Abstract

Analisis Deret Fourier untuk Menentukan Persamaan Fungsi Gelombang Sinusoidal pada Rangkaian Arus AC dengan Menggunakan Osiloskop. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan persamaan fungsi gelombang sinusoidal pada arus AC dengan menggunakan pendekatan deret Fourier, serta mencari tahu pengaruh amplitudo dan panjang gelombang terhadap ekspansi deret Fourier. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Osiloskop sebagai media untuk mengamati keluaran fungsi gelombang yang tejadi. Dengan pengambilan data sebanyak empat kali percobaan dengan variabel-variabel yang berbeda, maka didapatkan deret Fourier yang berbeda pula. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, serta berdasarkan perhitungan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa ekspansi deret Fourier untuk fungsi gelombang dipengaruhi oleh panjang gelombang dan besarnya amplitudo dari sebuah gelombang, selain itu besarnya frekuensi akan berbanding terbalik dengan panjang gelombang. Lebih jauh lagi, keluaran fungsi gelombang berupa gelombang sinusoidal hanya akan didapati dengan menggunakan rangkaian AC pada Osiloskop. Kata kunci: Gelombang Sinusoidal, Osiloskop, Deret Fourier.

Abstract

In the research has been done the design of a component environment sensor based waveguide Mach Zehnder Interferometer (MZI). The material used is a polymer type polymide loss free, which varied with SiO2. The design is done by sketching and simulate the structure of MZI in the program Computer Simulation Technology (CST) by varying the analyte in the waveguide so that there will be changes in the refractive index which causes a wavelength shift at Mach Zehnder interferometer output by varying the angle 80 and 100 so as to be detectable change in the refractive index of 1.01;1.1 and 1.2 with a fixed length sensing arm 4 μm. Abstract

Sistem logika fuzzy pada proses pellet pakan ikan ini mempunyai 3 parameter masukan antara lain diameter, kekerasan, panjang dan mempunyai keluaran tunggal yaitu berat pellet pakan ikan. Dari masukan dan keluaran mempunyai tiga label linguistik pada setiap fungsi keanggotaannya, dan mempunyai if-then aturan yang digunakan di sistem fuzzy ini. Algoritma fuzzy dapat digunakan sebagai algoritma untuk menentukan tingkatan dari ketebalan, kekerasan, dan diameter dari suatu pellet pakan ikan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan model MAMDANI untuk mengontrol berat pelet dari setiap perubahan ketiga parameter pellet. Fungsi keanggotaan masukan dari parameter tersebut menentukan tingkatan dari penyimpangan berat pellet dari nilai nominal pellet pakan ikan. Hasil berat tablet menggunakan logika fuzzy dengan pendekatan rule-based dan common sense mempunyai kestabilan rata-rata sebesar 99.650 %. Pada proses produksi pencetakkan pellet pakan ikan yang menggunakan logika fuzzy dengan model MAMDANI hanya terjadi deviasi : 106 mg (max), 100 mg (min), 100 mg (standard), sehingga diperoleh rata-rata 100.283 mg + 0.047 %. Abstract

A study was conducted to determine and analyze the physical properties of heavy concrete and determine the coefficient of linear absorption of nuclear radiation shielding materials. Methods used in this study is experimental method in the laboratory by making heavy concrete model using a mixture of iron sand in various thicknesses, and then tested for its ability as a radiation shield. The results showed that the weight of concrete using mixture of iron sands produced a compressive strength value of 40.67 MPa, or greater than the weight of concrete without using iron sand which is 20.38 MPa. Coefficient of absorption of heavy concrete materials with iron sand mixture is 0.026 cm, while the heavy concrete without iron sand mixture only has a coefficient of 0.013 cm. HVT values ​​for heavy concrete with iron sand mixture is 26.65 cm, smaller than the concrete without iron sand mixture that is worth up to 53.3 cm. In conclusion, the ability of heavy concrete that uses a mixture of iron sand is better if compared with the nuclear radiation shield from concrete without iron sand. Abstract

Has been done sinthesize composite from saw dust with epoxy resin where as ratio of saw dust mass is 1 gram : 2 grams : 3 grams and same amount of epoxy resin 7.086 grams. Mass addition of saw dust yield darker composite appearance on the biggest one, and based on mass and volume measurement of composite yield lower density of composite by the density of each samples are 1.26 g/cm3, 1.15 g/cm3, dan 1.12 g/cm3. Then based on XRD characterisation result identification of two fase epoxy resin and saw dust yields the increasing of samples’ crystallinity as the increasing of saw dust sequently 20.58%,24.99 %, dan 25.57%. Abstract

Light wave coupling (LWC) approach in solid state lighting (SSL) planar is the one of method that offer an efficient in light distribution. In LWC system, optical wave guide plate is used in order to enhance light distribution which is integrated with LED lamp as an excitation source. PMMA based light guide plate (LGP) is used which is commonly utilized in flat panel display technology. This research introduce the thin film preparation of hybrid polymer TMSPMA (trimethoxysilylpropyl methacrylate) doped by organic chromophore DCM (4-(dicyanomethylene)-2-methyl-6-(4-dimethylaminostyryl-4H-pyran) via sol-gel route and deposited onto LGP as a substrate using spray-air brush technique. Poly-TMSPMA is used as a matrix to trap the molecules of organic phosphor to avoid it from color degradation. This thin film serves as material luminescence for color conversion from source led lamp as an excitation source. The results shows that spray-air brush technique is suitable for deposition in large area (>10 cm2) and effectively and efficiently compared with the other technique. Besides that, it is shown that the irradiance of luminescence thin film on optical wave guide substrate would be increase and produce a better apportionment light. Abstract

Polyaniline (PANi) is one of the conductive polymers that have special properties compared to the others. PANi have some advantages included the chemical and physical stability is excellent, redox reaction is reversible, the conductivity is wide range and PANi can be synthesized by chemical or electrochemical method. In this research, we have synthesis PANi by chemical methods and used it as electrodes in rechargeable battery system. The structures of battery system are PANi / H2SO4 / PbO2. PANi has been synthesized from aniline as monomer in the solvent of 1M H2SO4 and using ammonium peroxydisulfate as initiator. The Results of synthesis is brown powder in the form of emeraldine-base. The battery electrode is made from PANi powder by means of dissolved in the n-metilpirrolidinon (NMP) and deposited onto the Al-foil substrate. The cell of rechargeable battery is made from PANi and PbO2 electrode in the electrolyte of H2SO4. The focus of this research is study the battery performance of (PANi / H2SO4 / PbO2) with variations the concentration of electrolyte. The results of this research, we have demonstrated the open voltage of the battery system is about 2.1 Volts. The working voltage of battery is varying from 1.5 Volts to 2 Volt at loading with a constant current of 10 mA until 80 mA. The working voltage of battery is depending to the concentration of electrolyte. The working voltage is decreasing proportional to the lower concentrations of electrolytes. Abstract

This research was aimed to know comparison of temperature variation and metal content in ceramic material and metal material which be used to rice cooker pan. Measuring method of temperature which be used is measuring voltage change of LM 35 which be converted to temperature unit. Measuring method of metal content which be used is using atomic absorption spectroscopy which focus in content of Cu, Cd and Al. Result of variation temperature research shows ceramic pan has homogeneous temperature variation and progressive temperature increase. Besides metal pan has non homogeneous temperature variation and extreme temperature increase. Result of metal contents research shows Cu, Cd and Al content in the ceramic pan are lower than in the metal pan. It shows that the ceramic pan is better to be used for rice cooker pan. Abstract

Study on the effect of adding Al2O3 and Na2CO3 powder on thermal characteristic of Li4Ti5O12 precusor have been done. Li4Ti5O12 synthesized by using a mixture of Li2CO3 and TiO2 as raw materials through solid state method with calcination at 700 °C. The addition of a bit of the other material will affect the characteristics of the material, especially on the thermal properties. The study consisted of two variations, namely, Al2O3 powder was added to the mixture of Li2CO3/TiO2 and the second variation is Al2O3 powder and Na2CO3 was added to the mixture of Li2CO3/TiO2 and then analyzed by Simulthaneous Thermal Analysis (STA). Measurement of thermal properties include the decomposition temperature, enthalpy, and the determination of the calcination temperature. The measurement results showed that the addition of Al2O3 in the precursor decomposition temperature of Li4Ti5O12 provide 659 ° C, the enthalpy of 5.675 kJ / g and a calcination temperature of about 750 ° C. While the addition of Al2O3 and Na2CO3 on Li4Ti5O12 precursor gave decomposition temperature of 560 ° C, the enthalpy of 5.672 kJ / g and a calcination temperature of about 680 ° C. The addition of Al2O3 powder showed an increase of energy required for the synthesis while the addition of Na2CO3 powder showed a decrease in the energy required for the synthesis process.
