Abstract

The method used in this research is normative juridical research. The results of the research found that the legal provisions for resolving bad credit which are tied to mortgage rights that are sold voluntarily are related to the execution of mortgage rights objects. Mechanisms and procedures for resolving bad debts tied to mortgage rights sold voluntarily at PT. BRI Padangsidimpuan Branch in problem loans, the bank can take two methods or strategies, namely credit rescue and credit settlement. Obstacles that arise in the process of executing this voluntary sale, when the execution occurs, the debtor changes his mind/is uncooperative and does not want the mortgage object to be sold immediately, the debtor is complicated in carrying out the execution through a voluntary sale to resolve bad credit.

Abstract

This research chose children aged 12-24 months as the sample because they are in a critical period of physical and cognitive growth, vulnerable to stunting due to inadequate nutritional intake. Other research shows that inadequate nutritional intake at 6-24 months of age can affect brain development and a child's future intelligence. It is important to monitor the nutritional intake and nutritional status of children aged 12-24 months to reduce the risk of stunting and its negative impact on cognitive development. Additionally, at this age, exclusive breastfeeding plays a crucial role in child growth, and this research can help understand the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, nutritional intake, and stunting in children aged 12-24 months.

Abstract

Focused research discusses the Archives Management System in the General Bureau and Protocol of the Papua Province Governor's Office. The method used is a qualitative approach.To obtain data, this is done through: Observation, Interviews and Documentation. To analyze various phenomena in the field, the following steps are carried out: Information collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing final conclusions. The results of this study show that the planning carried out in archive management is only general in nature, the organizing carried out in archive management has not been carried out effectively, the actuating in archive management has not gone well, so in-depth planning needs to be carried out in accordance with archival procedures starting from the creation of archives, use of archives, maintenance of archives, up to destruction of archives.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate and assess policy formulation. The concept of "freedom of learning" as presented by Ki Hadjar Dewantara and is relevant to the development of character education, gives educators and students the freedom to choose the type of learning environment they want. Because the world of education in Indonesia currently places more emphasis on knowledge than skills, the aim of freedom to learn is to make learning fun for teachers and students. In addition, character development is highly valued at Merdeka Belajar. in line with Indonesian national values. According to Hadjar Dewantara Ki, learning is a catalyst for student growth because it teaches them how to make changes and improve the environment. One way to practice the values that shape the character of a country is to give people the freedom to learn, starting with improving the education system and teaching strategies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a comparison. Regarding the KHI legal framework for marrying pregnant women out of wedlock, Law Number One of 1974 and Imam Syafi'i apply. This summarizes qualitative techniques with conversation-based data collection; Descriptive data processing is used in this research process. Research findings indicate a relationship. Laws between the legal framework for marriage, pregnant women at KHI, and Imam Syafi'i. Meanwhile, individuals who mate with pregnant women make a difference. KHI Law Number 1 of 1974, it is a man who impregnates a woman. marry him if the woman becomes pregnant out of wedlock. Meanwhile, according to Imam Syafi'i, marriage is the result of pregnancy out of wedlock. Legally, a woman who is pregnant may immediately marry. regardless of whether she married the man who conceived her or not.

Abstract

A child is said to be stunted if his weight, height and slowness in thinking are not appropriate for his age. Stunting itself can be a factor in death due to inadequate nutrition so that the body's immune system is weak and susceptible to disease. The aim of this research is to find out the efforts made by the government in dealing with stunting cases in North Kelarik Village. In this research, we as researchers used the field research method, which is a research method that goes directly to the field. Field research is a type of research that studies phenomena in their natural environment. It was concluded that stunting in North Kelarik village in 2022 had decreased from the previous year, this was due to programs implemented by the government and the participation of residents so that stunting could decrease.

Abstract

This research aims to carry out technical analysis for the decision-making process in stock price movements listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). With a focus on company shares linked to support for the genocidal conflict in Palestine. The role of finance in the context of this conflict has been the subject of widespread debate and controversy. Therefore, technical analysis is considered a tool that can provide an objective view of market behavior, while still considering the social and humanitarian impact of companies involved in support of genocide. This research uses four technical analysis tools including Moving Average Coverage Divergence (MACD), Stochastic, Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Bollinger Bands, this aims to see the level of effectiveness of each of these tools in reading stock movements.

Abstract

Intellectual Capital or intangible assets are very important for company sustainability. This research aims to assess how intellectual capital influences the financial performance of 36 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), which have implemented ESG practices from 2017 to 2021. Intellectual capital is measured by utilizing the VAICTM model developed by Pulic, as well as evaluating the moderating influence of ESG on the relationship between intellectual capital and financial performance. The approach applied in this research is a quantitative method, which involves steps such as classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, and moderation regression testing. The findings from the research conclude that the two components of intellectual capital have a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Law Number 1 of 1974 regulating Marriage, Article 21 paragraph (3), has the legal loophole that has permitted couples of different religions and beliefs to seek acknowledgment of the legitimacy and register their marriage through a court ruling. By presenting a certificate of the rejection, the parties whose marriage is denied have the right to obtain a decision from the court in the region where the marriage registrar's officer holding the rejection of the marriage is located. The enactment of Law 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration has increased the chances for married couples adhering to diverse religious and ideological beliefs to obtain legal recognition for their union. The marriage registrar's office will no longer be able to register marriages for married couples of various religions due to the adoption of Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 2 of 2023.

The purpose of this research is to find out how human resource management affects employee performance at Roti Gembong Gembul Bangkalan Madura and how, from a business perspective, HRM at Roti Gembong Gembul Bangkalan Madura can improve performance results. Conducting interviews at the location of the research object is one of the techniques used and conducting library research. The purpose of this research finding is to find out how important human resource management is in improving employee performance and how to utilize HRM to do so.
