Abstract

PT. XYZ is a national private company engaged in thermorforming plastic packaging industry and injection molding. Plastic thermoforming produced are types of printing (plastic cup) and plastic cup (clear plastic cup) while for plastic injection molding product is loly (plastic tube). So far in calculating the cost of production of PT. XYZ uses traditional cost calculations where the distribution of overhead (Fixed Cost) is evenly distributed for all product types although the process is different because the traditional cost calculation does not calculate the cost of production in detail. Based on the background, the authors use Activity Based Costing method in the company's financial calculations. From the calculation, the average cost of production obtained by using activity based costing method for clear cup is Rp.21 / gr, for cup printing Rp.12,07 / gr while the average cost of production of cup lolly is Rp. 34.23 / gr. The average cost of production obtained by using traditional method for clear cups is Rp.19,55 / gr, for cup printing Rp.19,55 / gr while the average production cost of cup lolly is Rp. 19.55 / gr. The cost of clear cups production using ABC method and traditional method with difference is Rp.1,45 / gr, the difference for cup printing is Rp.7,48 / gr while for cup lolly the cost difference is Rp.14,68 / gr. Abstract

BSPS is a community-based program in the housing sector for improving basic service infrastructure and increasing access to decent, safe and affordable housing and settlements for low-income communities in Indonesia, including the Province of North Sumatera. In 2020, the  amount of housing assistance that Province of North Sumatera received  in improving the quality of houses was 7,077  allocations in 15 districts/cities. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out the further analysis of risk control in program implementation as a benchmark for development in accordance with the government's objectives in reducing uninhabitable houses in Indonesia. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The problem assessment was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to obtain the priority risk criteria from 18 appropriate sub-criteria. Based on the survey results from 3 expert respondents, it was found that the highest risk control priorities were individual or collective aspirations of 27.02%, community understanding of livable housing (RLH) 12.68%, and competence of the facilitator 8.91%.

Abstract

In architecture the use daylighting has always been an important part that is must beconsider in the design of buildings.One of the superblock developments in Medan is located on land developed by the developer Agung Podomoro Land. The superblock function is made with a condominium building as a multi-storey building on the floor consisting of several residential units, with each room unit having a complete living space, where the residents share the same facilities. Unit 18F Southern Tribeca condominium block Southern Tribeca. Lighting in the room in the condominium has an important meaning for residents to help each activity of the residents. In addition, space is also an important help in providing comfort for the wearer. Space users are faced with a great need for daylighting that is able to provide space comfort. This research discusses the installation of daylighting based on daylighting openings in units that will focus on the quality of lighting in one of the high-rise building units. Abstract

Vibrations on the floor plates of multi-storey buildings can occur due to excitation arising from the activities of human activity such as running, dancing and other sports. Vibrations become excessive on the multi-storey building floor system, and this vibration is not related to the building's safety factor, but only in contact with the user's inconvenience. Excessive vibrations occurring in the system of floor plate structure may occur in multi-storey buildings that have (1) lightweight floor structure systems due to the use of high-grade building materials or composite materials on building structural elements such as beams that allow the design of the elements of the structure (2) long-stretched floor plate system with low structural stiffness in which the dominant natural floor frequency tends to be low and close to excitation frequency, and (3) the floor plate structuring system has a low damping value due to the use of the partition and fewer furniture items. The three things mentioned above cause the vibration on the floor plate system to be excessive and cause discomfort and disruption for users of the building. Vibration on the floor plate system causing the discomfort may occur on a floor plate system that has a vibration frequency (fn) of less than 8 Hz. To reduce the vibration frequency (fn) of the plate system must be increased to approximately 8 Hz natural frequency. The use of WF-shape steel structure used is WF 200, capable of increasing the damping value in the system of floor plate structure which is observed in one of the school buildings in Medan.

Abstract

One of the obstacles in construction supervision is the long distance of the project site. The results of the work progress report have not been maximized. This is due to the difficulty of obtaining data on the work that has been done. This job data makes it easier for service users to control work in the field, so that when problems occur in the field, they can be followed up immediately. So we need an easy work monitoring progress report format by utilizing technology. Development and implementation of e-report applications. Develop a Technical Team and instruct the preparation of data for application development and implementation of the implementation of digital reports. Coordination of e-report application development through the group with the technical team. Carry out Phase 1 Trial for application development. Socialization of the application of e-reports to Service Providers and Supervision. Carry out the Phase 2 trial of the application to improve the output. The Application Trial was carried out 2 times. Parties involved in the Office's internal Office Phase 1 Application Trial. The parties involved in the Phase 2 External Office Application Trial. The obstacle experienced was internet interference during field trials, each individual's understanding was different. The solution is to look for a signal in a certain area, using a provider with a good internet signal. The trial of the e-report application went well. This application is a prototype with features that can be used to compile project reports digitally. Short-term realization, namely the preparation of a Digital Daily Report Application and the realization of real-time and accurate digital project reporting. For the medium-term and long-term targets, namely the realization of android and web-based application development for construction supervision.

Abstract

In the current study; entitled "Women's Access to Disaster Refugees in Mount Sinabung and Efforts to Improve Family Economy in the Siosar Region of Karo Regency" which need to be examined are: First; Access to disaster IDP women from Mount Sinabung is affected; The first; a. Fixed and sufficient income, b. Good health, c. Eat enough nutrition, d. A decent residence, e. Minimum elementary education, f. Adequate clean water, g. Good sanitation, and g. Adequate child and elderly support, it is suspected that the percentage is still low. And secondly; Significant factors affecting the improvement of the family economy of the disaster refugee women of Mount Sinabung are productive age factors, education above junior high school, factors of working long over 3 years, number of small children, small number of dependents, permanent employment status, married status and type of husband's work .The basic method used in this research is descriptive research method. The area sampling method was purposively in the Siosar refugee area of Brastagi which had a large proportion of disaster IDP women in Mount Sinabung compared to other refugee relocations. Sampling using purposive sampling method involving 60 female respondents of refugees who were in the refuge of Mount Sinabung, Karo Regency.Data collection was conducted by interview using interview guidelines to reveal various efforts that have been made in handling the social psychological impact of victims of the Sinabung volcano disaster. Observation on the condition of refugees in refugee camps and review of documents related to the condition of the area and the number of victims. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive.

Abstract

Reliability and the existence of a reliable and sustainable electric power are very basic needs in the life of today's era. There are a number of things that can affect the reliability of electric power, one of which is protection that is standard and reliable. Grounding on the network must be within the specified standard limits. There are several ways that can be used to improve the value of grounding resistance, including by parallelizing the grounding electrode with other electrodes as far as two times the length of the electrode. In this way the value of the grounding resistance of half of the early grounding prisoners will be obtained. In this basic competency study using new breakthroughs on the method of decreasing the value of grounding resistance using conductive cement. Conductive cement made from charcoal mixed with cement, the value of earth resistance can be reduced without having to add new electrodes. This method can be applied in a number of cases such as limited land and also other obstacles to electrode installation such as the presence of gas pipes under the network. The use of conductive cement can also reduce the cost of decreasing the value of grounding resistance because it does not require a charge as large as the parallel electrode.

Abstract

Problems arising in basket sacrificial stations that workers often complain or feel a complaint. This may occur in the long term which may cause injury to the worker. Rappid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) is a method used to assess posture on the worker, covering the back, shoulders, neck, upper hand, and wrist. This method includes a quick identification of work attitudes that potentially lead to occupational accidents of concern of this method is the musculoskeletal system. The purpose of this research is to analyze the work posture on the workers in the weaving station. In the worker known that 12.41% said not sick, 37.25% said somewhat ill, 40.52% said ill, and stated very ill 9.8%. Another goal of the study was to identify postures that have Musculoskeletal injury risks. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that all work postures have a risk of injury.

Abstract

Changes in building functions by increasing the number of floors to the top / vertical direction or also called by increasing the number of levels will increase the burden on the pole/ column, and changes by removing one of the pillars to expand the room will add burden to the columns and beams. Impairment of concrete quality after the implementation of structural construction is also a problem that is often encountered in the implementation of construction. Beams, columns, plates are structural elements used to receive and distribute loads. Expenses that are added as a result of changes in the function of the structure, additional load on the building, or not achieving the quality of the concrete plan of the building structure. Stages of testing by forming cylindrical specimens of 15 (fifteen) pieces, with each of 5 (five) specimens carried out without using carbon fiber wrap to represent the conditions of specimens in the field which are below the standard quality plan in this study concrete quality plans carried out using a job mix formula for f'c = 30 MPa, while 10 (ten) other test specimens are carried out by confinement using fiber wrap material. Observations were made by looking at the addition of compressive strength of concrete on the given fiber wrap restraints. Other observations are made by observing the collapse pattern and the mechanism of collapse that occurs with and without the test specimen mounted in restraints. The compressive strength of concrete increased by 54% for typical restraints 1 using standard fiber direction and 23% for typical restraints 2 using the opposite direction of standard fiber. The collapse model of the Test object that is not restrained is by following the standard collapse model in SNI, while the Test object that is restrained experiences collapse after the Carbon Fiber Wrap material is torn due to the addition of compressive load on the Test Object.

Abstract

The use of Carbon Fiber Wrap, continues to increase along with increasing research on the ability of this type of material to provide restraints that can increase the ability to bear the burden given. Carbon Fiber Wrap used has a standard use of unidirectional fiber, which is the use of unidirectional fibers. The study used concrete material using 20 (twenty) samples aimed at finding out how much influence the implementation did not follow the standards and conditions for using Carbon Fiber Wrap. Tests carried out using cylindrical specimens with a diameter of 10 cm and height of 20 cm. As comparison, 5 (five) test specimens were not installed with Carbon Fiber. The test results obtained from 5 (five) specimens using epoxy chemical before and after installation of Carbon Fiber on the specimens with unidirectional fibers add concrete compressive strength by an average of 56%. As many as 5 (five) specimens using chemical epoxy before installing Carbon Fiber on the specimens with unidirectional fibers, increased the compressive strength of concrete by an average of 26%. And as many as 5 (five) specimens using epoxy chemical before and after the installation of Carbon Fiber in the opposite direction of the perpendicular fiber the fiber adds an average compressive strength of only 18%. Other observations from this study were obtained on the difference in collapse of specimens mounted with Carbon Fiber Wrap as a result of specimens which were not fitted with Carbon Fiber Wrap. The collapse does not form a shear or normal failure pattern on the test object but the concrete of the test object is destroyed by damaging and tearing the Carbon Fiber Wrap.
