Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas produk kopi Afro, untuk mengetahui pandangan ekonomi Islam terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk kopi Afro. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Untuk pengumpulan data dan informasi yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk kopi Afro sangat puas, hal ini terlihat dari hasil wawancara mereka sangat puas dengan rasa yang dihasilkan dari kopi Afro karena sesuai dengan selera. lidah mereka. Seorang muslim untuk mencapai tingkat kepuasan harus memperhatikan beberapa hal, yaitu barang yang dikonsumsi halal, baik substansi maupun cara memperolehnya, bukan isrof (kerajaan) atau tabzir (mubazir). Oleh karena itu kepuasan seorang muslim bukan berdasarkan banyaknya barang yang dikonsumsi, tetapi berdasarkan seberapa besar nilai ibadah yang diperoleh dari apa yang dikonsumsinya.

Abstract

Pemasaran Syariah atau pemasaran berperspektif Syariah adalah segala aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam aktivitas bisnis berupa aktivitas penciptaan nilai yang memungkinkan setiap orang untuk tumbuh dan memanfaatkan kepentingannya berdasarkan akad syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi pemasaran pada usaha bakso pak to wonogiri tanjung raman sudah sesuai dalam karakterstik syariah marketing. Metodologi penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini Strategi pemasaran kedai bakso dan mie ayam pak to wonogiri sudah sesuai dengan karakteristik pemasaran syariah yaitu: (a). Teistis (Rabaaniyyah), kedai bakso dan mie ayam pak to wonogiri sudah menerapkan prinsip teistis. Yaitu dengan beribadah kepada Allah, bersifat jujur dan amanah. (b) Etis (akhlaqiyyah), kedai bakso dan mie ayam pak to wonogiri sudah sesuai dengan prinsip etis yaitu dengan sifat sopan, ramah, menghormati dan menghargai konsumen maupun sesama karyawan. (c). Realistis (Al-waqiyyah), kedai bakso dan mie ayam pak to wonogiri sudah sesuai dengan prinsip realistis yaitu makanan yang di jual di kedai bakso dan mie ayam pak to wonogiri makanan yang halal. (d). Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepercayaan, kenyamanan, dan pengetahuan penggunaan mempengaruhi pilihan konsumen untuk menggunakan QRIS pada mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, 48 responden digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan disebut Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung dari kepercayaan sebesar (0,8140) > ttabel (0,2845) artinya Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan uang elektronik berbasis QRIS dan 0,823 lebih besar dari nilai α = 0,05 Ha1 diterima. Nilai thitung (0,8390) > ttabel (0,2845) artinya kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan uang elektronik berbasis QRIS dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,025 lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 Ha2 diterima. Nilai thitung (0,3225) > ttabel (0,2845) artinya pengetahuan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan uang elektronik berbasis QRIS dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 Ha3 diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Kepercayaan, kemudahan dan pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan QRIS pada mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan nilai nilai F-hitung (1,67866) lebih besar dari nilai F-tabel (2,653) dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < α = 0,05. Kata kunci : Kepercayaan, Kemudahan, Pengetahuan, Keputusan, QRIS Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out how trust, convenience, and knowledge of use influence consumer choices to use QRIS among students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. In this study, 48 respondents were used as samples. The sampling method used is called Accidental Sampling. The results showed that the tcount value of trust was (0.8140) > ttable (0.2845) meaning that trust had a significantly positive effect on the decision to use QRIS-based electronic money and 0.823 was greater than the value α = 0.05 Ha1 was accepted. The tcount (0.8390) > ttable (0.2845) means that ease of use has a significant positive effect on the decision to use QRIS-based electronic money with a significance value of 0.025 less than the value α = 0.05 Ha2 is accepted. The value of tcount (0.3225) > ttable (0.2845) means that knowledge has a significant positive effect on the decision to use QRIS-based electronic money with a significance value of 0.000 less than the value α = 0.05 Ha3 is accepted. The results showed that simultaneously the variables Trust, ease and knowledge have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS in students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This can be seen by the F-count value (1.67866) which is greater than the F-table value (2.653) and the Sig. 0.000 < α = 0.05. Keyword : Trust, Convenience, Knowledge, Decision, QRIS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Shopee Paylater on the consumptive behavior of STAIN Bengkalis Sharia Economics Study Program students. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 728 students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at STAIN Bengkalis and the sample used was 43 students who used Shopee Paylater. The data collection technique used a questionnaire / questionnaire and the data was processed using SPSS 25. In this study using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the variable use of the Shopee Paylater feature has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at STAIN Bengkalis. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 4,821 with a ttable value of 2,019 besides the significance value of 0.000 which is below 0.05 (significant level). This shows that the tcount value is greater than the ttable (4.821> 2.019). so that there is an influence between the use of Shopee Paylater on the consumptive behavior of students significantly. According to the view of Islamic economics, the Shopee Paylater feature can be utilized. However, its use must be done wisely so as to avoid the badness that Allah SWT prohibits. Limits and teachings in Islamic economics teach us not to behave consumptively.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies are companies that continue to grow. The need for food and drink is always needed by the community all the time. To meet the needs of the community, food and beverage companies must be able to compete with other companies both nationally and internationally. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage and liquidity ratios on the profitability of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the 2017-2021 period. The leverage ratio is measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), the liquidity ratio is measured using the Current Ratio (CR). While Profitability is measured using Return On Equity (ROE). The population in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. While the sample was selected by purposive sampling method. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously affect the Return On Equity (ROE). The results of multiple linear regression tests partially show that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE). while the Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE).

Abstract

Usury is an important topic in the study of Islamic economics. The practice of usury that have existed since the days of Jahiliyah even long before and still exist today. The legal basis for the prohibition of usury explicitly and clearly described in QS. al-Baqarah/2:275-276. The purpose of this study is to determine the form of the prohibition of usury as described in the Qur’an and its implications for the community’s economy. This research uses qualitative research with library reseacrh method as a method to collect various relevant data with tafsir tahlili data analysis technique. The results show that the prohibition of usury has gone through several long legal stages until it is determined as a forbidden act. Usury, interest and buying and selling each have their own meaning and cannot be equated. Allah will forgive the sin of the usurer as long as he truly repents and leaves the act. Usury has implications for various sectors of human life, especially in the economic sector such as not increasing wealth, econommic inequality, a form of family economic colonization, disconnection of the productive economic sector (trande, industry and companies) and the emergence of inflation.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan merupakan suatu proses pencapaian dalam kegiatan operasionalnya baik dari aspek, modal, aset, manajemen, pendapatan dan pembiayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada Bank Panin Dubai Syariah dengan menggunakan analisis CAMEL. Penelitian ini menggunkan analisis CAMEL yang merupakan alat untuk mengukur kinerja kesehatan perbankan, rasio yang digunakan adalah CAR, NPL, NPM, ROA, BOPO, dan LDR, yakni dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan Bank Panin Dubai Syariah dari segi permodalan dengan rasio CAR dalam kondisi sangat sehat. Kinerja keuangan dari aspek aset dengan rasio NPL dalam kondisi yang sehat, pada kinerja keuangan dari manajemen dengan rasio NPM pada tahun 2019 dalam keadaan cukup sehat, tahun 2020 dalam keadaan tidak sehat, ditahun 2021 dalam kondisi yang sangat sehat. Kinerja keuangan dari segi Earning dengan rasio ROA di tahun 2019 dalam kondisi yang kurang sehat begitu juga tahun 2020, di tahun 2021 dalam keadaan yang sangat sehat, untuk rasio BOPO dalam kondisi yang sangat sehat. Kinerja keuangan dari aspek liquidity dengan rasio LDR dalam keadaan yang sehat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the development of waqf through digitalization of waqf automatically opening wider opportunities and better prospects in various fields. It is time for the millennial generation to take a more active role in the development and progress of waqf in Indonesia. It can be said that the millennial generation is the most important key for the development of waqf and the improvement of the Indonesian economy globally. Millennials have special qualities that set them apart from other circles. Millennials are very familiar with the use of communication tools, media and digital technology. His interest in reading is reduced because of his fondness for gadgets as a means of reading. His knowledge of digital media also exceeds his knowledge of books. All these tools because they were born at a time when communication device technology was developing rapidly. In today's digital economy era, computers (PCs) and the Internet are the main technologies used for various daily needs. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendalami kaidah fikih al-ma’ruf urfan ka al-masyruth syarthon dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsipnya dalam konteks Fiqh Muamalah kontemporer. Dua masalah inti dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana makna kaidah al-ma’ruf urfan ka al-masyruth syarthon dan contoh aplikasinya dalam fiqh muamalah kontemporer. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, mengintegrasikan studi pustaka, analisis teks fikih, dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa jika dilihat dari makna lafazh, maka kaidah ini memiliki makna, “tradisi masyarakat bagai kesepakatan tertulis”. Penjelasan dari kaidah menunjukkan bahwa: kesepakatan tidak tertulis yang disepakati oleh masyarakat di suatu wilayah dianggap sama dengan kesepakatan lisan atau tertulis di antara pelaku transaksi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh semua pihak yang bertransaksi, selama kebiasaan tersebut tidak melanggar hukum yang telah ditetapkan oleh syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of competitive strategy at Abdi Grocery Store. And whether the competitive strategy applied to the Abdi Grocery Store is in accordance with the perspective of Islamic business ethics.This research is a field research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Sampling techniques in this study are purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Primary data is obtained from Abdi Food Store Owners, Employees and Customers who are selected based on certain conditions.The results of the Generic Strategy analysis show that Abdi's Sembako Store uses a Cost Advantage Strategy by providing low prices and providing discounts, a Differentiation Strategy by providing unique services and offering substitute products for certain circumstances and a Differentiation Focus Strategy by providing unique services to a particular segment. The competitive strategy at the Abdi Grocery Store shows a very good success, due to the increasing turnover and increasing number of customers. The owner of the Abdi Grocery Store also always instills honesty and courtesy to employees in providing services in a manner that is in accordance with the perspective of Islamic business ethics.
