Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed consumer behavior. Physical distancing policies have made consumers try to do contactless activities, including purchases to meet their daily needs. The development of economic transactions is now leading to the formation of a cashless society culture, one of which is the use of the QRIS payment system in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors that are influenced by Perceived COVID 19 Risk, which affect the intention to use digital payment QRIS during the pandemic in Indonesia. This study integrates the Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) C-TAM-RPB Model to find out what factors influence the intention to use QRIS. This research is quantitative research, with a purposive sampling approach used to achieve the research objectives. Data were collected from 236 respondents who knew and had used QRIS through online surveys. The analysis of hypothesis testing used PLS-SEM to evaluate the effect of research hypotheses. The expected result is how the Perceived COVID 19 Risk affects the factors of intention to use QRIS. Thus, it can help to see the factors that influence consumer behavior using QRIS and optimize the use of QRIS in business commercial activities during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of sustainable energy in Electric Vehicles (EV), is highly dependent on customer perceptions of purchase intentions (EV). The purpose of this study is to identify the motivations that influence the purchase intention of EVs either directly or indirectly by using product attribution, theory of planned behavior, green purchase behavior, and purchase intention with environmental consciousness as moderation. To test the 13 hypotheses, data were collected using a quantitative survey design, and 826 respondent’s car users in Jabodetabek were selected using the purposive sampling method, and processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to examine the direct, indirect, and moderating effects, as well as multi-group SEM to test the effect of purchase intention based on income group. The results of processing the data show that there are 12 accepted hypotheses, which show that there is an indirect effect of product attribution and a direct effect of the theory of planned behavior and green purchase behavior on EV purchase intention. Furthermore, there is a moderating effect of environmental consciousness in influencing purchase intention, and it is found that there are differences in purchase intentions based on income group. This finding will assist policymakers in adopting effective variables to set the overall communication strategy as well as in EV segmentation to build potential purchase intentions of electric cars in a structured manner.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is able to change all aspects of people's lives, especially in Indonesia, including economic resilience of families during the pandemic period. Resilience does not only apply to industry or other business institutions, but also to the family entity. This study aims to analyze through literature review approach to develop a conceptual model of family economic resilience during a pandemic. There is a lot of literature that has explained the concept of resilience for business organizations since the 1990s, especially alongside with the introduction of the concept of business continuity. Along with the covid-19 pandemic, the development of literature related to business and organizational resilience is also increasing. Using a literature review approach, this study identifies several factors that can form the concept. Several protective factors in the psychological approach make it possible to form this concept, as well as other attributes including rebounding/ reintegration, high expectancy/family determination, positive relationship/social support, flexibility, and family self-esteem/self-efficacy. Even further also some literature finds the power of resilience for business when it was built by the family or the so-called home- based business in times of crisis. The theoretical implications and further research agenda will also be the subject of future discussion and be significant findings for other researchers and policymakers. Keywords: family, economic resilience, home based business, pandemic

Abstract

Covid-19 has shifted Indonesia consumer’s shopping behavior; it shifted from offline shopping to online shopping. One of the online shopping categories that has increased during the Covid-19 pandemic is grocery shopping. This study integrates the role of post-purchase online customer experience by analyzing consumer perception to intensify their repurchase. This study aims to investigate how repurchase intention is influenced by post-purchase online customer experience, customer satisfaction, and trust in e-commerce. An online survey was conducted in Indonesia to capture fresh food online shoppers as participants. SEM AMOS was utilized to test the research model with eight hypotheses and analyzed data collected from 605 respondents. This study shows that four post-purchase OCE dimensions, “delivery, packaging, return and exchange, and customer support, significantly drive customers’ satisfaction. “Benefits and product in hand” is not influential. Customer satisfaction is found as a significant contributor to trust. Additionally, trust revealed has a significant impact to repurchase intention. The result of this study suggests that sellers in e-commerce need to consider delivery, packaging, ease of return and exchange, and responsive customer support to retain their customers

In saying that however, in the time of crisis we are facing like today, a sense of community should also be at the forefront of entrepreneurs’ mind, as it is not only enough to create gain for oneself, but the assistance for the wider community should also be provided. Hence, social entrepreneurship might be key in combating the impact of this economic crisis. This paper will examine how social entrepreneurs, by engaging with each other by forming an alliance or a network could continue to innovate as a means to find opportunities amidst the challenges of the current time. Explorative and interpretative study in qualitative research approach. Content analysis will be used as a method of analysis. The study used the Five-Stages Model of Grief, introduced by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, to analyze how the character of Mr. B.J. Later they were classified into the theoretical framework of Kübler-Ross's five stages of grief model. This analysis results demonstrated that the grieving process of BJH after the loss of Ibu Ainun could be used to be a learning experience of grief based on the Kübler-Ross grief model, encouraging reflection and critical assessment on the subject, which contributes to a better understanding of our self and our surrounding during the grieving period due to any significant changes in life and how it implies on leading and managing organizational change.
