Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Bone. Menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif lapangan, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari 100 responden melalui sampling jenuh, dengan kuesioner skala Likert yang disebarkan secara online dan offline. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS 20, meliputi analisis regresi sederhana dan uji T untuk pengujian hipotesis, yang didahului dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan linearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah, dengan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Persamaan regresi Y = 13,692 + 0,973X ditetapkan, dengan nilai thitung 8,612, nilai signifikansi 0,002, dan nilai ttabel 1,984 pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05), yang mengonfirmasi hubungan signifikan antara variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pemahaman hubungan antara kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah dalam konteks perbankan syariah, serta dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan strategi peningkatan layanan perbankan. This study aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bone Branch. Using quantitative field research methodology, the study collected data from 100 respondents through saturated sampling, employing both online and offline Likert scale questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 20 software, incorporating simple regression analysis and T-test for hypothesis testing, preceded by validity, reliability, normality, and linearity tests. The findings revealed a positive and significant influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, with H0 rejected and H1 accepted. The regression equation Y = 13.692 + 0.973X was established, with a t-count of 8.612, significance value of 0.002, and t-table value of 1.984 at 95% confidence level (α=0.05), confirming the significant relationship between the variables. This research provides important contributions to understanding the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty in Islamic banking context, and can serve as a reference for developing banking service improvement strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze fiscal policy in the management of the State Budget in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive analysis, which means explaining and describing both oral and written forms derived from literature studies. The results of the study show that the fiscal policy used in Indonesia is an expansionary fiscal policy marked by a state budget that is classified as a deficit. Then, to increase state revenue, the government began to export downstream commodities that had high added value. In order to minimize state spending, the government implements zero-based budgeting. This can be said to be able to increase the value of the state budget in its management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perlakuan Sistem Akuntansi pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Bone dan untuk mengetahui penerapan PSAK 109 pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Bone. Adapun penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan suatu peristiwa atau keadaan sosial secara mendalam dengan Metode penelitian lapangan yang di tujukan pada responden dalam mendeskripsikan fenomena, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, menyajikan data yang sudah direduksi dan membuat kesimpulan dari hasil analisis yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan, perlakuan sistem Akuntansi dalam penyajian laporan keuangan pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Bone sudah menerapkan akuntansi zakat menggunakan PSAK No. 109 sudah sepenuhnya sesuai dengan PSAK No.109. Pada penyajian laporan keuangan pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Bone ini pada konsep kerangkanya sudah sesuai dengan PSAK Nomor 109 Tahun 2012 yang terdiri dari laporan posisi keuangan, laporan perubahan dana, laporan perubahan aset kelolaan, laporan arus kas dan CALK (catatan atas laporan keuangan). This study aims to find out the treatment of the Accounting System in BAZNAS Bone Regency and to find out the application of PSAK 109 in BAZNAS Bone Regency. This research includes qualitative descriptive research that describes an event or social situation in depth with a field research method aimed at respondents in describing phenomena, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is data reduction, presenting data that has been reduced and making conclusions from the results of the analysis. The results of the study found that the treatment of the Accounting system in the presentation of financial statements at BAZNAS Bone Regency has implemented zakat accounting using PSAK No. 109 is fully in accordance with PSAK No. 109. In the presentation of financial statements at BAZNAS Bone Regency, the concept of the framework is in accordance with PSAK Number 109 of 2012 which consists of financial position reports, reports on changes in funds, reports on changes in assets under management, cash flow reports and CALK (notes on financial statements).

Abstract

Muzakki As-Siddhiq Peduli merupakan lembaga filantropi yang bergerak di bidang penyaluran zakat, infak, dan sedekah (ZIS) di Kabupaten Bone, Sulawesi Selatan. Peduli bermitra dengan Dompet Dhuafa dalam menyalurkan ZIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh legalitas formal dan citra merek terhadap pengambilan keputusan muzaki di Care Mitra Dompet Dhuafa di Kabupaten Bone. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa legalitas formal dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan muzaki di Care Mitra Dompet Dhuafa Kabupaten Bone sebesar 63,1% pada pengambilan keputusan, sedangkan 36,9% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel di luar perusahaan. model. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah penting bagi Care untuk meningkatkan legalitas formal dan brand image guna meningkatkan kepercayaan muzaki dan meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan muzaki untuk memberikan zakat. Muzakki As-Siddhiq Care is a philanthropic institution engaged in the distribution of zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. Care partners with Dompet Dhuafa in distributing ZIS. This study aims to determine the influence of formal legality and brand image on muzaki decision-making in Care Mitra Dompet Dhuafa in Bone Regency. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and using the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study showed that formal legality and brand image had a positive and significant effect on muzaki decision-making at Care Mitra Dompet Dhuafa in Bone Regency by 63.1% on decision-making, while the other 36.9% were influenced by variables outside the model. The implication of this study is that it is important for Care to improve formal legality and brand image in order to increase the trust of muzaki and improve muzaki decision-making to give zakat

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui khususnya bagi pengguna pasta gigi di Kabupaten Bone, pengaruh Islamic branding terhadap keputusan pembelian pasta gigi merek Sasha, dengan brand loyalty sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dalam penelitian lapangan. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat pengguna pasta gigi Sasha di Kabupaten Bone.  Seratus partisipan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam non-probability sampling untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Responden diberikan kuesioner skala Likert sebagai bagian dari proses pengumpulan data. Selanjutnya, informasi dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Excel, pengujian model eksternal dan internal, dan pada akhirnya, pengujian hipotesis melalui penggunaan program smart-pls. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, (1) Islamic branding secara signifikan dan menguntungkan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. (2) Brand loyalty dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh Islamic branding. (3) Keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh Brand loyalty. (4) Melalui Brand loyalty, Islamic branding mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen secara signifikan dan menguntungkan. The aim of this research is to find out, especially for toothpaste users in Bone Regency, the influence of Islamic branding on the decision to purchase Sasha brand toothpaste, with brand loyalty as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative techniques in field research. The research population is people who use Sasha toothpaste in Bone Regency.  One hundred participants were selected using a purposive sampling technique in non-probability sampling to become the research sample. Respondents were given a Likert scale questionnaire as part of the data collection process. Next, information is collected and analyzed using Excel software, external and internal model testing, and finally, hypothesis testing through the use of the smart-pls program. Based on research findings, (1) Islamic branding significantly and beneficially influences consumer purchasing decisions. (2) Brand loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by Islamic branding. (3) Purchasing decisions are influenced positively and significantly by brand loyalty. (4) Through brand loyalty, Islamic branding influences consumer purchasing decisions significantly and profitably.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah harus berupaya meningkatkan kreativitas dalam menjaga lembaga keuangannya. Salah satu lembaga keuangan syariah yang ada di Lubuk Lintah adalah KJKS (Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah) BMT (Baitul Mal wa Tamwil) Desa Lubuk Lintah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan beberapa strategi pengembangan BMT Lubuk Lintah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan data yang berasal dari lapangan (field study), sumber data yang digunakan adalah: pertama, sumber primer yaitu hasil wawancara dengan pengurus BMT Lubuk Lintah, kedua: sumber sekunder yaitu dari OJS (Open Journal System ) berbasis buku dan artikel terkait tema BMT. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa metode strategis dalam pengembangan BMT Lubuk Lintah adalah optimalisasi pelayanan, penentuan segmentasi pasar, melakukan kegiatan pemasaran sesuai target pasar, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, margin hanya 1,5%, dan rekreasi akhir tahun. Islamic financial institutions must strive to increase creativity in maintaining their financial institutions. One of the Islamic financial institutions in Lubuk Lintah is KJKS (Sharia Financial Services Cooperative) BMT (Baitul Mal wa Tamwil) Lubuk Lintah Village. This article aims to outline some of the development strategies of BMT Lubuk Lintah. The research method used is qualitative with data from the field (field study), the data sources used are: first, primary sources, namely the results of interviews with BMT Lubuk Lintah administrators, second: secondary sources, namely from OJS (Open Journal System) based on books and articles related to BMT themes. This study found that the strategic methods in the development of BMT Lubuk Lintah are service optimization, market segmentation, conducting marketing activities according to the target market, socialization to the community, margin of only 1.5%, and year-end recreation.
