Abstract

This study aims to determine “The Influence of Brand Personality and Perceived Quality on Puchase Decision and Their Impact on repurchase intention of Natasha Skincare Producs (A Study on Buyers of Natasha Products on the Shopee Account @Natasha Skincare Official)”. This research uses a quantitative. The population in this study consists of buyers from the Shopee account @Natasha Skincare Official. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 114 respondents. The research technique was conducted by distributing on ine questionnaires using Goegle Forms as the data collection instrument, and the results will be analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The research findings conclude that (1) brand personality has a positive buy not significant effect on purchase decision, (2) perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, (3) brand personality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, (4) perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and (5) purchase decision has a positive but not significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and measure the influence of city branding "Pasuruan of Madinah" and viral marketing on the decision to visit and interest in returning to Pasuruan City Square. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 116 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with an analysis tool, namely SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that City Branding has a significant effect on the Decision to Visit, Viral Marketing has a significant effect on the Decision to Visit, City Branding has a significant effect on Interest in Visiting Again, Viral Marketing has a significant influence on Interest in Returning to Visit, City Branding through the Decision to Visit Again has a significant influence on Interest in Returning to Visit, and Viral Marketing through the Decision to Visit Again has a significant influence on Interest in Returning to Visit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and measure the influence of Servicescape and Menu Diversity on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in Prigen District. This study is a quantitative study with a sample of 116 respondents using purposive sampling techniques with SPSS 22 analysis tools. The results of the study indicate that Servicescape has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Menu Diversity has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Servicescape has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Menu Diversity has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Servicescape through Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Menu Diversity through Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of using chatbots and e-service quality on consumer satisfaction and loyalty in Digital MSME in Pasuruan Regency, This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. the data collection technique used is a questionnaire distributed offline. The sample used in the study was 116 respondents with a purposive sampling method, and the analysis results used a variant-based structural equation model Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the use of chatbots has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, the use of chatbots has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Artificial Intelligence Marketing and Content Marketing on Purchase Interest and Purchase Decisions of Digital MSME Consumers in Pasuruan Regency. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using Non Probability Sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The total sample in this research was 114 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to Digital MSME customers in Pasuruan Regency who were the research objects. The data obtained in this research were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques based on the PLS (Partial Least Square) variant with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. Testing of this research model was carried out using outer model (measurement model) and inner model (structural model) tests. The results of this research show that the Artificial Intelligence Marketing variable has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest, Content Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest, Artificial Intelligence Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions, Content Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions Purchase Interest influences positive and significant on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The Influence of Brand Image, Product Knowledge, and Price on Purchasing Decisions of Bangkok Fashion Clothing Products, This type of research is a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire distributed offline. The sample used in the study was 116 respondents with probability sampling and nonprobability sampling methods, and statistical analysis such as multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Product Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Brand Image, Product Knowledge, and Price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online shopping that causes the emergence of impulsive purchases, especially at the Shopee Harbolnas festival. The many conveniences offered and the promotional activities carried out stimulate consumers to make impulse purchases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of the harbolnas promo on impulse purchases at shopeepay. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis process uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research on harbolnas promo have a significant positive effect on impulse purchases at shopeepay. The amount of influence is 38%, the remaining 62% is influenced by other factors outside the variables not used in the study

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Spiritual Leadership on personnel Performance through Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The population in this study were all police personnel at the North Sumatra Regional Police Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus). The sample in this study used the slovin formula sample, totaling 69 police personnel at the North Sumatra Regional Police Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus). Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using Outer Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership, Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have a direct effect on employee performance, Spiritual Leadership has a significant effect on Workplace Spirituality, and Spiritual Leadership, Workplace Spirituality has a significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior and indirectly Spiritual Leadership has a significant effect on personnel performance through Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of police personnel at the North Sumatra Regional Police Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and measure the influence of Occupational Health and Safety, Workload and Salary on Work Motivation in Pasuruan City disaster management agency employees. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 86 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with an analysis tool, namely SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that Occupational Health and Safety has a significant effect on Work Motivation, Workload has a significant effect on Work Motivation, Salary has a significant effect on Work Motivation , Occupational Health, Safety, Workload, and Salary have a significant effect on Work Motivation.

Abstract

The problem to be studied in this thesis is: How to analyze the marketing mix strategy implemented at Geprek Mania Bungah Gresik in increasing sales. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of the marketing mix strategy implemented at Geprek Mania Bungah Gresik in increasing sales. To answer the above questions, researchers used descriptive research methodology. Research is carried out to analyze circumstances, conditions or other things that have been mentioned, data collection is carried out by means of observation and interviews which are described in the form of a research report. The results of these findings and research show that Geprek Mania Bungah has implemented a marketing mix strategy using the 4P variables, namely: product, price, place and promotion which makes Geprek Mania's sales volume increase, increase the number of consumers and can provide profits for Geprek Mania Bungah.
