correlation test. In this study, whole grains valid questionnaires. After the data were analyzed with SPSS 16, the obtained path analysis Y = 0.354 +0.600 x_1 x_2 +0.125. to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is the coefficient of determination with simultaneous use 87.5% with significant results using the F test. These results indicate that the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction of employees simultaneously at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan of 87.5%. Effect of Transformational Leadership Style partially on employee job satisfaction was 12.5% significantly by using T test. Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment partially on employee job satisfaction significantly by 36.0% by using the test T. Thus the hypothesis of this study is accepted that there Pengeruh between Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment Against Employee Satisfaction At PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Non-Physical Work Environment,                     Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resource management in universities especially for lecturers needs to be directed to lecturers empowerment which is an activity aimed to maintain and improve the ability, performance and productivity of lecturer's work in their role as academic staff. One of the factors that can encourage the improvement of work productivity is the empowerment of human resources, as one of the organizational resources.In terms of ensuring the success of the learning process in universities, it is necessary to have a model of human resource empowerment that describes a series of processes performed gradually in order to achieve optimal results so that it will succeed in improving the productivity of lecturer work on an ongoing basis.This model is only tailored to the needs of the college and lecturers who work at the college. This research has designed the lecturer empowerment model which is the development of the human resource empowerment model that has been applied for company employees. This research relates to the needs of lecturers and adapted to the tasks of lecturers at a university, especially in Medan.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of the product and the price of the purchase decisions of consumers SME market case on Pajak USU (Pajus) Medan. This research uses quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The sample technique used is non probability sampling, the number of samples are 96 respondents selected at random and data collection techniques used are questionnaires that measurement using Likert scale and statistical analysis with multiple linear regression method. The results showed that product completeness partially has no positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decision and price partially have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase decision. Whereas product completeness and price simultaneously influencing consumer purchase decision in Pajus Medan. The findings confirm that consumers' choice of coming to that place is to buy a product at a cheap price not because of the availability of a more complete product.

Abstract

Big or small the level of profits obtained by the company or profitability is a ratio inmeasuring the effectiveness of management as a whole. High level of profitabilitymeans that the condition of a company is good or healthy. Based on previous researchthat there are factors that can affect the ups and downs of profitability, namely theproblematic financing factors (Non Performing Financing) and capital adequacy(Capital AdequacyRatio).The population of this study is all Islamic banks that are included in the category ofIslamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority with a totalpopulation of 14 banks. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a totalsample of 182 data.The data analysis technique in this research is multiple regression models, the resultsof Non Performing Financing have a negative and significant effect on Return OnAssets and Capital Adequacy Ratio has no effect on Return On Assets. Abstract

Penataan layout taman yang kurang menarik, karyawan yang kurang terampil, pencatatan keuangan yang sangat sederhana merupakan permasalahan yang dihadapi pemilik toko bunga Rinaldy Flower’s. Solusi yang telah diberikan adalah gagasan berupa metode penataan layout taman yang lebih baik, memberikan arahan agar karyawan menjadi lebih terampil dan cekatan serta memberikan contoh bentuk laporan keuangan yang diperlukan oleh pemilik toko bunga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Medan dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 88 orang dengan menggunakan Total Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui koesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier. Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel independen datanya dengan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedasitas. Untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor lingkungan kerja fisik, budaya organisasi, terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan digunakan rumus determinan (R2). Dari hasil pegujia hipotesis maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis diterima, yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja fisik dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Tingkat Perbandingan Kepuasan  Mahasiswa Terhadap Media dan Metode Pembelajaran Pada Mata Kuliah Pembelajaran Pada Mata Kuliah Manajemen SDM kelas 2 A Tahun Ajaran 2016 -2017 di jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Unimed. Yang menjadi variable bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah  Media Pembelajaran dan Metode Pembelajaran. Sedangkan variable terikatnya adalah Kepuasan Mahasiswa. Populasi Penelitian adalah mahasiswa di Jurusan Manajemen semester 2 (dua) kelas A  tahun ajaran 2016-2017 sebanyak kurang lebih 40 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah total samping. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis deskriptif. Mahasiswa merasa puas terhadap media yang digunakan di dalam proses pembelajaran matakuliah MSDM. Dengan tingkat persentasi jawaban setuju pada tiap-tiap indikator antara 78% - 95%. Mahasiswa merasa puas terhadap metode yang di gunakan Dosen dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Manajemen SDM, Dengan tingkat persentasi jawaban setuju pada tiap-tiap indikator antara 67% - 95%. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan, Metode pembelajaran, Media pembelajaran

Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penmpatan karyawan terhadp motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Jamsostek Medan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden dan menggunakan total Sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data telah dilakukan melalui Studi Kepustakaan, Observasi, Wawancara, dan Penyebaran Angket. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang telah digunakan adalah Teknik Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penempatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka hipotesis diterima. Kata Kunci:  Penempatan Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja
