Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui stres kerja yang di akibatkan oleh double job yang berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja karyawan yang kurang maksimal yang dilakukan oleh PT. XYZ. Pada dasarnya di setiap perusahaan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang tidak sama dan kebijakan yang berbeda-beda guna untuk mencapai produktivitas kerja karyawan yang berkembang. Timbulnya Stres kerja di dikarenakan tuntuntan pekerjaan yang harus lebih efektif dan efisien guna mencapai target yang harus di harapkan perusahaan. Stres kerja yang terjadi saat karyawan tidak memenuhi tuntutan pekerjaan, bekerja dibawah tekanan serta kekurangan waktu tugas untuk menyelesaikannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu menggunakan wawancara terstruktur yang dilakukan oleh informan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa stres kerja yang dakibatkan oleh double job akan mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Stres kerja. Double job. Produktivitas kerja AbstractThis study aims to determine work stress caused by double jobs that affect employee productivity which is less than the maximum carried out by PT. XYZ. Basically, every company has different human resources and different policies in order to achieve growing employee work productivity. The emergence of work stress is due to job demands that must be more effective and efficient in order to achieve the targets that must be expected by the company. Work stress that occurs when employees do not meet job demands, work under pressure and lack of task time to complete them. The research method used in this research is to use qualitative methods, namely using structured interviews conducted by the informant. The result of this study is that the work stress caused by double jobs will affect employee work productivity.Keywords: Work Stress, Double job, Work Productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the rewards and punishments that occur in o-ranger employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Surabaya 60000. Rewards can be in the form of salary, incentives, welfare, benefits, social, development, career, and psychological rewards. While punishment can be in the form of light punishment, moderate punishment, and severe punishment. Rewards that have been carried out by PT. Pos Indonesia Surabaya 60000 for o-ranger employees, namely giving bonuses in the form of credit money once every 1 month and given to employees whose income reaches the target. While punishment is carried out if the employee commits a criminal offense or does not make a rate deposit for 3 days. The punishment given is in the form of a verbal warning and deactivating the o-ranger employee's account. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and uses data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that the provision of reward and punishment greatly affects the work productivity of employees so that it can increase the company's income.

Abstract

Service quality is now very important for companies engaged in services. Therefore this study aims to determine the quality of service by using whatsapp-based online registration at the Madura Main Eye Clinic by filling in the available format and carried out 1 day before examining this study using a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used was unstructured in-depth interviews. With the results obtained at the Kmu Madura Eye Clinic that WhatsApp-based online registration which was carried out by filling in the form the previous day greatly affected the quality of service because it could maintain patient satisfaction at the Kmu Madura Eye Clinic and the quality of service at the Kmu Madura Eye Clinic could be said to be good and very effective.

Abstract

To increase the number of patient visits, of course a clinic or health service agency will design a strategy to increase the number of patient visits. The KMU Madura Eye Clinic has seen an increase in the number of patient visits in recent years. This research was conducted at the KMU Madura Eye Clinic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The informants in this study were the head of the KMU Madura Eye Clinic branch, the ER (Eye Representative) section and the admin section. The purpose of this study was to find out and describe what strategies were designed by the KMU Madura Eye Clinic so that there was an increase in the number of patient visits. The results of this study are that the KMU Madura Eye Clinic made several strategies to increase the number of patient visits including collaborating with BPJS, influencing WOM or (Word Of Mouth), promotion through social media and making visits to FKTP (First Level Health Facilities). Of the four strategies designed as a whole greatly affect the increase in patient visits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the influence of work discipline, physical work environment, and work experience on employee work productivity at PT XYZ. The research approach used in this study is quantitative. The study involved employees of PT XYZ as respondents, with a sample size of 64 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a significant positive influence on employee work productivity. However, the physical work environment does not have a significant influence on work productivity. Work experience, on the other hand, has a significant positive influence on employee work productivity at PT XYZ.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the work discipline, training and physical work environment at PT. XYZ. The object of this research is 84 employees of PT. XYZ, the method used in sampling is Saturated Sampling Method (All Populations are sampled). The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that the work discipline, training and physical work environment have a significant effect on the performance of PT. XYZ.

Abstract

In 2019-2020 employee productivity decreased and there were fluctuations in the performance assessment of Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees, because there were obstacles in implementing training programs which had an impact on employee performance. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of training programs in improving performance at the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD), as well as analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of training programs in improving the performance of Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees. ) Gresik Regency. This research is qualitative research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observations. The selection of informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. In this research, as stated by the three informants, it can be said that the implementation of the training program at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Gresik Regency can be said to be quite effective in improving agency performance, especially in the scope of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency. which can be seen from several responses and results of employee performance which can be considered quite productive and good enough. There are several shortcomings in the implementation of this training program. There are obstacles in its implementation, namely in the form of budget funds spent on this training program which are considered to be insufficient due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, which basically requires the implementation of this program to be minimized. One effort can be made to ensure that the implementation of the training program continues, managing the existing budget as well as possible by providing training programs to employees in accordance with the AKD (Training Needs Analysis) that has been determined, so that the budget spent is not wasted or wasted. . Apart from the Regency/City APBD, training programs can also be obtained through the bidder APBN from the ministry, Bappenas. This research contributes to employees being able to maintain a sense of responsibility in their duties where training programs are provided to obtain the skill requirements needed to carry out employee duties and have employee motivation or goals to take part in the training program. This research was only conducted on employees of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD).

Abstract

Inappropriate nutritional behavior is a common cause of nutritional issues among adolescents, often leading to conditions like underweight and anemia. This study aimed to assess the impact of nutrition education and behavioral change-based support on the nutritional status and hemoglobin levels of adolescent girls. The study included 75 adolescent girls aged 16-18 years from Singosari Village, Gresik District, chosen through purposive sampling. Over a 30-day period, intensive nutrition education and assistance were provided, utilizing various methods such as lectures, discussions, role play, and practical exercises. The results revealed significant improvements in various aspects. Participants exhibited increased nutrition knowledge, energy and protein intake, body weight, nutritional status, and hemoglobin levels after the intervention (p < 0.05). The rise in knowledge was linked to higher protein intake (p=0.009), while adequate protein intake was associated with weight gain (p=0.025). Weight gain, in turn, correlated significantly with improved nutritional status based on BMI/U (p = 0.041). Hemoglobin levels also significantly increased, shifting from 11.6 + 0.2 mg/dl (low) to 13.4 + 0.1 mg/dl (normal) after the intervention. This improvement in hemoglobin levels was linked to increased energy intake (p = 0.012) and a change in the practice of consuming iron supplementation, shifting from no usage to weekly consumption. In conclusion, nutrition education and behavioral change-based support can effectively enhance energy, protein, and iron intake, leading to improved nutritional status and hemoglobin levels among adolescent girls.

The definition of marketing is a comprehensive, integrated and planned activity carried out by an organization or institution in carrying out business in order to be able to accommodate market demand by creating products with selling value, determining prices, communicating, delivering and exchanging offers that are of value to consumers. clients, partners and the general public. And society is able to increase its competitiveness, if we use products that are already widely used by other people, the competitiveness of our products is higher and the selling power of the product is greater because many people are selling it and it is included in the needs that consumers want.
