Formosa Journal of Sustainable Research (FJSR) is an open access and peer-reviewed journal, published by Formosa Publisher. FJSR aims to be a dissemination platform for research result from multidisciplinary research that covers the wide spectrum of research field such as education, including teaching and learning process, social condition, science educaton, management, engginering, chemistry education, experimental demonstration in class/classroom experiments, teaching model and media, teacher/student/scientist perspectives, etc. FJSR publishes articles monthly . Talents and interests are things that are not easy to formulate for the development of high school students. Grade 12 students who are ending their studies need basic referrals for parents and students. The purpose of this study is to map the intelligence and talents possessed by students before graduating from high school (SMA), and to analyze the interests possessed by students. The respondents of this study were 12th grade high school students in the city of Tangerang. The number of respondents was 102 students. The research method used is descriptive statistical method. Based on the results of the study, students who have multiple intelligences of mathematical logic as many as 30 students achieve a percentage of 28.8%, while the smallest is interpersonal as many as 3 students by 2.5%. The implication of this research is that schools and teachers and parents of students can use these results as a reference for learning styles and specializations in a particular field, when they continue their studies and the field of work they will be involved in

Digital literacy played an important role in human life now and in the future. This study aimed to describe and analyze the digital literacy of junior high school students in Bogor district. The number of respondents was 76 students from 2 junior high schools in Bogor district, West Java. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study prove that the intensity of implementing the use of digital literacy in learning activities and variations of digital-based reading materials and teaching aids is 73.2%, the remaining 22.8% do not yet have sufficient digital literacy. Based on the scores above, it can be said that digital literacy in the 2 schools is quite good. Schools are expected to increase digital use gradually, balanced with tiered training for students and teachers as well as staff employees in the school environment

Entrepreneurial learning requires methods that generate students' intentions and motivation. The project-based practice method is an alternative method that is suitable for SMK students. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Respondents were 7 students, 2 teachers and 2 principals. Data in the form of primary and secondary data, data taken through interviews and documentation. The data is processed through data collection, data reduction, data analysis and conclusions are drawn. Data is tested by triangulation technique. The research was conducted in 2 vocational schools in the city of Bekasi. The results showed that vocational students were able to make hand and face cleaning liquid products and create desktop and web-based PHP information system software applications. The project-based learning process is able to make students work and try to make a product so that they are expected to become reliable entrepreneurs

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Corporate Sustainability Performance as measured by the community component, employee component, environmental component and corporate governance component on corporate value as proxied by the Tobins Q ratio. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on companies that are constituently listed on the Sri Kehati Index by taking a sample of 22 companies using a total sampling technique. Panel data regression analysis was used in this study using Eviews 12. The results of this study indicate that (1) the components of society, employees, environment and corporate governance have an effect on firm value, (2) community components have an effect on firm value, (3) employee component has no effect on firm value, (4) environmental component has no effect on firm value and (5) corporate governance component has no effect on firm value

The purpose of the current study is to provide knowledge to the community about the management of the potential of the village following the needs of the community, the use of village assets to create added value for some village assets; to increase the original income of the village, net profit/profit that can be an increase in the original income of the village; and to develop the economic resources of the village community. This study was carried out in six stages, namely 1) The preparatory stage includes (a) collection of literature, (b) collection of data and information, and (c) collection of data on the object of study; 2) The analysis phase includes (a) Phenomenon Analysis, (b) Analysis of the Research Focus of the Village SDGs program, and (c) Analysis of Informants; 3) The design stage is to design interview guidelines; 4) Implementation Phase which includes (a) interview process and (b) Documentation collection; 5) Data Analysis Stage which includes (a) Data reduction, (b) Display Data, (c) Drawing conclusions, (d) data validity; and 6) Documentation Stage which includes (a) Report Making and (b) publication of reports. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Pinogu Village SDGs analysis model emphasizes more on the aspects of the realization of activities that have been carried out by the village government. Implementing the Village SDGs program is closely related to village financial management. By implementation of the Village SDGs program by utilizing the use of Village Funds. It is carried out by the Pinogu Village government which refers to the realization of the Village Fund budget

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, platform convenience, and price on Shopeefood customer satisfaction in Tangerang City. The data collection technique was carried out using a Likert-scale questionnaire which was distributed online on the Google form. This test was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis method. Data were taken from 140 respondents and analyzed using SPSS. Respondents were taken from Shopeefood users who live in Tangerang City. Based on the results of the study it was found that service quality and price had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and platform ease had no effect on customer satisfaction

This study aims to determine the relationship of teacher culture to the implementation of research aspects of learning in class X physics at SMA Negeri Yogyakarta. The cultural aspects are learning culture and work culture. the research aspect is seen based on three stages namely planning, implementation, and reporting. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research with a survey model. The research sample was a class X physics teacher at Yogyakarta City State Senior High Schools. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire / questionnaire. Data analysis with quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the teacher's culture can affect the implementation of learning aspects of research in class X physics at SMA Negeri Yogyakarta. Teachers with very diligent cultural criteria have a greater percentage of implementation

This study aims to analyze the effect of work facilities, interpersonal communication and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pandji Waringin Malimping Lebak-Banten. In this study there are four variables, namely Work Facilities (X1), Interpersonal Communication (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). This study involved all employees of PT. Pandji Waringin Malimping Lebak-Banten as a sample is 80 employees. To get accurate results in this study using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research uses descriptive methods, verification analysis, inner and outer models as well as hypothesis testing and the direct influence of anther construct variables. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work facilities have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. (2) interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance

The Purwodadi Botanical Garden is one of the ex situ plant protection areas in Indonesia. One of the plant collections at Purwodadi Botanical Garden is a collection of aquatic plants. Aquatic plants are known to have many uses, as medicinal ingredients, feed ingredients, bioindicators and phytoremediators, and ornamentals in general. However, people's understanding of aquatic plants is still lacking. This research aims to develop digital media for Introduction to Aquatic Plants (PenTA) in Purwodadi Botanical Gardens (PBG) in the form of a website to facilitate public access. Multiple media are available on the site including videos, brochures, booklets and modules. In addition, there are also 32 ponds in the PBG with information about the plant species in these ponds.
